This is in regards to Service Center. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning to have it looked at as the ABS light kept coming on and my breaks would lock up. I also asked to have a body work quote as my rear bumper had several scratches. Later that day I was called by my Service Adviser, Sean McCarthy, who informed me that my car was struck in the garage, leaving a large dent in the body. He informed me that my car was sent to the body shop to have it repaired and that they would also have the bumper and a small driver's side door dent repaired, free of charge. I was also told that the next door Enterprise rental would have a car waiting for me at no cost. The problems began that evening when I arrived at Enterprise to find no cars available to me. Enterprise apologized for the error and offered to provide me with the rental the next day. Wednesday comes and I confirm with Enterprise that they have the car ready, but also offer to transfer the reservation to a location closer to my place of business. I have the reservation transferred to a location next door to my office and am then told that Rogers had only fronted enough money for a single day rental ($50, the lowest priced rental costing $33), when I was not even given a time frame for when I would get my car back. I called the Service Center and a manager informed me that he would have the car ready by Thursday end of day. A little irked but pacified I confirmed the reservation for the rental. Upon arriving to pick up the rental I am informed by Enterprise that Rogers had indeed provided $50 for the rental, but with a $25 per day limit, requiring me to pay the difference plus tax out of pocket. I declined the rental and called Rogers and spoke to the Service Center operator. I informed her of the issue and she said she would look for a manager and forward the information to him. I provided her with a call back number and she said she would have the manager call back. I waited an hour with no word, and upon calling the Service Center back the same operator informed me that she copied my number down incorrectly, the manager tried to call, did not reach me and had gone home. I had lost all patience and demanded that a manager call me first thing in the morning. The operator informs me that she will do so. Thursday morning comes around and no call from anyone at Rogers. At 1:00 PM I call them myself and I get transferred to the Sean, who originally who took my car. He was completely unaware of any of the mistakes as he was off on Wednesday and apologized profusely. Sean informed me that the mistake with the rental was due to an agreement made between the local Enterprise and Rogers, where they obtain rentals at reduced rates and the information not being provided when the reservation was transferred. Sean offered to rectify the issue but at that point my car was ready. Sean then offered for me to be compensated for the frustration and inconvenience. I arrived in the evening to find my car in good condition, no bumper scraps, drivers side door dent removed, no evidence of the car being hit. I was, however, unceremoniously handed my bill (with a balance of 0) and car as if nothing ever happened: no apology from management, no notice of the promised compensation. While I applaud Sean for his eagerness to resolve my issues and his open communication, it seems that the rest of the service center is not on the same page. Repeated mistakes were made on behalf of the Service Center and the bare minimum was done on their behalf to make sure that the arrangements they made to rectify their own mistakes actually followed through. I wasted an unnecessary amount of time dealing with the constant mistakes caused by the incompetence of the Service Center. I suppose I have some level of fault for being initially calm about the whole ordeal, but I will say that anyone who has to make any arrangements with the Service Center, make sure you get everything in writing and confirmed ahead of time. Chances are they'll drop the ball unless you're on their case about it. read more

This will be the last time I will let Rogers Chevrolet on 2700 Michigan do work or attempt to do work on my car. I was in there at 8 am on 2/25 to get a replacement remote for my car. After checking my car in, I was instructed to go to the first booth for assistance. When I got to the both I had a seat (no staff at the desk) and was there 1 minute when the staff walked behind the desk and said rudely (no hello) I am not ready it's going to been 5-10 minutes; I just got here. I told the staff that I was instructed to come to booth one. He said you can go back to your car and wait for the next available the staff to call you I am not ready. At this point I said you need to speak with your coworker to see if they can take me instead of telling me to go back to my car. He stated once again I can not take you for 5 - 10 minutes (the booth next to him was open) which is the booth he should have asked to take me instead of acting as if I made him late for his job. Subsequently, the staff in the next booth voluntarily asked if he could help me. I must add that during the very rude conversation with the late staff, the customer relations guy was standing right there. Subsequently, I placed my service order and left for work. When I arrived that evening to pick up my car, I was informed of the charges and paid for them. While I was waiting for my car to be pulled around and questioning a notation on my receipt, I noticed a charge for $11.89 for "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order". I