0 Stars!!! This place and specifically Armando is a con artist. I have a fleet of 10 trucks. He quoted me work on one of my trucks that I wasn't interested in getting worked on. He refused to do anything else on it. Then wouldn't accept payment via card because he thought we would dispute the charge. CASH only he says. Guy is hungry for money as you can see. Rude and Not Helpful. Went in for vin inspection that they do offer, just to be told they didnt want to do it. The excuse was that i didnt have the right paperwork even tho it was all verified digitally . Took the truck to local police station instead with 0 issues so everything i had would've worked just fine they just didn't want to do it off pure laziness. read more

I took the time to read the negative reviews and I wish I did prior to bringing my truck here for repairs. On a positive the owner Armando understood I was from out of town and need it to be looked at right away so he had his tech look at it the following day. The following day he quoted me 700 for the repair and that included parts and labor that was CRYSTAL clear. I new he was way over charging for the air filter on a 2018 f250 at 146.44 dollars. Motocraft filters are from 60 to 110 at parts stores and the hitachi mass air flow sensor was sold to me at 240.78 they range in price from 55 to 108. I know shops do markups of around 50 percent but this was obvious price gauging. He said he had the parts so I just let it go since the total quote was 700 parts and labor. The truck was ready and received a texted link to pay a total 1269.94. I called back Armando asking him what was going with the bill. His response was his mechanics time was not free? Obviously its NOT and your 180/hr shop rate obviously does not go to your techs. Your techs are lucky to get 30/hr from you. Your approach in doing business is very unethical! You just decided to quote a total price and then upcharge almost double and not even a call to explain. I have a feeling you have gotten away doing that a time or two and that's very unethical. I was kind enough to pay for a extra hour labor and split the 2 extra hours you just dropped in. That cost me a extra 180 plus. How you plan on staying in business doing unethical business practices may have worked in the past but you will be losing a lot more business by not standing by your word and being shoddy. Reviews do matter! Side note your updated invoice magically went up from 42.59 to 67.34 in shop supplies it should go down not up in charges but you obviously upcharged more out of simple greed. Lastly my hood shocks magically do not work anymore. They worked fine and sadly it looks like you or your tech swapped them out. I took photos of the nuts and they show they have been worked on with a wrench. My truck dashcam stays on and uploads to the cloud I may bother to look at my saved videos this weekend if I find they were swapped know that is theft and a criminal charge. What an absolute joke this place is. Wish I could leave negative stars. I showed the little short dude my chainsaw and that the top handle needed fixing. He said he could do it no problem. He had it for a week and I went back to get it and it was put back together wrong and the throttle didn't work. So I told him he needs to fix it again. Said he could have it done by the end of the day. Three days later I call to see what the deal is and he said to come get it and openly admitted he doesn't know how to fix it and he only works on lawnmowers lol. I paid 40 dollars and waited a week and a half to get my saw back for it to be in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. He also gave me a little baby attitude about it. I'm leaving another one star review for the response I got to my last review. You say that my saw is not fixable and that it's time to replace it? Funny. It's a 2 year old stihl chainsaw that needed a simple fix in the top handle. I took it to all purpose rental the day I picked it up from you guys and they had it fixed perfectly by the end of the day and it's running great now. They said whoever put it back together has no idea what they are doing because everything was all out of sorts. Instead of accusing me for neglecting my equipment, why don't you guys grab some self awareness and realize that you neglect accountability for your poor service to a paying customer. I got my emissions done there, bought a shirt and paid for the saw to be fixed (which is a joke.) I've spent quite a bit of money there to be talked to that way. I'll never spend another dime there and I will advise people to steer clear as well. Own up to your own mistakes and admit that you guys botched this service. This business does lousy work. $12k for fixing my ford 6.0 only to have it break down less than 100 miles down the road. I had to pay for the tow to their shop and then they wanted another $3k correct their shoddy work. Negative 10 on their workmanship and honesty. Avoid at all cost. read more

Should have believed the reviews I read on this place!! Took my pickup here To get my codes checked and make sure truck didn't need any major repairs. Told the guy to call me before any repairs were done. Pickup was there all day. When I was called the guy said hey good news we got it fixed under the price we discussed...??? Never discussed a price. They said my problem was a frayed wire on my DEF system, they got it fixed for the cheap price of $200 and gave me a list of sensors that may need changed which took all of 2 minutes to figure out when they read my codes. Next day check engine light was back on. So pretty much they deleted my codes and fixed a "frayed wire" for $200. It's to bad, I was hoping they would be good. read more

Do not take your vehicle here. They are thieves and liars. They tried to charge my 50 year old father 5500 dollars for something that was not broken. We took it to somewhere else for a second opinion and not only were they wrong they would have grossly overcharged him. Found a fix for the problem for 1500 and that's including some upgrades on the fuel system. SHAME ON YOU! read more

This place was a joke!!! Customer service was on point .... But that don't fix shit had my truck for 3 weeks cost me 1700 and it leaks more now then ever!!! To top it off I told them to order me in a hoodie as the one I have was an XL and guess what, yep they couldn't even get that right SMH. If I could give them a negative star I would! We took two pickups in, both where only supposed to be there 2-3 days tops. One was there for over 2 weeks! The other runs worse than when we took it in! They called to tell us that one truck was done, only for us to drive the 30 miles to town to find our truck running in front of the shop with coolant pouring from engine area! They under bid everything they did including parts prices! We paid almost 2x quoted prices. Then the owner himself had the guts to treat me like some dumb girl who doesn't even know what oil is much less that I know what weight needs to be in a diesel! Bad mechanics and even worse customer service! And to top it off they illegally bypassed the interlock and we had to pay to have that fixed! read more

We had our truck towed there about a month ago because of a fuel issue causing it not to start. It had been doing this randomly won't start then will start issue for a tad bit but was just getting worse. They called us 2 weeks later when they finally looked at it and told us it was a battery issue without looking at anything else. To our surprise (sarcasm) it is not starting and with all the same problems. Its disheartening that this shop will not only just sell us a part to fix this issue ourselves but opened mocked my spouse when he picked it up stating "If you don't leave we are going to have to charge you hourly," and that we are still down one vehicle . We now are just throwing parts at it to see what the issue is because of the poor excuse for service at this shop. Also, when we initially contacted them they said they would look at it that day not 2 weeks later. I would not go here!!! read more
