The owner Janette of this home business was very communicative and was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She jotted my order down over the phone and gave me a run down of all the flavors in which she did and the ingredients that she used. She also gave me a list of pick up instructions during this pandemic time which was really nice. I picked up a cake on the day of my wife's birthday and had a good and easy experience. The cake totally surprises my wife and kids since her cake was totally moist and the flavors were perfect. We've had a lot of keto and sugar free cakes but according to my wife this one was the best by far and I totally agree. Janette is excellent at her Trait and I will definitely be back for more cupcakes.

After looking over the super detailed website with info on ingredients, net carb counts, menu items, a little background info on the owner, I decided to take a leap of faith and place an order. As always it's scary to be ordering when someone is baking everything from their home and if you have no personal references to go off of there is always a slight hesitation. The great thing about Janette's business is that it is fully licensed and insured and she is also certified in food handling! All those were great to see and led me to my first order. service - Janette is definitely passionate about her desserts. If you read her website you can see that she is a certified holistic health practitioner as well as a certified holistic health science educator. She was more than happy to answer all my questions regarding her desserts. She was quick to respond through email and Instagram messages and her responses were friendly. She generally requires a 2 day notice for orders but was able to accommodate my last minute 6 cupcake request. dessert - we ordered 6 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting. They were amazing. The frosting is a perfect balance with the chocolate cake. We devoured 2 easily and had to stop ourselves! Each cupcake has only 3 net carbs! We will also be placing a future order of carrot cake. Definitely recommend for those who are craving healthier options for desserts to give her a try! packaging - I loved how she put extra personal touches to her items. Really, she could have just gave it to us in the cupcake box and called it a day. But I enjoyed the little details of the sticker, the two colored strings around the box, down to the square business cards. Really felt authentic and makes you feel like it was worth your purchase. It left a clean mouth feel that was a dramatic departure from big box coffee. The food is made in-house. The bread is crisp and flakey on the outside and chewy inside. We went out of our way to go to this location as they had some special "dumpling squishies" that our teenagers "had to have," as this item was trending on social media. We called ahead and Harmons put two to the side and it's a good thing - when we went by a few hours later, these were the only ones left in stock! We also purchased some snacks for our drive. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and selection on all products was fabulous. I agree with others that this is the best grocery store around and worth a visit if you're in the area.