inquired with the cashier about this charge and was told this is a fee that the City of Chicago charges for this Chevy dealer to dispose of waste / liquids that come out of the car. When I told the cashier that I had a replacement remote there was nothing to dispose of; she repied "well I do not know". The cashier calls another staff to explain the notation on the receipt I was concerned about and to explain the $11.89 charge. Subsequently he took me to the manager who again tried to explain the notation I was concerned about; since an explanation of the notation on the receipt could not be explained to me fully, I dropped that issue and focused on the $11.89 charge. The manager first told me this is a disposal fee for the shop of tools/liquid/ etc., which I replied there was not anything to dispose of I purchased a replacement remote and had it programmed. Then he made this ridiculous statement " the fee is for taking out the garbage around the shop" which I replied I do not pay for your staff to take out your garbage. Then he stated why are you so defensive? I replied, "I brought my car here for a ignition problem 6-7 months ago; the only thing that was done consisted of spraying some lubricant into the ignition and charging me a high repair charge; the problem with the ignition still existed. Subsequently, I wrote a letter/email COMPLAINT to Chevy explaining nothing was done to correct the problem; the service that was provided consisted of spraying a substance in the ignition and hoping this would work. I was charged basically for chevy to do nothing; eventually I was refunded my monies for this nonexistent charge. I said to the manager that is why I am very defensive due to the fact that Rogers Chevy added what apparently are bogus charges for my previous visit and this visit as well. At that time the manager instructed the other guy to refund the $11.89 charge for "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order". Too have 2 bogus charges added to my bill both times I had my car serviced at Rogers, lets me know I can not trust this shop with charging me correctly and/or doing the correct work with honesty in my case. If you get a bill beware of the $11.89 charge for "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order" if you had nothing to dispose of during your service visit.. I recently returned to Rogers Auto Group to look at a few vehicles, find out my trade in value and see what options were available to trade in my vehicle that I had previously purchased from there. Initially, I had not decided to trade in my current vehicle or purchase a new vehicle. Upon my arrival Mr. Brian Lonie, a Sales Consultant, approached us with a friendly and welcoming look. First he greeted us with a smile, extended a hand shake and asked if he could be of assistance. I told him I was not sure if I wanted to purchase a vehicle. He offered us a seat and allowed me to explain why I came in, listened to my current situation and waited until I finished before he asked if he could assist me in purchasing a vehicle. After he listened to my situation and concerns Mr. Lonie immediately searched for a solution, explained to me what information he needed from me to see if he could offer me a new vehicle, He kept me informed of the status of his research, took me for a test drive, when we returned, he came back with a credit offer that had much less interest than my previous purchase. As a result, I drove away with a 2014 demo vehicle, this car has so many more bells and whistles than I have usually purchased, that I am still reading the manual so I can utilize all of them! I was mostly impressed that I would now pay less than $50.00 additional per month than the car I traded in. Later before I left, I found out my insurance payment only increased $6.00 per month. Did I mention all of this is a vehicle upgrade from the car I traded in!!! With that being said, I made the decision to purchase the demo vehicle with the expressed knowledge and assurance that the few minor discrepancies would be taken care of. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy that day. However, every time I saw Brian, including while I was waiting to go to the finance office, he was constantly working and assisting other customers. Even though he was busy, he came to the waiting area and gave me several status updates. I really appreciated his customer service skills, his professionalism, his knowledge of the various vehicles, their warranties, and how he either answered my questions or went to find the answers. Overall, he continuously let me know by his actions that he really cared about his clients. I highly recommend Mr. Brian Lonie, for anyone purchasing a vehicle from Rogers Auto Group. I have passed out numerous cards since purchasing my vehicle. Overall, I recommend Rogers Auto Group for any of your vehicle purchases or car maintenance. A couple years ago i purchased a 2007 Grand Prix from Rogers and i was ok with the car considering my credit was under ok. Than a couple weeks ago i was recommended by my mother who told me to go back up there (she just purchased another new truck) and speak with a Kevin Benavides, in fact she just called him for me right on spot. I spoke to Kevin and explained that i only been paying for my car a couple years and he said that should'nt be a problem and changed his time to work from 1pm to 10am so i could come on my time and he'll check to see what he could do for me.. The following day i arrived late and Kevin was still ready for me, as