We stopped here while going to the Bush Museum. I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a classic college town sandwich shop. The staff was eh, not super dipper connected, but hygienic! The food, was good and quick. The parking lot was a wee busy. So pack your patience or walk. There are maybe 6 seats inside. The wife and I decided to give it a try for lunch. The sandwich menu is pretty good but everything is a wrap in a tortilla. It does not bother me but some people may want regular bread. For most sandwiches, a half cost $4.25 and a whole $7.75, so prices are reasonable. I got the Philly melt and it was fine. Flavors were ok, not much meat but it was nothing offensive. The wife tried the roasted corn soup and said it was very average. She also got the cashew chicken which comes only in one size for $7.75 and said it was very good. Not too much mayo and has pulled chicken. She liked it a lot. The place is pretty nondescript and has a few tables inside and more tables outside. Service was polite. Bad review based on service not food. I placed a catering order in the morning to be picked up for 11:30 am that way I can make it to my meeting at 12:00 pm noon . I get there end my food wasn't ready. Keep in mind I did everything as a consumer I was suppose to , even paid ahead of time. When I get there they offer to start making my food there on the spot. Ridiculous ! Hadn't even started on my catering tray and said they didn't see it in their system. I have been getting wraps here for years. I especially like the smoked salmon wrap and the one with apple butter. Its a unique combination that may seem strange at first but it absolutely delicious. They make everything fresh so it takes a couple minutes but is definitely worth it. Last time I went they were having a "$5 foot long" special. The only part I'm not a fan of is the wraps they use for their sandwiches, because I find them to be dry and bland. They make the sandwich taste more like a quesadilla than a sandwich IMO. If they would switch to a different wrap or even bread, I think it would make a significant difference in the overall taste. read more
