Their waiting room is nice, clean, and spacious. There are complimentary coffee and beverages, tv and Wi-Fi (and it's fast enough to stream an episode of Game of Thrones). I took my car in for an oil change, but they threw in a car wash and wiped some of the dust off my dash. They also performed a full visual inspection and recommendations for my next service. I felt the price was fair and not once did I feel like they where screwing me over like I sometimes feel at the dealership. As I left, Dave handed me an envelope that contains a free gift, but I must not open it until the next visit. I stopped in because my TPSM light had been on for a few months after I left jiffy lube in Wheeling. They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.
