A few months ago I had rats in the attic and in the kitchen and I started flipping out, I didn't know what to do. I even tried setting some traps (the sticky kind) with cheese but nothing worked. So I called Rodent Masters and started asking questions about how their services work and how much will it cost. They offer free estimates and a 5 year guarantee, and was even able to schedule me later that day so why not. Max came to inspect my home and was very thorough and detailed. He showed me pictures of evidence and entry points that he found in the attic and around my home. After he left, I received a phone call and email with the estimate and additional photos within the hour. I have to say I was impressed. The price was more than I expected, but they were willing to work with me on payments to fit my budget so I agreed to proceed with the work after speaking to my husband. We scheduled work 2 days later and when the crew came out they were 15 minutes late but they let us know ahead of time. They began work early in the morning and finished later in the afternoon. I told Jay before we agreed to do the work that I didn't want anyone or anything in the house to be exposed to the infestation during the work and he kept his promise. The crew was neat and clean, covered the floors, my personal belongings, and all the access points to the attic. It was a long day but they made it easy for us. I am very picky when it comes my environment and as I have a new place, I had to call some companies to do a full inspection in my new path! First company told me to replace the insulation because "it was so infected" and of course it was nothing cheap at all!. So before sing the contract, I decided to have a second opinion! I called these guys because we were hearing strange noises at night in the attic but we only thought it was the wind or a squirrel on the roof. We called Rodent Masters because they give free home inspections and spoke with  Jay who was very professional and informal. He assured he would find the solution and suggested we set up an appointment. We didnt know how urgent the situation was but he was able to send the inspector out to evaluate the problem same day! Turns out we had an infestation in the attic and needed a solution. Maxy walked us step by step through the treatment and we trusted there solution. We called Jay and Max and they were terrific. Jay spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me discussing the problem and explaining things. He sent his brother-in-law Max and Neal out the very next day. They did a top to bottom inspection and told me they saw no active sign. What was even more impressive is that like other reviewers they proved their honesty and ethics by telling me how to do they needed repairs (plugging holes) and that we didn't need their services.
