Sign says servicing of room must be requested, but they do not do it even if requested.

Booked a 4 night stay which was to include daily housekeeping. When I arrive, I was greeted by signs that said towels and linens are changed only every 3 days and servicing of room for trash removal, replenishing of supplies, etc is by request only. After numerous requests, we are in our 3rd day without hand soap by the bathroom sink, towel change, etc.. We are paying $25 extra per night for our dog and must never leave her alone. Are we supposed to go without trash removal for 4 1/2 days when we are eating meals in our room? Even after requesting trash be emptied daily and the need for 2 fresh washcloths daily, nothing happened. Had to find a place to empty our trash and beg a desk clerk for clean towels. Outdoor trash containers are very small and intended for smokers. I feel sorry for the staff who work for such terrible management.

We stayed here because we were attending an event at the Chalet. Everyone in the staff was SUPER nice, attentive and helpful. However, they are at the mercy of rooms that are not being maintained to basic sanitary levels. As other reviewers have noted, the bathroom had a sewage odor. Every seating surface was stained with who-knows-what. The fan/air conditioning had visible mold growing in the vents- so it was unusable. The pillows were rock-hard lumps that were useless. And walking through the room in my socks left them black and covered in hair.

Holy moly, my boyfriend and I stayed here for an event we were attending at the Chalet. We have stayed at motels for cheaper and more clean than this place. We switched rooms, the first room has the bare basics. No tv remote, that's ok fine. BUT the bathroom REEKED like sewage and there is no fan in there. The hair dryer was broken, and the shower squealed when in use. The second room was a NIGHTMARE. Bathroom still smelled like sewage, and there was not one single clean inch in this room. But hey, at least we got a TV remote this time! The hotel states it's a smoke free hotel, yet we found half of a blunt wrap and ash on the floor. Dust layered on to the furniture. Used q-tips stuck to the baseboard, eyelashes behind the toilet OMG. We wore our shoes all throughout the room because the floor was sticky, the bathroom floor had a layer of some kind of slippery non drying liquid on it. There were bugs flying around the room, and trash just littered under the bed. The TV kept turning on in the middle of the night with the remote on the desk in the opposite side of the room. I spoke with other event attendees and family members who were also staying here, they had a similar experience. My nephews feet were pitch black from all the dirt and grim on their room floor. My cousins had pee all over the toilet seat. TLDR; they need to hire more help in the cleaning department.

Deluxe Room, 1 King bed, $107+taxes on a Tuesday. It was a great stay!

Checking in here has kind of been a dream of mine. The last time I was here was 2001 during my senior year of high school... I did a special lunch with my peers in the Engineering & Technology Academy. I finally got to stay a night and it was damn near perfect. When we checked in, the staff was so welcoming. They were funny and if we weren't in a hurry to get to the room, we would've laughed all night. They gave us some Halloween candy and directions to our room. They let us know about the breakfast they have in the morning and check out time. Our room was in the next building over. As we walked in, we went down the hallway, up the stairs. When you looked down, there was a lounging area with a fire place. It looked very cozy and comfortable. If I had a few days to spend here, I would take a vantage of that. It was so quite, we felt like we had the building to ourselves. The room was prestine! Super comfortable! The TV had great channels, there was a fridge behind the cabinets and a nice view of the parking lot from our window. I liked that we were able to open the windows if needed. We could see our car, too. The room was just beautifully set up with a closet, iron, a safe if needed. A shower with nice towels and complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. After a good night's sleep in one of the most comfortable beds, we got up for breakfast. There was a pancake machine I have never seen before, a waffle maker, bagels, breads, cereal, fruits, a coffee machine with many options, and a juice machine. We were so happy! After a delicious breakfast, we went back to the room and called the front desk. They allowed us to check out at 12 instead of 11. Much appreciated! We had such a wonderful time here on our getaway! I highly recommend anyone stay here. The front desk girls that checked us in was the best part!

