I receive hair cuts from Nicole, who has done a great job with my hair. She was able to find the best hairstyle for my facial structure and hair texture. Nicole gave very high quality hair cuts. All I can say is that I am satisfied and glad I went with Annalyse. The booking online was simple and easy. The location was not hard to find. Their was lots of parking. I was greeted upon entering, offered something to drink and seated promptly. We talked about what I wanted and about my healthy nail care journey. She was very attentive and gentle with on the nails. She advised on how to take care of of them in between sessions at home. My hand felt stiff and sore so the massage was everything very relaxing. My nails look great, the shape and colors are awesome. I never though I would get a short gel mani and be cool with it. Everyone who knows me knows I love a short coffin or square overlay. Since this pandemic I've neglected taking care of my nails like I use to. Now I'm starting over and let's see how it goes... The set up was very nice. The decor was stylish and festive. Everyone was in their own individual rooms with their clients doing their thing. Despite everything that's going on in the world laughter, soft music and side conversations filled the air. 2020 has been rough and unpredictable so just to here the joy from some of the people felt good. 2021 people or looking forward to some type of normalcy. I will definitely be back and recommend Annalyse to family and friends. read more

I visited a stylist at Rogers and my experience with the building was awful. The sink in the room where my service was being done was not functioning properly, leaked everywhere and made the room smell so bad it was hard to stay put. We had to use a sink in another room for my shampoo. Then, the flooding got so bad that we had to stop blow drying my hair because it was unsafe. The owners were not attentive at all. They resisted sending assistance until we had to stop due to safety. I'm so disgusted with these conditions and I hope that the stylists and clients are given a better experience in the future. read more

I love my provider here, but I could not be more over standing out in the cold because they keep the front door locked on Sundays. I've been in the heat and rain (with other pissed off patrons), all with the explanation it's a security measure, but this ain't working. I wish they'd sort that. read more

This review is for Tessli Danielle @Hairwarz and I'm sorry Rogers Premium Salon suffers the one star instead of just Tessli. In my experience Tessli does an outstanding job with color but is very poor with time management and character. I first scheduled a consult online and had to wait three days for it. Then on the day of she texted and changed my appointment time. At my consultation she did a quick haircut to make me happy but I had to schedule out for color. She texted me right before my color appointment to say she was running late at her chiropractor appointment. I waited about ten minutes. Loved my color and booked my next appointment for 7 weeks later. That was today. My appointment was at 1:30. She texted me at 1:14 to say she was running about 15 minutes late. I sat in my car and waited. I walked in at 1:44. She asked if I wanted any wine and I thought about it. But as each minute went by and I could hear her visiting with the client in the chair, I started to get mad. At 1:59 I stood up and told her I was sorry but I will not be able to continue waiting and I walked out. This is the text she sent me.... Sorry, it's Saturday and my current clients hair took like 15 min longer to process. Many blessings finding another stylist. Again very sorry for the unexpected inconvenience on my behalf. Have a blessed day. She proved to me she does not respect my time. She also shared unethical information with me about another salon and her "assistant". I wish her "assistant" would have been there today to keep her on time. 29 minutes waiting is unacceptable. Not sure how much longer she will be at her current location but beware if you choose to do business with @hairwarz and tessli danielle THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE - MAYBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE DIFFERENT. ‍ read more

Tessli Wittsche is amazing!! I've been going to her for 3 years, and she never fails me. I went from long brown hair to just about as blonde as it gets, and my hair is still as healthy as ever. People all the time ask me if my hair color is natural, so that just goes to show how much she rocks!! She's also so genuine and nice, the customer service matches the hair service. It typically isn't my style to leave negative reviews unless absolutely necessary. In this case I think it would be the best option due to the high level of disappointment and poor quality of professionalism. I had my hair done by Tessli Danielle aka Hair_Warz via Instagram. Prior to my appt, I came in for her to look at my hair and I sent photos of what I was striving for - I wanted to get tape-in extensions with bayalge as well. When it came to my appt, the color of extensions I was not wild about but I appreciated the thickness my hair was at though I wouldn't call the coloring/look "bayalge" but whatever, no big deal. Fast forward a few wks: I asked (and have proof) if we could lighten the extensions to a more blonde for the look I wanted. She said we could do it so I came in and that's where it went downhill. My extensions not only turned ORANGE but one of them was falling out/ she told me while in the chair she typically doesn't like to color them (or something of that nature). I would have NEVER touched them if that was the case. She got me in a week later, toned again in which they turned out better but still not 100% though I was OK with this. I didn't think there were any "issues" due to her philosophy of wanting to fix someone's hair if it wasn't up to par. Obviously this is NOT this case because I requested an appt to have these moved up which was DENIED and I also texted her with no response. I have spent over $500 on my hair + extended time on my hair that has been a complete waste. If you are not interested in fixing a clients hair and/or seeing them anymore, have the audacity to give them a heads up so they aren't scrambling to find someone to get their hair taken care of. read more

Tessli is awesome! I hopped hairstylists for a long time, because I never found someone that consistently got it right. I started going to her a few years ago, and have loved my hair since! Sometimes, I'll go in with a specific request, and other times she offers her creative vision- either way, it always looks great! She takes her time to get it right.
