I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. The service was fine and they did it average job so I was happy with that, but the fact that they didn't give me a quote when I asked for one and then tried to give me a second quote after the fact was irritating and didn't demonstrate good customer service. You will pay a decent and fair price in line with other heating/cooling folks in town for air conditioning start up/shut down and heater start up/shut down. I can recommend them for that service. I cannot recommend them as far as getting a quote for any air-conditioning or heating jobs. I'm not sure what was going on with them, but they didn't give me any confidence that they might actually follow through with the job since I couldn't even get a quote from them. It's been months and I've not been contacted again about the potential job. Maybe give them a shot but don't be surprised if you are disappointed.

He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. Or their aervice person has some competence issues. Not sure if its because I am a woman living alone Or because people need to cool their homes and will pay a lot. Not sure... Just wanted to provide a small warning to others. Get a second opinion.