    Perfect room for our bridal

let me say that when I read the reviews of this place I was terrified to stay here! But being from the area I had a hard time believing that the hotel was as bad as what I was reading ... so I went there to preview it! I was met with kindness and helpful associates! When I explained we were getting married 5 min away and that their reviews were terrible and I wanted to look around she immediately offered to show me rooms and gave me a tour. Some one in the breakfast area was making something that smelled incredible so I snuck in to see what they offered and asked the guest in there how her room and stay was to which she replied everything has been great ! There was one older lady who I saw both times I was there, she likey stays there often, had a little dog with her who was perfectly cared for and sweet and well Behaved. The lady was talkative and friendly but stayed in the little outdoor smoking area and didn't bother anyone. Perhaps that's who the negative people were negatively describing. When I viewed the rooms I was shown 4 rooms in 2 different wings. I had just dropped in yet they still felt confident to let me see the rooms, which was also encouraging! All the rooms were clean, they were updated for the most part, one had a crack on the tile floor. No big deal to me ! Then I was shown the bridal /king suite which perfect for me and my bridal party to get ready in ! And it wasn't much more than what I was already going to pay for a regular room!!! We ended up having the photographer come there to take pictures because the lighting was perfect and it has a little balcony that we could take great pictures of the bridesmaids! When we checked out I approached a group of workers and asked if any of them Was the manager. They shook their heads but one said I am working the desk tho, can I do anything for you . Great services ! I wanted to let them know how much we appreciated them !! For the price and service and cleanliness I believe they deserve 5 stars! now if I was paying 4x the amount then that would change !

By far THE WORST hotel experience ever. Nasty. Disgusting. DIRTY. To top it off, when the owner BHAVIN was called by the staff working the desk, he said he didn't want to talk to me and was rude to his employee. Old bandaid in the shower. NO SOAP. Empty soap dispensers in the hot tub. $280 for ONE NIGHT for a dirty hotel room. The ice container in the room had melted water from the previous person that stayed here. Like what the efff. Seriously trash. Absolutely disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of himself

    Gross pillows - not cleaned
    Melissa F.

Booked for the jacuzzi tub & it was broken in my room. The room had no towels, no blanket, only 1 pillow had a pillow case the other pillows had brown stains and dried boogers on them. The bathtub wouldn't hold water as the plug was broken and the water wouldn't shut off. Mark the maintenance guy was a complete jerk and treated me like an idiot for their property not working correctly. Breakfast was OK at best. Don't waste your time or money. All they offered were a LOT of excuses as to why the property and room wasn't up to par. Oh and they charge for extra towels (which I refused to pay, since my room hadn't been properly cleaned or stocked prior to my arrival. Additionally, inside the lobby and hallways were dirty & disgusting!

The pillow after I took pillow case off.

Horrible, this is what we found the first hour of our stay. We had to clean it and buy our own supplies. The staff did not offer anything, not even a room change. I'm so upset and upset. Spoke to management, and still nothing. I couldn't believe we experienced this. The toilet paper was half used and poop on it. Walls had snot and blood stains. This place should be shut down. The BBB needs to be contacted immediately!

This place was great. Staff was nice beds were comfortable and clean. It's quiet. Have a free continental breakfast. My photos don't do this place justice. When facing the front along the left side is a even center as well. If we are ever back in Rocklin I would stay here again.

I had to stay in the Cal Expo area all summer and was very excited to get back to this hotel, since it was always my favorite, due to amenities and proximity to activities I enjoy in Auburn. I am not sure when it began, but they now want us to pay an external parking service when staying here. This is the first time I've encountered this. It is already wild to pay for parking in an area like Roseville, with a huge surplus of parking spots, but I never took issue. I booked this room, even though it was $75 more a night than the other Residence Inn I stay at in Sacramento. Finding out that I need to scan a QR code after a long day of travel and work seems like more work for me, as a consumer. I look to stay at places that ease my burden, not add to it. I won't stay here again. I must say, the manager, I believe her name was Monica, tried her best to accomodate me on this and future visits, but again, it all seems like more work and communication from me, which I am not willing to do. Multiple hours of travel and often 12 hours of work before I can check in, the last thing I want to do is pay on an external site and need to upload another receipt for my business expenses. Your greed outsourcing parking charges, or even chargin at all when a room is close to $300 when there is ample parking all around, is a dealbreaker.