he offerd me a drink. He checked my info and notice i had a big problem with the loan( HIGH double digits interest) i already had but now my credit was good. He explain to me in details about the whole "fiancing works" and ask what car i was looking for and i told the standard Chevy Camero was my first pick. We went over some numbers far as the down payment, monthly payments and could'nt come to a deal because of the loan i was in. Kevin did try to put me into another new car, a Malibu which had insentives but before the deal could go through i walked because i really did'nt like that car. I thank Kevin for his hard work and told him I'll come back in a few months with a better down payment. As i left Kevin said that i really need to get out that HIGH loan and he'll work on this for me, i'll be hearing from me. No more than an hour i had a missed called from Rogers and check my voice mail it was Kevin Benavides saying " I hope you're not far but bring your car back I have a great deal with everything we were trying to get." I called back and he said that he had the 2012 Buick( Eco) Lacrosse washed, full tank of gas and ready for me, now earlier we did look at 2012 Lacrosse, Regal and these cars comes with very good insentives which helped my situation.Kevin new the details of this car from bumber to bumber and wanted me to come back if i had any questions about the car plus he signed me up for Rogers v.i.p membership on them. It took about a total of six hours but at the end of the day i had my first brand new car that i liked at a LOW single digit loan rate and very LOW down payment. If you want someone who's going to not try and put you in a bad car deal and knows about cars than you should go to Rogers and ask for Kevin Benavides. I'm laughing as I write this because, for the 2nd time, I went in for something (Truck/SUV) and left with something else. Not from pressure on their side, but because they mentioned a deal that was there to be had. Found a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, left over from stock...Not sure why, maybe because it was a 6-Speed Manual trans, but spotless new, perfect. Loaded, with all options you can get on it...all glass roof, leather etc. Saved a boatload of money off it, and Hyundai's don't typically discount like this, so I grabbed it. But overall experience is great. As I mentioned, this is the 2nd car we've purchased there in the last year, and over the years we've bought like 4 cars from them. Its an easy to get to location, parking all around, no issues. I've looked at other dealerships, and always had some goofiness happen. This time I went to a couple of Dodge Dealerships and was given "Internet" pricing via e-mail only to get there and find out "Oh, that car was sold" (this when I arrived 20 mins after I received the e-mail) and pricing was no-where near what was promised, even though essentially the same equipped car. So I went to Rogers looking for a used truck I saw on their website. My salesman, Issac, mentioned he had a special deal on a car. I said no, didn't even go to look at it. Got approved on the truck quickly and easily and was almost ready to sign...just waiting for him to come with the paperwork... when I walked into the back, and saw the car he had mentioned. Nice...and pricing was impressive...which almost never happens on something like a Hyundai, not a lot of markup on them...walked back in and told him I might go for it. He didn't miss a beat, went in and grabbed the keys, we went for the ride...Liked it, a lot, and changed my mind... Issac was pretty busy, handed me over to one of his associates (Miguel) who was equally as nice and professional, and he helped me get all the paperwork done. I have to say, this was one of the most painless car purchases I've ever had, and I've never had a difficult one there at Rogers...they treat me well there, and with professionalism and respect, but more like friends, not the smarmy cliché glad hand...just genuine nice guys who do a difficult and occasionally stressful job and do it well. I have a long story to write, but to help fellow citizens I'll make a summarized statement first. *** THE WORST car dealership and service center you will ever visit in your life. I'd recommend everyone to avoid here at any costs. Just drive 30 minutes more and look for other dealership. You will thank me later. All they do is make you wait inside anyway to begin with. Once you are in here for any reason, they will completely waste minimum 2 hours of your time by making you wait just to give you a hard time. Fresh day. Fresh air. I walk into this filthy place happily, not knowing what was about to happen. Trying to get my car taken care of. The typical "register and wait" begins. probably about 30 minutes just standing and walking around waiting. I get a chance to talk to one of the behind the desk guys. He says wait and comes back in 30 minutes. 