Pulled up with a car bought at an auction; tires were bald as a eagle. I was able to purchase 4 tires and a wheel alignment for under $400. Yep. I returned to tweak the wheel alignment - both times great customer service. Noors faked on me and it was their loss - Rolo Tech was open and available. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place recently. My 2007 Saab Turbo needed front pads. I was able to get in and out quickly and only spend about $125 for everything, including pads and installation and holy cow, was the repair guy fast! I think I was in and out in probably 20 minutes, granted I had to go to AutoZone to get the pads but damn still worked out wonderful! Awesome work my man. I had such a wonderful experience at Rolo! I came by a little bit earlier just to see if they could take a look at my tire (low pressure) and they diagnosed that my front two tires needed to be replaced because my alignment was completely off and the tires were shredded. $85 per tire and I was out of the door spending $210 for two new tires and a perfect alignment in 15 minutes! Was told that Rolo does alignments. went in did the job, but when i asked if i can get a print out of the before and after summary, he said he doesnt do print outs! the car drives somewhat straight but still, no print out = fishy business...last time im comin here!!! read more

I went to Big O Tires first to get a few estimates (over sold!), then came here to Rolo's. This was so much easier! Almost have the price for some great Yokohama all season tires. Alignment was free with purchase of tires. Uh...Big O, Honda, etc., never offers free alignment. I suggest going in with an idea of what you want and you'll be fine. if i could give this damn place a 0 stars i would. i feel providing them a star is giving too much credit! i wen't to this place based on the yelp reviews but after what i experienced i would encourage anyone to give it a second thought. two nights ago i discovered i had a flat tire. i drove it to the place(yes with a flat) since it was only a block up from my house. as soon as i arrived i noticed there were 2 guys already working on some equipment so i went up to ask if anyone was available afterward to fix my tire. the first guy i approached told me to go to the other guy that was already working on something as well. so i did and as soon as i approached the other dude i can tell he was irritated..like i just interrupted him..he told me to wait 10 minutes...okay not a problem. ..i waited. within 5 minutes they guy asks me where my car is and i point it out to him. he brings the tire jack and starts to lift my vehicle when all of a sudden i hear a crunch..i asked him to release the jack so i can see for myself what he may have done..low and behold this idiot damaged my vehicle. of course im heated!!!..who wouldnt be?! he proceeds to tell me that "my attitude sucks and to get out of here" what kind of fucking service is this?! i demand to speak with the owner/manager...this asshole claims to be the owner..im at a loss for words...as it was getting late and i needed my tire fixed i told him i would be back tomorrow with an estimate of what it was going to cost to fix this and demanded compensation. he responds "man do what you want" this guy has no idea what i really wanna do to him.. the place where i took my vehicle (fernando's on foothill) even noticed the damage that was created. i take it to my local body shop where they provide me an estmate. $70.00 it's not much but im a man of principal..whats wrong it wrong. i go back to the spot and speak with the owner's son who at first seems to be open to what im explaining but switches up when i pull out the invoice and tell him what it's going to costs and how i would like to be compensated otherwise this can be a matter taken up with the court. dude starts talking to me sideways like im some homie from around the way or something "nobdody cares about your punk ass estimate" it's only $70 bucks" "man you do have a bad attitude" these are some sensitive staff members because i felt i really was maintaining my composure compared to how the average person would have responded! then he proceeds to tell me that the dude who was working on my car wasn't even an employee?!?! just someone who helps out from time to time!!! now im really at a loss for words..so you're telling me you have non- employees working on your clients vehicles claiming to be owners....this some shady shit....the owner's son claims not to have enough change to refund me..at this point i was fed up with the whole thing. i walked off and decided to end the battle right then and there. i just hope nobody has to go through this bullshit like i did... read more
