Two thumbs up for this place! The food was flavorful and the food temperature was just right. I had a gift card that needed to be used and I was able to get all this food. I'll be back to try something else on another day.

We were sat in a busy area and the service was poor due to the staff being too busy to even great us. My boyfriend let the manager know we haven't even got a drink order or been greeted and she immediately sat us in a less busy area with a wonderful waitress and gave us a free appetizer. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and the food wonderful like always!

Left over meat sauce from spaghetti and meat sauce dinner.

Decided to have a lunch with husband at Olive Garden located off FM 1960 in Humble Texas. Btw is it Father's Day. We sat at bar and the female bartender was too busy cleaning glasses and finally decided to take our drink and food order. I ordered the 6 oz steak and had them hold the pasta. Husband order the dinner size spaghetti with meat sauce. The meal came out, and was extremely shocked the steak was served on a small bowl and was told by the bartender that it was added as a side dish, which I did not order it as a side, but paid full price for the 6 oz steak dinner. The spaghetti and meat sauce was drowned in sauce and the breadsticks were overwhelming with garlic salt powder. What a terrible experience and very disappointing at the service and food at this Olive Garden.

During my visit I ordered chicken fettuccine. It was goo at the current time. However, when I attempted to heat and it my leftover I was greeted with www.hotmess.com mushy and gummy pasta. But the chicken was still good. This prompted me to discontinue all pasta options in the future. Which leads me to order soup and salad today. The soup had small pieces of pasta, celery, and red beans in a tomato paste type of sauce. It was one word "Yummy." The salad was a simple salad without onions and olives. The iceberg lettuce was fresh and crispy. It was very clean and had welcoming and friendly customer service from the time we entered and welcomed with hello, checked on by the waitress 3 -4 times, to the goodbye on departure.

    Just in. Clean environment.

We arrived after 3PM. Our waiter and management who catered to our three top were both charming and went above and beyond for our little group. They even offered us some complimentary Alfredo dipping sauce with bread. I had the eggplant parm. which was more than filling at the halfway mark. Our entire party was satisfied with the overall excellent service and quality of food.

i came to and ate at this restraunt around 4pm my server was stephanie and she was pretty rude. she took forever to attend to us as she kept using her cellphone. Once she finally took my order she had a rude attitude. And the food took forever and was a bit cold once i received it.

Completely automated here now. Background ad, crack kills. Appetite lost.

Lunch specials with the bottomless soup or salad starting at 7 bucks, which isn't bad. Although it says breadstick sandwiches the bun is actually larger than a breadstick. I got the new meatball dish and all-u-can eat salad. But sadly, I couldn't do any damage today, as I lost my appetite due to my direct line of sight being affected by the exposed hairy tush at the table next to us. The guy wasn't even eating. He just sat there the entire meal surfing his phone and drinking coke. The whole place is automated now with machines on the tables. Order, call your server and pay all with the touch of a finger. You can even get your receipt printed at your table. They need this at other restaurants. But here the service was actually already pretty good and probably not needed.

In a world where many of us are looking for healthy alternatives to coffee shops to get some work or school tasks done while we eat, not having connectivity is a huge letdown. This environment has so much potential to be a great "dine and work" spot, but until they prioritize staying connected, it's just a quick "in and out" place. Second, the service flow could use some serious improvement. If you happen to get stuck behind someone placing a large family order, the line ends up going out the door. It seems like they need a better system or more staff during peak hours to handle those bigger orders without bottlenecking the entire experience for everyone else. I'll keep coming back for the salads, but I'd love to see this location evolve into a more business- and student-friendly environment!

No lines and everything was fresh and fully stocked. I ordered a wrap with pesto chicken and shrimp, a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and a chocolate chip cookie. I always forget but they have the best teas. I didn't get any today. Lucky me, I had reward points that I happily used. The wrap was delicious, full and I don't know why I thought I would eat it all. I finished half the wrap and saved the other half, pita chips and soup for tomorrow.

The staff were really nice. They actually helped each other out when they had questions and to make sure that everything was done from working the line, serving customers and tidying up the location. I enjoyed my meal. The food was fresh and hot, I had to wait for it to cool before eating. The chicken tasted great and truly tender. I chose country gravy as my dipping sauce and it was good. It was a lot of food for one sitting, so I didn't finish everything - I chose to not eat all the toast, which wasn't the best tasting item. It was clearly made according to my order. I liked the speed of service, quality and freshness of the food. This would be higher on my go-to fast food options in the area. Especially given the desserts they offer.

I have been a loyal customer of this location and many of your other restaurants, which is why this…read morevisit was so disappointing. I have come to expect a consistent standard of cleanliness and professionalism, but this location fell well below those expectations. The men's restroom was in unacceptable condition. It had a strong odor of urine, there were visible signs of urine spillage on the floor, one of the stalls was completely out of toilet paper, and there were no paper towels available to dry my hands. A restroom is often a reflection of how seriously a restaurant takes sanitation, and this one showed a concerning lack of attention. The beverage station was equally disappointing. The counters were covered with sticky drink spills and had clearly not been cleaned for some time. Even more concerning, there were multiple flies flying around the drink area. Seeing insects around a self-service beverage station raises serious concerns about cleanliness and routine maintenance. I politely informed the employee at the front counter about the missing restroom supplies and the condition of the facilities. Rather than acknowledging the concerns or showing any urgency to correct them, I was met with a blank stare and no indication that the issues would be addressed. Customer concerns should never be dismissed, especially when they involve sanitation and health standards. I also observed employees using their phones while working. Food service requires professionalism and attention to cleanliness. Employees should remain focused on serving customers, maintaining the dining area, and ensuring that sanitation standards are consistently met. Front-of-house staff represent the restaurant, and they should be welcoming, attentive, and confident when interacting with guests, particularly when responding to legitimate concerns. This restaurant has great potential, but success begins with leadership, employee accountability, and pride in the workplace. Clean restrooms, a sanitary beverage station, responsive customer service, and engaged employees are not optional--they are fundamental expectations. I sincerely hope management and ownership take this review seriously and implement the necessary improvements so this location can meet the same standards as your other restaurants.

My wife, my son, and I were driving back from a trip to Livingston when my wife suggested Chicken Salad Chick. At first I thought, "Only chicken salad?" But she started listing the options- buffalo chicken salad, barbecue chicken salad, chicken salad with apples and grapes, plus pimento cheese. So, I figured it was worth a try. The restaurant has a trendy, down-home vibe, kind of like being at a cool aunt's house. The girl at the counter was great and very helpful with ordering, and I like fast-casual places that bring the food out to your table. I ordered a Dixie Chick chicken salad sandwich with macaroni and spicy pimento cheese. My wife got the Classic Carol on a croissant with broccoli soup and grape salad, and my son ordered the turkey club with macaroni and a side of buffalo chicken salad. The chicken salads were fresh and tasty. The Dixie Chick and the pimento cheese were my favorites. The macaroni was a bit of a letdown, not bad, just nothing special. The other standouts were the broccoli soup and the grape salad. The Classic Carol was good but a little plain for my taste. I also tried the red velvet cake, which was really good with excellent cream cheese frosting. Overall I'd recommend it, especially if you want something different from the usual fried chicken spots.