1 hour gone already. He brings one of the mechanics with him so I could talk to the mechanic about the car. I am finally about to start a conversation with the mechanic. Out of no where this grumpy lunatic old guy aggressively ambushes and starts cussing on top of his lungs. I have not heard anyone swear at me like that in several years. His sentences had more F bombs than other words. He started spitting flawlessly. This guy got a very large filthy mouth. From motherf**kers, f**kyou, f**ker, f**koff, get the f**k out, no f**king service, to f**king cheater. Unless this guy was Gordon Ramsay filming his show, only place this guy should be in is psych ward. Right behind this guy, there was gigantic board that said something about 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Hilarious. Yell and swear on top of your lungs to a clueless customer with 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION board right behind. This is how Rogers Auto Group get their customers satisfied. I guess they scare the customers into satisfaction. By the way, my car has dash cam installed with audio records enabled only for a day or two for emergency purposes. If you are going to deny the facts I stated, shame on you. Get your mind together and go see a doc. Multiple other employees were there watching this old manager guy go full insane. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE I'm always extremely anxious when going into a dealership to buy/lease a car. As a female, we hear the horror stories that we don't get a fair shake. This is the SECOND new car that I've had the pleasure to buy from Rogers Auto Group. They put me with a top rate salesperson, Patricia Williams, and then had the owner (Monty), and the sales manager (Victor A) work on the deal until it fit my requirements. I wasn't able to lease this time, but I had driven a LaCrosse for four years with minor problems, so buying wasn't as much of an issue. Plus, it came at a price that I could live with. Victor had kept my phone number taped to his computer screen for six months, waiting for the exact right deal to come in. I was over my miles which put me upside down when it came to car equity. They put me in a manager's special, that had the right amount of rebates and incentives to "soak up" the cash that I would owe the finance company for those extra miles. All I had to pay was $500 to ride off with a new car!!! This was a better deal than I received the first time around. Actually, before then, it was the service department that I thought was top notch. They were the reason that I leased the first car from Rogers Auto Group. They're also part of the reason I keep coming back. And the personal touch is awesome, too. Three days later, when I came back to have the oil changed and everything checked out, the service department was so backed up, that I wasn't going to be able to keep my promise to a friend and take her to the bank before it closed. The sales manager was going to have my saleswoman, Patti, take me where I needed to go. Instead, because she had clients in the chair that were being serviced, she put me in her personal car and I was on my way. Now THAT'S good customer service. Not to mention, they've kept every promise they've ever made. If you're considering a new or used car purchase, I would say you can buy with confidence at Rogers Auto Group. Patricia Williams is an award-winning saleswoman and Victor is a straight-shooter and manager who wants to be certain that customers are happy and will keep coming back. Monty is awesome. I had bought a crappy car off craigslist, it broke down with in a month so I knew I needed to go to a dealership, because I need a car for work I had little money and bad credit. So, I researched the best dealership to that could help a person like me. Rodgers Auto Group was the best choice. I'm very happy I went there after applying for a quote online, the next day I got a call from Jackie. She was very helpful and pleasant over the phone. I made an appointment for Saturday. I went in the receptionist let us know the Jackie will be With us shortly, and Jackie meet us very fast and brought us to a wonderful associate named Daniel. He was extremely helpful he assured me that he specializes with situations like mine and can help me get a car. After explaining my situation he went to bat for me. I eventually went in for a used car, but he got me approved for a brand new 2013 car. I was very happy because I didn't think that I could qualify for a new car. His demeanor was very pleasant and didn't mind that my 1 and a half year old daughter even wrote on his desk. He gave her a pen and paper to occupy her self and when she started to run around the whole store the other employees didn't mind at all. There was another receptionist who I have to say was just the nicest person. She was very playful with my daughter and even gave her her brackets to play with, and still had the same pleasant demeanor when my daughter broke one of them. I don't remember her name tho, but she was very patient with my daughter. All the employees where. Which made the experience even better. The whole store was just a great environment t to be in. You can tell that they are a family based store and really care about getting you the best car. They even had a section for kids to go play with toys and watch cartoons the whole experience was something I was not expecting I am very happy with this auto store and will always go there when I get another car and I am referring all my friends and family to this store. I am so grateful to Jackie, Daniel, the receptionist who bracelet got broken by my daughter and all the employees for all there help. Now I can go to my job drive around or even go out of town with peace of mind that me and my family will be in a safe reliable car. read more

