I cannot recall my last visit to Olive Garden, but I was genuinely impressed with my overall dining experience. While the restaurant does show a bit of age and could benefit from a refresh, the quality of food and hospitality absolutely delivered. I opted for lighter portion of Chicken Parm with Spaghetti, and the flavors were spot on. My partner chose the Chicken Shrimp Carbonara and we kept going back and forth between each other's plates because both dishes were that good. As for the soups, Zuppa Toscana & Chicken Gnocchi were decent. Minestrone tasted very strong in dry herbs and it was my least favorite. It has been a while since I have eaten at Olive Garden Italian restaurant in humble. Did the core the seating and the atmosphere seemed to have been unchained conservative and dark. Luckily the big table of salad is still there. The problem is always been that the menu seems to be far or less Italian and Mediterranean, and then you've lay to believe. Most of the dishes are fried are buried in some degree of cream sauce. So it was pleasant surprise when I had the chicken marsala and my wife had the chicken Parmesan and gnocchi soup. We both found it tasty and not overpowering. So I'm glad to see although Olive Garden would not be my first choice for Italian food. It certainly is not the last if you're looking for a place to go with a with a large group of desire a little wine with your mail and relax joy Garden is a pretty good choice. read more

When you think of Olive Garden in the 90s, this one definitely comes to mind (I'm sure it's been around since the 80s). I've been to this location several times and have always had incredible service. Our server the other night was Maria, and I've had the pleasure of having her on previous visits. She's so kind and attentive. I can't have gluten, and I appreciate OG has several options, including pasta. I ordered grilled chicken Parmesan with GF pasta, and my food came out so incredibly fresh. It was hot and cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the soup/salad/breadsticks and had half of my entree. The restaurant is massive and is usually packed with churchgoers on Sundays. It's also not too loud, but it's a large restaurant that stays busy. read more

We were sat in a busy area and the service was poor due to the staff being too busy to even great us. My boyfriend let the manager know we haven't even got a drink order or been greeted and she immediately sat us in a less busy area with a wonderful waitress and gave us a free appetizer. We sat at bar and the female bartender was too busy cleaning glasses and finally decided to take our drink and food order. I ordered the 6 oz steak and had them hold the pasta. Husband order the dinner size spaghetti with meat sauce. The meal came out, and was extremely shocked the steak was served on a small bowl and was told by the bartender that it was added as a side dish,which I did not order it as a side, but paid full price for the 6 oz steak dinner. I went on 4-29-25 around 4:15 pm to order a take out. For 15 minutes the hostess who was a black woman in her 20's neither greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Another black couple arrived after me and she began catering to them. I finally interrupted and asked where I could order a take out. She tersely pointed me to the take out desk. For next 10 minutes there was no staff. I asked the hostess about help and she said someone would come soon. After another 10 minutes wait and no help I finally interrupted left. During my visit I ordered chicken fettuccine. It was goo at the current time. However, when I attempted to heat and it my leftover I was greeted with www.hotmess.com mushy and gummy pasta. But the chicken was still good. This prompted me to discontinue all pasta options in the future. Which leads me to order soup and salad today. The soup had small pieces of pasta, celery, and red beans in a tomato paste type of sauce. It was one word "Yummy." The salad was a simple salad without onions and olives. This was an excellent location for Mother's Day. I put in the online order for curbside pick up the day before. The order was ready a few minutes earlier than the set time. Poor poor service. It's ridiculous. We always come back, giving them another shot and they fail. Managers don't even care. Onetime we called in a to go pick up. I'm gonna automatically give this place a 5 star because l know what they serve and the quality. It's casual restaurant chain. I used to wait at one and l know the food quality is always the same. I never got complaints about food ... just service which can get really busy so food might take longer. My favorite is eggplant parmigiana and the spaghetti meatballs. The salad and Zuppa toscana soup is my favorite lunch. Wine selection is limited but I like my cabarnet. I actually learn how to drink wine from here. This location is no different from the other ones. Bad customer service. Nobody looked up when I walked in, because whatever they were doing, was more important than the paying customer (ie, the door guy looking at phone). Long gone are the days when Olive Garden was the only Italian place in town. There are many many more places, with excellent customer service and amazing food. Unfortunately OG has gone down the tubes, IMO. Save your money for another establishment. PS- Chef Boyardee makes better ravioli than the tripe I've just eaten. read more
