My clothes and the clothing of the people in the machine next to mine came out covered in soap, and the soap was continuing to bubble up out of the machine. I was told to pay for a different machine and "hopefully it will work". No refund was offered. The worker then told me that the owners are chinese communists (i am Chinese, myself. Didn't appreciate that) I'm not coming back after hearing that. On a side note, Robin is a sweet woman and doesn't deserve to work in such bad conditions. read more

this place is very clean, well kept and the guy who works there is very diligent, hard working, efficient and helpful. Plenty of tables to sit and study while laundry is running (with wifi!), or TV if you just want to lay back and relax. read more

Was really surprised at how dirty the laundromat was when we came in tonight. From time to time when we need a larger washer to wash something, we come in.. I was already hesitant about using a laundromat right now during COVID. But this is the first time Ive ever come in and seen it this dirty. Clothes were left in washer, hair all over floor, mask, papers and softener sheets just laying everywhere by the dryers. It was as if the place hadnt been swept all day!! If that wasn't enough the laundromat attendant was not wearing a mask. As well as other patrons. ABSOLUTELY No consideration to others that where following the rules by wearing a mask! Very disappointed in management. Even when owner came in to collect money out of machines, they all were wearing masks and yet this worker & patrons were walking around without one on!! I was not happy!! We still had stuff in dryer but left before everything was dry!!! Not happy!! Will think twice before using them again!!! Especially right now in the midst of COVID still being an issue!! read more

I was dropping my wash off here on a regular basis for almost a year and pretty pleased with the results most of the time...then the ownership changed... along with the prices and policies... with no notification or signs.. I get the impression that the staff is not happy about it either, because the happy faces and attitudes are all gone now... and so is my business! read more

Very clean, amazing staff. If you drop off your laundry to get washed it is folded perfectly! Good prices, has a small town community feel to it. Like most everyone knows each other. Everyone is super friendly. Plenty of tables to sit while doing laundry, vending machine with snacks and drinks as well as a couple video games and a fully stocked soap vending machine. Definitely will never go elsewhere to do laundry. read more

Every chance I get I do go to another laundry mat But sometimes I have no choice (they are friendly when they feel like being friendly) yes they are clean but for price. they are partial with certain people, the old man is very disrespectful particularly towards women they like to dictate everything you do I was scolded/yelled at for touching the dryer window. witnessed another customer being scolded for adding water to wash she was clearly upset Compared to other places they do use less water. If I could give a negative review I would. The blonde lady is a nasty woman. Went to ask her a question but she was too busy on her tablet to respond. Then later heard her across the whole place yelling and screaming at someone on the phone. They definitely need to hire new friendly staff. read more

Staff is alright. Location is nicely situated in Rocky Point center walking distance to homes, restaurants and shops. Price is okay. $2.50 for small wash, $3.75 for medium. Dryers are not the most effective. There are tables inside where you can wait, enjoy a meal, read or watch TV- which is usually set to the news or a talk show. You can also drop-off laundry for staff to wash, dry and fold for a nominal fee. The place could be cleaner- swept, etc. Restrooms are for customers; the key is held at the staff desk. The restroom is clean, has toilet paper and a really efficient hand air dryer. I like that there are a couple of nooks that you can hang out in to wait- front tables by the windows, outdoor benches in the rear and inside where the vending food/toy/game machine is. The coin machine is really neat- the one staff lady that is really nice explained to me that you can put in a $20 and get $5 worth of quarters and the rest of your change is dispersed in bills! So, I got 3 $5 bills and then the quarters! Will I return in the future? Probably. read more

Very nasty and rude staff (the young girl and Robin are the only 2 decent humans there) definitely recommend you bring your laundry elsewhere unless you want them to make you feel like shit for having them do their jobs. They also set your pickup time based by the customer i recently learned. I literally only go here because it's close to my house and honestly wish I didn't. read more

If could leave less stars I would. I was just there on 4/17/18. I did my laundry like usual. When I took my laundry out of the dryer there were spots on my clothes. After looking through i found a glove with ink all over it mixed in my clothes. When i told the attendant she pointed to a sign and sorry nothing i can do. The sign is by the back corner of the laundromat and i was in the front. I had 200 dollars worth the uniforms ruined. I checked the machines but i guess i missed it. I guess its the sole responsibility of the customer to check the machines. I guess its also the responsibility of to customer to clean the bathroom that reeks of urine and also take out the trashes. Nothing can be done to rectify this issue, damage has been already done. A word of advice, dont just focus on the clothes and machines you use to clean dropped off laundry. Management has seemed to forget people come and do their own laundry and pay good money to use the machines. Maybe employees should take a few minutes and check those machines also. Very poor operation. read more