Roseville/Rocklin is usually where I lodge when near Sacramento. This time, I needed something close to highway 65. I only needed one night, because this had to be a short trip. Staybridge is part of IHG hotels and I just signed up for free, to be a rewards member. Great perks! I looked over the features of location and it fit my budget and everything I needed! The room, a queen suite, exceeded my expectations! I was in awe! It was clean, had so much space, a fully equipped kitchen (minus oven but it did have a stove), utensils, etc. The bathroom vanity even had makeup remover wipes! Just look at my photos to see! Room temperature control were easy to use and comfortable. This location allows pets and there are so many grassy yards, with poop bags, for your dogs! My boyfriend is a Hyatt employee and was booking a stay for his brother and his brother's girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Prior to their arrival, he called multiple times regarding a Friends & Family discount reservation that he was having issues with on his portal and needed guidance because the portal wasn't working correctly and not letting him book. There was another front desk agent (Not sue) who he spoke with and the other lady was incredibly helpful, answered all of his questions etc. However, when he called a third time to let the hotel know they were on their way, Sue answered the phone and immediately came across as dismissive and rude. Rather than taking the time to understand the situation or speak with the employee who had been assisting us previously on the phone. And sue repeatedly implied that we were lying and stated that the previous front desk agent would never have provided the information we were given. What made the interaction especially frustrating was that my boyfriend is also a Hyatt employee and is very familiar with Hyatt's standards of customer service. We have stayed at many Hyatt properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Instead of working toward a solution, we felt accused, dismissed, and treated with unnecessary hostility. This is a situation we don't take lightly. We have call logs documenting the multiple conversations that took place before arrival and would be happy to provide them if needed. This experience fell far below the level of hospitality we have come to expect from Hyatt. We hope that future guests do not have a similar experience. The only positive aspect of our experience was the other front desk employee who initially assisted us and was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, that level of service was overshadowed by our interaction with Sue. And to be honest this was just completely embarrassing for us to have his brother stand there with the girlfriend trying to make her birthday night stay good to just be experiencing this all when they arrive.

This place would probably be better for just an overnight stay because it's definitely not the comfort inn suites. The room does not include a microwave, they charge you an extra $10 to bring up a microwave to your room, and then an extra $10 a night that it stays in the room, which is ridiculous so cold food for the week for us. We have already spent over $700 just for the stay in general on top of that, they do not mention that you have to pay an extra hundred to 140 for another holding deposit after u check in. We had to cover three of our friends deposits that day because they had no idea since they already paid their half of the portion or I think they had already paid and most of my friends weren't getting paid until two or three days later so we had to lose a lot of our money that way to cover them. Valet parking was a bit of a mess. Was told that they need my ID and my insurance card and for my name to be on the insurance as well as the car. Our ticket was also misplaced and taken and disposed of so that took an extra 1020 minutes for us to figure out how that happened because one of the new people accidentally took it with them when we were supposed to have it so we didn't get our stuff for awhile on top of the car. Birthday dinner at thunder Café was a bit of a mess TBH. Had to send my Alfredo back because there was no sauce on it, the chicken itself was dry and cold and not cooked all the way. On top of that do not spend $20 on the pasta because they will just give you two scoops of it and leave the rest of the bowl empty. I chose to get the pizza after that, which was fine. I took it to go since everybody was done with their food. Four of us ended up getting sick from the food there mind you I probably had a total of 10 people with me. So the next day a lot of my friends were throwing up in the toilet or stayed in the room all day due to not feeling good from the food. We were also supposed to use the pool to swim for a couple hours. Only to be told that whoever needs to use the pole needs to have ID and has to be specifically staying with us. No outside guest, even if it is for a birthday thing for a couple hours, which was very inconvenient on 103 day. We definitely should've booked somewhere at the comfort inn suites but my fiancé thought it would be nice to do something different and it definitely was the wrong decision. This place obviously just wants money on top of money and wants to make it inconvenient for u by not telling u everything before u check in and after, so I would not waste your time here. Looking forward to leaving tomorrow and not coming back. I wish we could get a refund off of this place considering how much we have spent and dealt with. On top of no cold water here in the bathroom sinks it's only steaming hot water when u wash ur hands or brush ur teeth. Not fun.
