Costco told me to buy new tires ($800=) Toyota Tustin told me to buy new tires ($600...) A Plus Tire Club's Owner Larry went out and checked out my tires and said I just need the right front tire for now. They don't sell used tires but he asked his employee went and checked for one and found one for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. He found a pretty good one with 50% tread left. I said how much? $40 with installation and no tax. 10 minutes later is was on my car, and all tires were cleaned with tire lotion. I gave them $40 plus $10 tip for their honesty, great help in finding me a spare in their used tire that day, and for their extreme efficiency in putting the tire on my car...( they call it NASCAR tire changing like they do in races. I can not believe how cool, amazing, honest, fun, funny, and great service they provided me ( and saved me$$$$$) by letting me know the other 3 tires were still good. I give this place and Larry (the owner) and his employees a million stars! We laughed and sang ( he has this cool singing toy on the front desk... and Larry is so organized it is no joke... he is so neat it is so admirable!). Everybody loves this place! I paid almost $70 for my used tire that looked like it had great tread.. only to be told elsewhere it was a bad tire when I tried to get it installed. I was finally able to get it installed only to find out the tire keeps going flat so I take it in to have it examined and find out I was sold a used tire that already had been patched up and had major cracks and was defective. I was told by the company that examined my new used tire that Go Used tires should have never sold me this tire. Because of this it put my children and myself in extreme danger. I now am left with a POS tire I paid for and having to now go look for another tire to replace the shitty one I was sold from go used tires!!!

I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)

For about two months I had issues…read moredriving the car with wobbling and issues with alignment issues. 3 alignments later to find out it wasn't anything to do with aligment but had to do with the fact that they sold me tires with a date of expiring in 2018. I tried to resolve the issue with them but it was as if I wasn't a concern. No calls backs No concern at all. They proceeded with telling me I have to go through the manufacture rather than them rectifying the issue. This is poor customer service and if you ask me fraud. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this could have been handled differently . The sad truth of running a business incorrectly and lack of customer service.