When we purchased our car, I researched this dealership and noticed that the service department did not get great reviews. Since we were having a good experience with the sales department (Peter) we decided to take a gamble and go ahead with the purchase. For the first 1 1/2 years, all went well. Then I went in last Friday... I needed to get the oil changed and a filter replaced, per notification on my car diagnostic board and email. When I went in, I was told that in addition, I had missed a previous "scheduled maintenance" item that was to have been done at 15,000 miles. They told me that I had a "scheduled maintenance" item of cleaning my fuel injector. Since I was at almost 23,000 miles, "way over due" per the person checking me in, I agreed to have it done. After leaving the dealership, it dawned on me that I never received a notification on my diagnostic board on the car, nor in an email, for the fuel injector cleaning as scheduled maintenance. After I got home I researched 1) the internet, 2) my owners manual, and 3) I actually called the Chevy manufacturer directly. Turns out it is not only something that is not scheduled and required after 15,000 miles, it isn't required at ALL on a scheduled basis! I went back to the dealership immediately and spoke with Ed, the manager of the service department. At first he insisted that is IS required as a scheduled maintenance item at 15,000 miles, only to finally back down and admit that Chevy doesn't require it, however their service department does! He told me "well, other manufacturers require it, like Hyundai". Well guess what? I don't OWN a Hyundai, I own a Chevy. I stressed to him that it wasn't presented to me as something THEY recommend, but rather "scheduled", which to me meant something the manufacturer required. Basically, it is something they do to simply pad the bottom line, to the tune of $138! Again, I don't doubt that there are times cleaning a fuel injector is warranted, just don't use fraud to get people to do it! After much back and forth, Ed finally agreed to refund my money. He did, however, tell me that when I came back for maintenance in the future, he wouldn't ever refund me money again. Not to worry...I won't EVER be back. read more

WHAT A BLESSING! I have been a frequent customer of this dealership for over 10 years now and I must say that I am always pleased. The Service Department: I have to speak on them first, because this was my first dealings with them, I have dealt with Derrick Parks on a regular basis and I must say that I feel deep in my heart that he is always honest with me in regards to what is wrong with the car when I bring it in and/or what is needed for my car. He even informs me of any extra deals they have going on. Not once have I felt like I was getting dealership treatment (over pricing and misleading information). If I can't get Derrick then I try to deal with his brother Dwayne Parks who is also very nice. My daughter has also brought her car to Rogers for service and she normally deals with Dwayne Parks, the brothers are awesome. My routine is to call to see if Derrick is in before I go; don't get me wrong, I have dealt with others there and I am telling you if you are looking for polite, respectable and professional service reps and staff in the service department as a whole, this is the place to go. I will always take my car here for service and hopefully Derrick Parks will be there to greet me. LOL - I also appreciate the fact that when I drop off in the morning on my way to work that I can expect a ride to my job, (the driver Buddy is also bubbly in the morning) and transportation back to the dealership to pick up my car, I find that to be very helpful. Sales Representatives: I just purchased a new car (Hyundai Sonata) and I dealt with Patricia Williams and Nathan Myers and I want you to know that it was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful with any and all questions I had even before I arrived at the dealership. I had spoken with Patricia a couple of days before with questions. Since the purchase I have had problems with just the operation of the new technology in the car and they have been more than willing to accommodate me while leaving the door open for me to come or call with any questions or problems I may have. Are we all talking about the same Rogers Auto? South Mich. Ave? I just had one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. My car had been stolen and the insurance company finally settled with us. We had one day to find a car or pay the car rental ourselves. It had been a stressful experience to say the least: not knowing how much we were going to get, what we'd be able to afford- go used, lease or buy... . We had our eye on the Chevy Spark both for it's lower price point, great gas mileage, and very good reviews. 'Rogers ' suggested other options where I'd get more for my money, but they were still above my budget. They honored my wishes and worked with me till we could find a reasonable solution. We went out to the lot and saw colors, then test drove one. I loved it immediately. Now it turns out the car I test drove had more options, than the one I was budgeted for. As much as I wanted those extras, I couldn't have it both ways. But they did have the model that fit my plan. They could have said that the loaded car was all that was available, but they didn't. Nor did they make me feel lousy because I was buying the cheapest model. They didn't try to up-sell me. In fact, you'd think they were selling me a Corvette or something. They were courteous, and I kept my dignity. Sure we spent some time there. I think they spent an hour just cleaning up the car, putting on the temp plates, and making sure it was spotless. So we finished up the financing while sipping on hot chocolate. Even that was good (Starbucks, they said).Then Ivan, my man!, sat in the car with us going over every feature, dial and button and set up my On Star. He even