Got new brakes and rotors done and next day maybe same day not sure since I always have my music loud they are squeaking very loud also sounds like scarping. I know for sure that isn't normal . I got back next day and they all sit there look dumb and confused on what I'm talking about I even had to drive around to show them the noise even when it's obvious. 25$ to plug a tire as well then want to charge a 2$ fee? The man helping is not helpful and has very little people skills. Insists the tire is ruined because I drive it with no air. why would I drive a tire with no air. My car unfortunately had a bit of an accident and I had a flat tire come out of it. After some diagnosis, we discovered it was beyond the point of fixing, so we knew we had to get it replaced. I figured that I might as well get a used tire and then eventually replace all 4 of them simultaneously later on. I drove the car into B&J, and immediately saw the pile of tires (for some reason, this gave me comfort in knowing that this is what they live and breathe doing). No more than 10 seconds after shifting into park, the mechanics got straight to it: diagnosis, suggestions, and replacement. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes & $50 (for 1 used tire and 4 replacement lug nuts). I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who needs a quick fix and friendly service. read more

Been here too many times to count, they have another location I. International but I preferred this one! Make sure you call ahead and they have your tires or you might find yourself out of luck. They are good honest men that always take care of me and my boyfriends car. They have new and used tires. My used tires last me quite a long time for the amount I drive in them, a good 7 months and to me that's not bad. Last time I was here was in August, I took my Honda all the way to vegas and then to Grand Canyon and she's my daily driver 50+ miles each day. Love this place, hope they're here forever! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I was there two weeks ago because my right rear tire got a nail and needed to repair. I waited for AN HOUR to get it done because the workers were chit chatting for half an hour like come on cusotmers' time are valuable! And guess what?! They DID NOT even do it right. My tire started to deflate when I was on the freeway. I was in rush to get to work so I did not return to them but I gave them a call and they did not even sound apologetic. My tire almost gone down to 0 psi before I went to another autoshop to get it fixed and thats another $25. Yesterday, I called them to see if they have my tire to replace and they quoted me $75. When I got there they said $80. As a business you should not eating your words. I then asked the cashier if they can do a discount because I paid $25 last time and they did not do my tire right and had to pay another autoshop to fix it. The cashier went to get the autoshop owner and he said the amount cannot be changed because it is already written on the receipt...what a LAME EXCUSE. This autoshop is not trustworthy and they really need to improve their customer service and quality of work. They were risking my life on the freeway! read more

Watch out for these axxxxxxx purchased a $60 for a used tire 10 days later the tire was inflated because the metal started poking out I was far away from the shop replace it with another used tire in a different city came back with the same tire explain the situation and his answer was there is no warranty on used tire but on the receipt it states defect is covered but he avoided it by stating that the tire was used improperly any way I gave them the tire and receipt and I wish they close down I swear to God I purchased a replaced used tire like new for $45 which made me pissed off read more

This place is awesome. I'm in and out and the price is really good. I've never bought tires here but their tires are competitively priced. I only came for mounting and balancing, and I've brought 3 different vehicles here, 2 vintage Beetles a 1971, 1972 and one 2000 VW Golf. So I can't comment on their other services. This is now my go to place to have my tires mounted. Best of all if you want to kill some time you can walk over to the flea market next door for shopping or grab some food at the flea market cafeteria, which is actually pretty good! As like another reviewer stated, yes check your air pressure at least when you get home. But to be honest most places rarely put in the correct pressure. And two things if you didn't know, a car with new tires will lose air pressure a bit more when they're new so be sure to check the pressure in a couple weeks after you're tires are installed and of course a few times during the year. And.... What most people don't realize is that your cars proper air pressure is stated on the vehicle and this information can generally be found either on the door jam or gas door of a vehicle, not on the sidewall of the tire!!! I told him I was on my way because I knew they were closing soon. I got there 13mins before closing and they turned me away. I had no air in my tire and it's a Sunday. Decent used tires for about half of what you'd pay at most chain tire stores .. paid $60 each installed for very acceptable treaded tires for my large SUV... been twice and wait wasn't bad as they have several workers who know what they're doing .. highly recommend in new tires aren't easy on the budget...just make sure you ask for all the same brand/condition read more

I called 15 mins prior to coming about a used tired and gv tire size.....they quoted me $50 for a used, fair.....when my car was towed in they roll out a new tire for $110 and said they only had one used tire.
