Had an issue with the property manager not being at either of the locations they were meant to or…read moreanswering calls then being told to drive to a 3rd location to give them back their lock for a refund, but thankfully the district manager reached out to me an hour after the whole ordeal and refunded me the charge. Rough impression up front on customer service but I was impressed by their fast follow up and handling by the district manager. Great rates, easy move in process. Just would recommend some easier system of returning their provided lock.

The impression I got from her was that she did not care if she was causing problems by not opening the gates on time. The owner is supposedly unreachable but after the police contact him I bet he'll be reachable. Also, this is not the first time I've gone there on the weekend and the gates have been locked. What ever you do don't do business with this company. Spend a little more to be sure that you can get to your storage when you need to, not when they feel like it.

Think twice before you rent storage space from this company. At the Nevada location, they have…read moresigns that indicate they have working security cameras trained on the gate, but they don't. None of the cameras at the gate work and they don't have cameras anywhere else on the property, except on their garbage dumpster (that camera works!). They do not care about keeping your property on their lot secure. Our trailer was very suspiciously stolen right after we moved it to one of only two spots that were available. Within two months, our trailer was gone and so was the employee that showed us the parking spots. They even have language in their contract that includes "mysterious disappearances" as one of the many scenarios for which they are not responsible, indicating that they know what suspicious things go on. Find someplace else to store your goods.