set up our route home. Shout outs to Ivan, my man, Adam in finance, & Isaac who took us around and got the car ready. Bottom line: I love this car!!!! It is so much fun to drive. I went in thinking I wasn't gonna get approved because of my low credit score (561). Then I figured, Well if I do get approved I'm gonna have a very very high apr! Well, I went in on a Saturday. My salesman was Paul McCullum. He was very nice and he listened. I went in to get approved for a used 2008 chevy impala. We sat down, he got my employment info and ran a credit check. I told him I would put down $1,000 but not until next Saturday. He had no problem with that. He took all of my info and took it to the finanacing dept. I sat and waited for literally 3 and a half hours waiting to be approved....I had lost hope. Paul came back and told me I had gotton approved BUT not for the car I wanted! He took me out to look @ the car I DID get approved for.....a new 2013 chevy spark! Champange pink in color, leather seats, 4 door, onstar, EXCELLENT on gas! We took it for a test drive and I LOVED it!!! We came back 2 the delearship and Paul told me I could drive it home that day!! I explained to Paul once again that I did not have my dwn payment of $1,000 nd I wouldn't have it until 7days from now. He said that's not a problem! All you need is insurance (full coverage) and a copy of ur debit card! Unfortunetly, I didn't have either!! Paul told me as soon as I had those items, I could drive off the lot! Well, I went home sad BUT I got right on it! I put my debit card in wallet and got on the phone with the insurance company! I got full coverage! On Monday, I went back to Paul WITH my insurance and debit card. After 2 hours of talking to the finance ppl and signing pprwrk, I drove off in MY NEW car!!!!!!!!!!! Rogers auto group is hands down the best car dealership in illinois. To me it's not just a dealership they are like family to me. I have been going to them for 12 years plus and my family has been buying cars here for many years prior. I give them a 12 out of 10 stars. In just the past 12 months have purchased 4 new vehicles and 3 of them in the last month. Monte and his son John the owners are unbelievable, they always come greet me when I come in and make sure I leave happy and satisfied. They are two great individuals and always there to make me feel like I am at home. The managers their are outstanding, Mario , Victor , Wally and Brian are like brothers to me. Always trying to get me the best service there is to offer. They go above and beyond to make me happy. My salesman is Kevin B. and words can't describe his effort to help me during my time there and even after. He comes in on his days off to get my vehicles ready and in tip top shape. Jamie in service is amazing. He always treats me like I am one of their own giving me nothing but VIP treatment when I need service done to one of my vehicles. Always making sure I leave satisfied. All of these guys deserve an award for their excellent job in service at Rogers. I stop in 1-2 times a week just to bs with the guys. I purchased a 2013 Jeep from Rogers Auto Group. As any normal transaction would go there was a lot a paperwork and a lot of back and fourth during the price negotiation stage. That said lets start with the positives: - I worked with Sean H. he was an outstanding sales representative, he helped us through all stages and performed above and beyond what was necessary. He even bought us dinner because of our wait during the financing stage. - Dealership was very clean and efficient - Great prices on pre-owned vehicles - Also a special mention to their out of state team. They did an amazing job, I was an out of state buyer and they were on top of their game when it came to processing my purchase. - Communication. If I needed something or had a question before, during or after the purchase someone was always there to return my calls or emails within 24 hours Now for the few negatives I have: - Processing time. This could be improved. I understand that this can be a bottleneck situation, however after a purchase all related documents should be processed and available within a month. It took my registration almost a month to come in and I am still an waiting for the vehicle's Title as Michigan residents hold the titles. - Make sure you give buyer's all the information (fine print) prior to them buying something light the vehicle shield program. For instance the little card they hand you says they will repair your windshield incase of a crack. However, it is not until after you agreed, in the fine print that says the crack must be very small and they will in no way replace or repair the windshield if the crack is too large. All in all, I would recommend Roger's Auto group, especially Sean. If you are in the market for a vehicle, make sure you talk to this guy! read more

