Very high quality and detailed work at a very competitive price. They resurfaced my cabinets (kept cabinet boxes, replaced fronts with new cabinet doors and soft close hardware) painted them, even moved one of the existing cabinets up to give it a high end offset appearance. They absolutely look new - at a fraction of the cost. They also changed the height of the existing island and put in a beautiful new granite countertop as well as added hanging lights above the countertop. They also reconfigured my fireplace in the family room (raised it off the ground) and built a new mantle along with changing out the tile surround. As they worked and continued to prove the quality of their work, I would throw other things at them that I wanted done. Next, I asked them to design and build my covered patio. With the benefit of it being screened in, this area has become an additional living area and it is absolutely the main gathering location for family and friends. This is where their flexibility shined. Some of the additional work I ask them to do would have been a nightmare for other companies, but Daniel and his team were very patient, flexible, and fluid with me Update - last month I had CBB add a full bathroom to the guest room upstairs where there was an existing closet. This included a full shower build and all required plumbing, relocation of the existing closet and electrical. CBB continued with their history of remodeling excellence with me. The bathroom is fantastic, provides flexibility for guest / parent's short term and potential long term lodging needs, and significantly adds to the value of my home. Excellent quality work all at a reasonable and very competitive cost. I can't speak highly enough about how satisfied I am and would recommend them without reservation.

(see below) We've had several contractors work on this shower over the years, but nothing has stood the test of time. And nothing has looked as good as it does now. First, they back up their work forever. And it gets past on to the next home owner without cost. Second, the price was quite reasonable. Third, they make sure they please their customers. In every aspect, they asked what we wanted and we got it. Forth, wow what they did to ensure longevity! We absolutely believe this shower will never ever leak again. Fifth, everyone was great to work with, even the crew. Sixth, the crew! We'll ask for them by name next time we need them. They are Kirvyn Bravo and Walter Ramos. Finally, the finish - after completion, the drain backed up during the shower's first use. AAT&R sent a plumber out right away. We had a cracked drain pipe at the clean out we didn't know about! Probably didn't show until now because we now have better shower drain water flow??? IDK. But, definitely not AAT&R. But we only had to pay for the repair! Final Cost: Stairs: $2,369 (16 Stairs) Labor: $3,136.50 (597 Square feet) $3,536.84 (Wood) Total: $9,042.34 Note: Joe said the cost of the wood went up because of the Tariffs and trade wars. This caused the wood price to go up and my final price to increase. This also includes the additional hidden cost for leveling (I will discuss this in further detail below) Joe (Owner): Very nice and completed a fast quote in a timely manner. Does not perform an on-site post job inspection. Very hard to get a hold of to fix an issue. Will not fix an issue if it will cost him more money. Contract (estimate): Very detailed, I highly recommend you read every section and have a clear understanding of the contact before he performs work. One of the hidden contract fees are leveling, Joe gave me a very not good answer as to why this is not included in the initial estimate. I was charged an additional $540 for 6 square feet of concrete in various locations. I would have been ok with the charge, he could have at least had an estimated cost. As his contracts say estimate at the top. I take the blame for not accounting for this cost, I did not think I would have to pay an extra $500. I did not take off for this in my final three-star rating. Communication: Very poor, I had issues after the job, and he would not answer the phone. I would call for a few days before I received a response. He will respond rapidly if you offer him a new job. Then he would recommend fixing the issue with the new job. None of the workers speak English very well or at all, I don't have a problem with this issue. I did have a problem when they did not re-install the stand on my cabinets. They did not understand the issue and I still have a stand not install on my cabinet. Cleanliness: The workers left wood dust daily and left a shirt and wood pieces. The workers retrieved the shirt three days after I let Joe know. Joe apologized. Workers: The workers changed twice in during the job, I would have liked to have the same workers every-day. Or at least one familiar face. Craftsmanship: I had a squeak in my floor during installation, I alerted the guys as the installed the floors. They ignored me (communication issue), once completed I alerted Joe and he had them come out two weeks later and use all of my extra wood to fix the issue. The squeak is still in my floors.

We found Northwest Granite & Marble by searching on the web and were very pleased with Santiago and…read moreteam. He came out for a free estimate provided a quote within 3 days. We had three other quotes and didn't live the product that was provided by the other companies. Santiago uses Galaxy Stone off North 45 and they had many countertops to choose from and very reasonably priced. We chose a beautiful quartzite and Santiago did a great job with the fabrication of it and the edging was perfect. Just note for the kitchen he only does the removal and installation the countertops, backsplash, and kitchen sink. You'll need to buy the backsplash, grout, new sink (if applicable) and try to schedule the plumber on the same day or very close to so you're not left with no running water in the kitchen. I'll upload some pictures when we are done painting. I would definitely use Santiago and team again for future projects. Thanks again for the great work!!
