The bacon wrapped meatloaf can't be beat! The atmosphere inside is great and I love the look of being inside of whiskey facility. Couldn't ask for a better place to come eat, drink, and watch the game. Their whiskey and beer lists are extensive and while the prices are high that's what you can expect from any restaurant like this. I will be back soon!

The dark wood tones and dim lighting is very cozy. There is a nice patio just off the parking lot but it was a bit drizzly so we elected to sit inside. The bar looked like a great place to sit and dine but we were grabbing lunch so decided to sit in one of the booths. The booths are all divided by glass and plants which makes for a quiet and private dining experience. Our server Courtney was pleasant and attentive. I like the menu as it didn't have a huge selection. Simple and a nice variety of apps, salads and entrees. My husband and I both ordered the Filet Mignon Cobb salad. $26. Bacon, egg, blue cheese crumble, corn, tomato, red onion, smoked onion ranch dressing. We both thought it was refreshing and tasty. The smoked onion ranch was delicious. If we are ever in the area, we will stop in and check out the dinner entrees.

We came in to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary, Thursday night mind you the Minnesota state fair is going on. We had one other table behind us and that was it. When she was gone we had the whole place to ourselves. How special was that, but, you know it had to be rough on the staff cooking for just two people but they did great. When we walked in every table was set with white linens and black cloths, just lovely, getting seated server quickly got out drinks and brought us the best little platter of mini popovers, then a plate with the best grilled banana with cinnamon sugar and fried polenta, yum, then we received a small plate of the best mashed potatoes and light gravy. We did not lack for nothing, everything on the salad bar was laid out so elegantly, hot bar had about 8-9 items on it, but didn't much care for them, got to try all kinds of fancy things you normally wouldn't get a chance to try at other restaurants, pricy yes, but for all the different cuts of meat and the charcuterie board options, oh so worth it. We even got to have a little one on one with the staff and owner, asking us what meats we would like and quickly making them for us. Ok, this is the second Brazilian steakhouse we have been to in the last 12 months, the first was in Tennessee on our 2025 trip, everything equally as good, except Fazenda's some of the meats were not properly cooked, couple of my beef options were so good at medium rare then some were well and dry, my lamb chops I got twice and they were over the well mark and dry. Pork and chicken options were so good, sausage was a no, loved the fact they had chicken hearts, yes that's right and they were good too..since it was our anniversary they said we will get a complimentary desert we chose the crème brûlée and let me tell you first time we have ever had it and it was wonderful, they took their time to make it as special as they could. I want to give them a big thank you for such a special evening couldn't have been any better. We do want to come back but we want to try a couple more as well to see what they offer.

Let's start with the positive... Their prime rib continues to be fantastic. It's meaty, flavorful, and juicy. After having some prime rib specials at other restaurants, I can really see that they quality varies. In addition, Dehn's dinner comes with excellent Parker-house rolls and butter, cup of au jus, and a baked potato -- all of which is good. It also comes with soup or salad. Their Beef Barley soup is one of the best version of beef barley soup that I've ever had. It's loaded with ingredients, the broth has a deep flavor and I have always enjoyed their version of it. So far, this is five star territory. However, on to the not so good... I ordered the prime rib medium rare and it was clearly medium to medium well done. Honestly, if you want medium rare, medium well done is a big disappointment. I asked the waitress for a more rare piece and when she returned she told me that the chef said the piece I got was from the center of the roast and was the rarest piece they had. Although they took $8 off the price, it was not a great experience and the meat just could have been much more juicy and tasty if they had cooked it properly. But there is more. My wife order the fried chicken and for the third time in a row, they said they didn't have it. (Dehn's, if you don't carry it, either take it off the menu or tell your guests about it before they order). My wife went with the grilled chicken breast, which arrived looking like and tasting like either a frozen piece of chicken, or a bad airline meal (for those of you who can remember that). It was really tasteless and dry. In addition to all of that, we waited 15 minutes to be seated in the nearly empty restaurant because (we were told) they were short staffed. In fact, there seemed to be one waitress and one kitchen staff person for the restaurant. Service was slow (although friendly by the person who wasn't really a waitress). So what's up with Dehn's? The area around the restaurant is turning from farm land to housing. The hours of the restaurant have been cut severely and they are now only open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. My gut tells me that they are "caretaking" the restaurant and that although they have been open since 1958, I doubt they are going to see 2028.

