I don't think you should respond with false information and price options. That's not right to do as a business. When a fee for a staffed buffet per person is shown that is what the fee should be. They gauged the crowd to see when they should start and stop tray passed hors d'ourvres, when they should start buffet service, and when to clean up. They cleaned everything up like they had never even been there, and packed up all the extra food and put it in my fridge. This crew knew what they were doing and took care of everything! I wish I had pictures to share but I was so busy mingling and not worrying about catering that I completely forgot! I am definitely using them the next time I need a caterer.
