The cost was $20 vs $65 at a dealership. I have huge truck tires. The technician rotated my tires with ease. Front to Back and Back to Front! Once they have rotated your tires, they will check the air pressure. If it falls below specification, they will correct it with the correct PSI. Again my go to spot! Dont let the place fool you. This location is old school. I believe the owner is Mexican or other Latin Descent. The owner is usually supervising the area, nice guy. Overall, they work fast. In and out within 15mins. Some days are busy, usually on weekends. If you are by Artesia St and Paramount, borderline Bellflower and Long Beach, come by. I have been to other tires shops, othee tire shops just suck. My tire sensor light was on for almost a month and I was told that the change of weather does that. I had all four tires checked at Discount Tires and they said it was all good. It normally takes about 5 minutes for the light to turn off, but it stayed on. So I came to this place and I told them my situation and Mario told me that it could be a faulty sensor. He checked all four and told me it was the front passenger side. I just had that tire patched up last week! He was quick to address the issue and I was out of there in 10 minutes! My husband and I came early Sunday morning to pick up 2 tires for his Chevrolet Cruz. We got there super early to beat the crowd and I'm happy to say there were only 2 people ahead of us. Unfortunately, they did not have the size tires that he needed so the guy told us to come back in a couple hours and he'd have the tires. When we returned 2 hours later they told us to come back tomorrow (Monday) because the warehouse was closed We returned that following Friday because the hubby had to work. My back tire had a slow leak for some time and today I noticed the side wall of my tire was starting to crack so I decided to break down and buy a new tire. Last time I needed a tire I went to pepboys. Pepboys sucks ass and I was on my way to the pepboys down the street from here to purchase my new tire. pepboys always takes forever and they always try to sell you extra crap you dont need. Luckily I passed by Rollings and seen they were busy so I made a uturn and pulled in. Right away a guy sitting outside came up to me and asked what I need. Told him about the tire and right away he had a customer that was finished pull his car off the lift and had me drive mine in. He offered a no frills tire out the door for $125. This included balance, stems, etc.. Cheaper then those bastards at pepboys. I was in and out of here with my new tire in about 10 mins. Good service all around. Unfortunately I dont live in the area, i work down the road, but if I did live closer I would come back to them again for tires without hesitation. BEWARE: These guys seem incredibly shady. I went in to patch my tire, after hitting a curb and having a AAA guy replace it. They said that the person before had screwed on one of the screws too tight. So they had to break it off and replace it. Forward 2 weeks later and I got a nail on that same tire and had to replace it again. So when the AAA guy came to replace it that same screw these guys had changed broke off again. Now I'm driving with only 3 lug nuts on my tire and it's making a weird sound and these guys won't do anything about. I don't even want them to because of their first crappy workmanship. BEWARE! Brought some new tires over to this location (they're overpriced when it comes to low profile/rim tires) that I purchased and needed them to put on my car. I specifically mentioned that I wanted to keep one of the older tires because it was still decent to keep for emergencies. Long story sort, they put the new tires on that I brought and tried sending me on my way. I ask for the specific tire that I pointed out earlier and these guys start looking at each other puzzled like I just asked them a crazy math problem. I could tell something was up after one guy finally comes back out from the garage with two tires that were both not even the one I specified that I wanted. They weren't even the correct brand and one tire wasn't even the right size. I had 2-3 employees trying to convince me for several minutes that the two tires they rolled out from the back were in fact the original tires when they weren't. They clearly needed the used tire more than I did and I wasn't going to sit there and continue arguing with the likes of them so I told the thief's to keep it but to not try and insult my intelligence with their tire hustle resell BS. Then they pick and choose when they take want to take debit/credit cards and often force you to have to use the ATM machine there where you're charged $2.59 to withdrawal. They also have a HUGE aggressive German Shepard looking dog sitting right there chained up just barking at customers, people walking by on the sidewalk and all in the way near the ATM machine. The owner is an A-hole too with a bad arrogant attitude. I've seen the employee's working there smoking weed openly in front of customers. Even with all their BS ways I've still supported the business for many years as a local and they were very much familiar with me. However, after the theft they pulled on me today I will never go back and support this location again. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than have to deal with that type of ghetto trashy environment and horrible customer service with employee's I can barely efficiently communicate with to begin with. The only reason I even dealt with them in the first place was because they do typically have most customers in and out as fast as they can due to the limiting size of their front parking lot/work area and it's close. read more
