Do not bring a sick dog here. After spending $2,000 and losing four days, he ultimately referred us to MedVet Emergency to avoid further complications. He does not have ultrasound equipment on-site. We had to wait an entire day for an external subcontractor to perform the procedure. He conducted ultrasounds twice in less than a month and increased the price the second time. We were prescribed special food that, we later realized, was not appropriate for our dog's condition, and it made him sick. The staff from Dr. Sanders' time are still as kind as ever, but unfortunately, a great doctor is no longer available when you will need one. Think twice before deciding to take your dog here.

She saw no less than 20 people while I was there so either she's booking more or a lot of walk ins got seen before me. She then said she would not see my dog and to GET OUT shaking her finger at me. Which I did, admittedly I was shaking and PO'd and said some not very nice things. Told her I would be writing a bad review and she said go for it. I sent my husband back to get both of my dogs records and that rude doctor wrote on the records that I assaulted her. There is no reason for that kind of customer service. I had every right to be upset after 2.5 hrs but I would have never raised my voice at her if she hadn't been so rude. This was not the first time I had seen this type of behavior from her but not to this degree.

They have saved my cat's life from very severe urinary tract infections and got him on the meds and food he needs. They ran tests and discovered my dog had a thyroid issue and allergies. The veterinarian is a very sweet lady, she always calls with updates after check ups and shares her concerns. My dog also developed a lump mass on her elbow and they performed surgery and did an amazing job. As you can see in the pictures. And I can't forget the amazing staff! Very helpful and sweet! I'm so glad I found an affordable vet I can trust my babies with.

We chose communal with an engraved nameplate but what we got was a cheap plaster paw print. We thought we would get ashes back with a nameplate. No ashes at all. We are beyond devasted. The office assistant tried to blame us for checking the box that said communal and blame is for not understanding what that meant.

However, when making a payment online, they told i have to come in to get him checked up? I'm not really sure what a checkup would benefit? Arthritis isnt reversible and last time I checked he's getting older. So I am basically going to pay for an "exam" in which theyre going to tell me the same thing and recommend carprofen because last time I checked he still definitely has arthritis. My dog got a thorough physical exam where the vet mentioned her slight cherry eyes which I was previously told didn't need to be operated on unless they bothered her. The vet seemed to have a different opinion but wasn't in a rush to schedule anything. Luckily my pup didn't need further evaluation for her leg, but the vet techs handled her very nicely and let me hold her to make her less anxious. This isn't a low cost vet practice by any means, but the cost for her vaccinations and medications seemed reasonable. I will be coming back with my baby!
