I did as requested and returned a second time to have the auto emissions redone. I was told there was no one available to do the test that day, but I could make an appointment for the next day. It is important to note here, that my car was fully seen from the appointment desk. When I returned for the appointment, I was told by the person at the front desk that my car would not pass the emissions exam because my back windows were tinted. I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted. To be lied about what I actually needed to pass NY state auto emissions, and then to not be told when I had returned afterwards and booked an appointment. What is wrong with these people? If they don't know the rules of the emissions exam, what else don't they know? Do not trust these people with your Vehicle.

Discussed location as well. Told to send pictures right before the service was needed. Sent pictures ahead of time, resent address for a price quote. In all cases I made the calls and did not get calls back with prices, as promised. Called 3 times the week the job was to be done with assurances that there was no problem. Day before job was to be done I called again, after not getting any information about the cost. Was told the job could not be done due to illness of staff and someone just quitting. They did not call me to let me know about this problem. Had I not called them I would have not known they they would not be keeping their word and doing the job. They knew the job was time sensitive. So be careful. Their word is not their bond. By the way, when I called and got the bad, and upsetting news, I was told to Google other towing places. No help at all.
