We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

Having done appliance research and looked at big box store all-in pricing, I had a model in mind along with what I expected to pay. What George quoted me all-in was very reasonable, less expensive than other stores, and it allowed me to shop local. Win-win. The two guys doing the installation and removal were efficient, clearly experienced and overall just good people. They gave me a few tips, replaced a loose drain pipe at no additional costs and cleaned some underneath areas I had not seen in over a decade. The delivery, installation and gas hook-up were flawless. Nick and Miguel were courteous and knowledgeable when removing our old range, unpacking and installing the new range making sure not to scratch our floors or the new range. Nick and Miguel hauled away the old range and all of the packaging materials from the new range. I used their service with u-haul's u-box, where you pack a box, let it remain in storage at Wadeson's and then ship it when you're ready. After about a month and a half of storage, I had them ship the box to CA. I soon received a padlock key in an envelope in the mail from Wadeson's with no explanation (keep in mind that you lock the box with your own padlock, for which I alone had the key). When the box eventually arrived, it was a completely different box, half-full. Hence, the new padlock key. I packed my box to the brim and I was able to walk into this box. Everything of value was missing. My professional musical gear, my snowboard gear, electronics, amplifier, an amazing record collection, clothing. I'm still realizing what was missing. My whole life was in that box. Only after I contacted them did they tell me that my box had fallen off a forklift and broke. They said they packed everything neatly into the new box, but this was clearly not true. They were extremely sketchy and apparently had no security footage, never made an inventory, and most importantly, never contacted me. U-haul insurance gave my a paltry $2k to cover all of this gear after a lengthly experience finding old receipts and creating an inventory. It was all worth sooo much more. I will never go to Wadeson's again.