Warning, know that if your "tip" behaviour doesn't exceed to their "expectation", especially Jeff, who proudly claimed himself as the manager there, he will make your family's first time experience at Rodizio HELL. Explain to me why Jeff think he has every right to talk to my family and I in the most disgusting, degrading way, as if he is superior over us- to question why my tip did not exceed his, his servers', "his" restaurant's expectation? Instead of politely explaining the tip distribution, he faked a conversation and then bluntly demand an answer for our reason of tipping. In addition to his disgusting behavior, he had the audacity to stand tall, have an attitude, and use his "manager" title to scare me into tipping more!? First of all Jeff, let me explain to you- whether I tipped 10%, 15% or 50%, it is not your issue to question how I spend my earnings. Secondly Jeff, why not ask me when I was paying the bill? Why not pull me to the side and have a private conversation with me? You're so good at fake conversations, why didn't you approach me in a way that my family could have enjoyed their experience and get an answer for your expected tip? You lost your chance so you decided to stoop and degrade my family and I. I saw you and your server eyeing my family and I after I paid the bill. You wanted to "protect" (a term used by your server) your waitress/waiters, servers, that you made my family and I feel inferior to you? Anna was great, sweet, so lovely, and kind. Your servers- they were fantastic, optimistic, excited, and enjoyed every moment they had with each family they approached. As their manager or manager of the night, you fail to paint that picture for them. Great job at losing a great family as customer. I am appalled by your behavior. Respect is earn with respect. For Rodizio to have you represented as manager, Rodizio doesn't deserve my family's and my respect, or earnings. You owe my family and I an apology for your poor, disgusting behavior. Future customers/guests planning to have a taste of Rodizio, plan to over-budget before getting there. More is expected of you than you'd think. All I can say is WOW! My girlfriend and I decided to try Rodizio after searching The Cities area for Brazilian Style Steakhouses and we were not disappointed. We normally will drive 6 hours from our hometown to South Dakota for our old steakhouse. Now, we have found a new place to love in Rodizio. The meat was cooked to perfection, our drinks were not only beautiful tasting but looked great as well. The gauncho (guys with the meat) we saw the most and loved the best was Josh. His iconic "also known as" jokes about the types of meats made what could have been a normal dining experience a comedic and memorable one. We started with our primary server for the night Dustin, but since it was closing time also were served by Dylan as well. Dustin was very friendly and knew the menu top to bottom, enabling him to help us chose amazing drinks from an otherwise unknown menu, and I never saw him without a smile regardless of who he served. Dylan was the same; no matter where I saw him in the restaurant he seemed to be loving his job! He made a perfect balance of still being attentive to us and making sure that his cleaning duties were performed as the night came to a close. As a former shift leader in the restaurant buisness I know that is a rare trait that Dylan performed beautifully. Overall, we LOVED our meal, the employees were above and beyond anything we have had before, and we will definitely be back again soon! Disappointed and Won't Be Returning I do not recommend Rodizio in Maple Grove. We spent over $180 for three people and walked away disappointed and frustrated. The quality just isn't there anymore. Every cut of meat we tried was tough, excessively fatty, and lacked seasoning. Even the one piece of fish I had was bland. It wasn't just our table--several others around us seemed to abandon the gaucho experience and stick to the salad bar instead. The waitstaff was inattentive throughout the meal. I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses like Fogo Gaucho that are top-notch, so I know what this experience should feel like. Sadly, Rodizio missed the mark. They no longer bring bread, polenta, or bananas to the table, which used to be part of the charm. You'd think this would free up the staff to focus on service, but instead, they seemed disengaged and unavailable. The meat rotations were repetitive and disappointing--three rounds of parmesan-encrusted cuts, which I couldn't eat due to dietary restrictions. Aside from one pass of ham and a beef cut that tasted like pot roast, there was little variety. I was embarrassed to have suggested this place to my guests. It felt like throwing hard-earned money at food we couldn't enjoy. If you're looking for a quality Brazilian steakhouse experience, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Hi! I just went to Rodizio Grill in Maple Grove today and was very disappointed :((( I expected this place to be at least a little bit close to Fogo de Chao but they are totally different. Owner of this 'restaurant' made two mistakes. Mistake number one is that he opened this place without any knowledge. Mistake number two is that he chose a wrong place. Perfect place for this 'restaurant' would be at a truck stop, so he would have bunch of one-time customers, and so he would always have different clients that he would never see again. Even though most of 'truck stop restaurants' have much better quality steaks. This horrible place is worst than anything. I wouldn't feed my dog with this meat. Walmart steaks are much better quality. Even Perkins and Dennys serve better meat. Not trying to be mean but I would never come back even if it was free... read more