Throughout the years since my last move, I've always taken my former vehicle for servicing at Rogers Auto Group and have been consistently pleased with the excellent service they've provided me. More recently, however, I was in need of purchasing a new vehicle and decided I would shop at Rogers Auto Group. I thus made my way to their showroom, and not without some trepidation due to the general rigours of car buying along with the negative stereotypes ingrained within most of us concerning dealing with... car salesmen. I soon found, however, that such fears were entirely needless: I was presented with excellent service, made to feel very comfortable, and treated very courteously. Above all, I was never made to feel coerced to accept any upgrade options. The experience was truly delightful and entirely stress-free. I cannot go further without profusely thanking my benefactor, Jonathan Oomens, sales consultant at Rogers. He truly served as my advocate, looking out for my best interests. I also want to thank David Ortiz, sales manager, Bill, and Ivan very kindly for their contribution to my total satisfaction. I'm a proud owner of a very sleek 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS and I'm very grateful for the excellent service I received from Rogers Auto Group. I'll always recommend shopping and servicing at Rogers Auto Group to my family and friends - without reservation. I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new SUV from Rogers Auto, working with Daniel Nino there from start to finish. From the very beginning Daniel was a class-act professional; we sat down right away and had an open discussion about my objectives for the process, parameters for the car I was looking for, and budget I was working with. My previous car of 14 years had died a couple weeks prior but there was no immediate urgency for me to acquire a new one (this is still a city with public trans, cabs, and bikes). Daniel exhibited a tremendous spirit of understanding and knew that I was looking for an option suited for me, the customer, and not the other way around. Once we had laid the foundation for what I was seeking we took a test drive and he worked up some options. I took some time deliberating, during he which he was patient, responsive, and thorough in answering the questions I had. At no point did he pressure or try to hard-sell me, just legit went above and beyond working with me (including returning calls after hours and coming in when he was not scheduled for follow up meetings and then to finalize the paperwork). He even arranged for my old car to be towed to them (at no charge to me) and offered me trade-in value far above that of other places (I had met with several dealers in and around Chicago). I absolutely love the actual car I leased from Rogers, but that's not why I wrote a review. A car is a piece of machinery, a commodity that you can buy or lease from thousands of places. I came here to express my gratitude and relay the outstanding job Daniel did. I was in the market for a nice used car. My brother assisted me by looking for good car dealerships by the way of the better business bureau. He came up with a list of mostly car dealership on western ave. I heard all my life, never buy a car from that street!. Anyway I did look at about 4 to 6 lots on western and they all seemed polite and nice but I wasn't feeling it. However, the first car dealership on the list was Rodger's Auto Group. I was familiar with Rodger's over at least the past 19 years. I've pass there walking, riding the bus, etc. Well that was my first stop. I went in and told the receptionist I was looking for a used car. She paged someone to come to the front desk and out ran a gentleman names Aziz Tayeh. Basically, I told him I was looking for a used car something not too expensive. We looked at some models but nothing seemed satisfying. By the way, They really have beautiful cars. I saw some that were really nice but those cars were just a dream. Finally, Aziz mention a Volks Wagon Beetle. It wasn't at the site, it was out getting detailed. However, Aziz show me a video of the car with pics and recorded video. The next day, I finally saw the car. She was beautiful( the car) It was very clean. I told Aziz, I didn't think it was in my budget. He said he would talk to his boss and he would see what he could do. Anyway, they were able to work out something within my budget. Aziz was easy to talk to and told everything he knew about the car. He took good care of me. Rodger's Auto Group seems like a warm place. They are a family business and the people are helpful, professional, humorus, patient, and polite. When I can afford to buy my Chevy Traverse I'm definitely going back! jb read more

Recently purchased a 2011 Cadillac CTS with under 12,000 miles from Rogers. Expressed interest in the CTS that they had and David Ortiz responded via phone within :30 minutes and set me up an appointment. Rogers Auto was the 1st dealer visited. After test driving 6 other CTS' from Grossinger, Zeigler, Castle, and TheExchange.... Rogers ended up being the last dealer I visited. The salesman I was introduced to was PJ. PJ did everything correctly, i.e., HE LISTENED and payed close attention to what my priorities were. Everything I wanted, PJ made it happen. -- I told PJ on a Monday evening that I was going to be looking at 5 other cars and would not be making any decision until the following Friday--- PJ never once pressured or apply guilt trip/scare tactics in order to make a sale. He was extremely patient and that in itself is one of the biggest factors of this sale taking place. -- PJ is absolutely respectful and never arrogant. -- I wanted a lower price on the CTS--- PJ made it happen -- I wanted a lower interest rate on my preapproval--- PJ made it happen -- I wanted a Smart-phone Starter installed--- PJ made it happen -- I wanted an extended 72/72,000mi warranty--- PJ (and Devil Dog Adam in finance) made it happen -- PJ wanted me to put down $11,000, I only wanted to put down $8,000--- PJ made it happen -- I wanted my payments under $300--- PJ made it happen -- I didn't want a long and drawn out negotiation--- PJ made it happen quickly Car buying experience was one of my best and was made to be quite simple...