Worst Brazilian Food Ever Just went to Rodizio Grill today, and this was total waste of time and money. Meat is horible so as the salad bar and all appetizers. If you want real Brazilian Grill go to Fogo de Chao. This stupid place is not even close. First of all waiters are unprofessional and they have no idea what they are doing. Cooks should work at McDonalds or White Castle. Meat is not fresh and tastes funny. Any place in Maple Grove that serves meat is better. Honestly, this place is THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER. They should be closed immediately. After dinner there it feels like someone pooped in my mouths and made me pay $71.11 for the party of two with no drinks. I recently visited Rodizio Grill in Maple Grove and had a decent experience. The concept of unlimited meat served tableside is definitely unique and fun. The cuts of meat were generally good, although some lacked a bit of flavor. The servers were attentive, and the atmosphere was lively. One of the highlights of the meal was the cheese bread--it was absolutely delicious and one of the best things we tried! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was definitely a standout. While the meat was mostly enjoyable, I felt that some cuts could have been a bit more flavorful. Overall, it was an average experience for the price. A churrascaria is an experience unlike any other restaurant. We visited on a weeknight when they were not busy and so received their full attention. The appetizers were brought right away and were good, especially the brazillian cheese bread. The salad bar had many salads, pastas, and other items to start the meal with. When we were ready they started bringing around the various barbecued meats. I think we tried them all. We really liked the Frango Con Bacon and the Lombo Con Queijo asking for them to be brought back. A delightful evening. The quality of the meat was satisfactory, albeit dependent on the specific cut obtained. Upon our arrival, we encountered a slight delay in being seated. Subsequently, we were not provided with any instructions regarding the dining process. However, upon inquiring with a different waiter, he was willing to assist us. During the service, it was challenging to obtain medium-rare cuts of meat, and the servers did not visit our table frequently. Rodizio Grill is a wonderful Brazilian Steak Buffet!! They bring a nice variety of delicious steaks on a skewer to your table and carve the meat how you want it cooked. They have a wonderful steak that they call parmesan. I think it may be a mixture of parmesan cheese and garlic. It is fantastic!! I would take it over prime rib!! They also have an awesome salad bar. Their servers are so well mannered too!! Even if you have to drive out of your way it is worth it. Lunch is from 11 AM to 3:30 PM and it is well worth it. read more

Enjoyed my birthday dinner with friends at rodizio Grill in Maple Grove. They have a great salad bar with lots of options and I like the variety of meats including ham, ribs, chicken 3 ways and of course the beef. I love both the center cut and garlic beef. And to top it all off if the delicious roasted pineapple. It's a perfect dessert. Due to the Valentine's special, the restaurant was VERY busy so we did have about a half hour wait after our reservation time. The manager walked around offering apologies and appetizers. The food was AMAZING!! My wife's birthday dinner was one of the best of her life! All the waiters were friendly, fast, and accomodating. This place can be a date night or family dinner restaurant. Recommended here by a co-worker, the dinner is definitely worth it. The meat is very tender and full of flavor the glazed pineapple is nice and warm also very sweet. Entree: Seafood Combo ($39.95) -- Pan-fried Walleye: Seasoning coat on the Walleye is very delicate and not overpowering. I appreciate they put the almonds in the center, so you can distribute if wanted. The filet is a little small, but the taste is perfect. RECOMMENDED. -- Coconut Shrimp (4) includes a dipping "jelly sauce" with a slight horseradish kick. It's a good addition. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! -- Crab Cake: The Crab cake is about the size of a cookie, but it should include more crab and less breading fill. I found it difficult to distinguish between crab and breading. Plus, the seasoning is a tad peppery, which overpowers the crab taste. Not recommended. Side Dish: Grilled Green Beans were perfectly blistered with a delicate teriyaki coat. I could eat a plate of them! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Bread: They provide a small, hot loaf about 6" long. It has a toasted seasoning of salt, pepper, and a hint of garlic. By far, one of the best "giveaway table breads" of any restaurant. Plus, they provide a basket of butter packets! I love my butter, and I hate when places only provide 1 or 2 packets. Gordy's bread came with a basket of packets (10 packets!) Drinks: Martini ($15). A very generous pour! If I'm paying $15 for a Martini, I want more than one or two sips. This Martini, using Tito's Vodka, was probably 5 ounces or more--with choice of lemon twist, olives, or bleu-cheese stuffed olives. As a Martini connoisseur, THANK YOU!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Service: I cannot speak more highly of the Servers! They are incredible! Friendly, professional, engaging, and attentive. Plus, the Server offered to de-shell the lobster (for a table next to mine). First time I've ever heard a Server offer to do that task--and I lived in New England with many great lobster places. The Servers are FANTASTIC! Ambiance: Subdued lighting and dark tones provide an intimate and relaxing experience. However, I think he had a lot of moving pieces, and my steak stayed on the grill a tad to long. From what I can tell the people love this place and are often regulars. I can't lie, I was excited to see catfish on the menu, yet disappointed when he said he hadn't had any in over a year. Overall experirence on a scale of 1 to 5 would be a 3 for now.
