I'm so happy that I live close to this place. They make an excellent donair, and their pizza and wings are good too.

I usually have a good experience here, but this last time was different. This time I ordered the "deluxe" pizza. The good: nice thin crust, great toppings, friendly staff, spotless clean restaurant and very reasonable pricing. The pizza was ready on time. The bad: the cheese on the pizza was not up to par, it tasted somewhat like plastic. The ugly: the pizza sauce tasted flat, almost flavorless. If Roma Pizza made a few simple changes, their pizzas would be dramatically better. read more

We ordered chicken donairs from Roma. They were very very tasty and the Jumbo was very filling. Filled with chicken, lettuce, tomato, onions , garlic sauce, and they added in some pickles too! Onion rings and fries were great too! The price is a little high for us but the food was great! Also, they charge $4.50 for delivery. Not bad. We'll likely be back! read more

No. No. No. No. No. No. No. I ordered through an online ordering service and pre-paid using my credit card. The expected delivery time was 1 hour from when I ordered. Perfect. After an hour I called the store to make sure there weren't any problems (we had problems with another company not being able to find our address) and they assured us the driver was on his way and would be there in less than 10 minutes. No problem, it had been snowing a little bit so I didn't mind waiting a little extra time (eve with a house full of 4 starving people on a Friday evening). 15 minutes later still no food. I called the store again and asked them to call the driver and make sure he knew where he was going. I said tell him to call me if he is having any problems finding it, I would be waiting by my phone to give him directions. No no, everything is good, he will be there in 10 minutes. Are you sure? Yes for sure. Ok thanks! 15 minutes later still no food. I called the store AGAIN and asked them if the driver was having trouble finding it, and maybe they could call him and make sure, or ask him to call me! Nope, they just called him and he will be there in 10 minutes. This is starting to sound far too familiar. Repeat me calling every 15 minutes to make sure there weren't any problems. When I expressed my displeasure at being told it would be 10 minutes every single time I called, she was like oooh I am so sorry for this, it will be 10 minutes. Finally 2 hours after I ordered the driver finally called me. I can't find your house. That's what I figured, where are you? Blah blah blah street. I have never heard of that street, I can't tell you how to get here from there so can you maybe give me more info? Some other streets I don't know at all. Maybe I can just give you directions from your store and you can figure out where you are from there. I give him directions from the store. Oh you're south of the Henday! Yes, are you north of the Henday? Yes I am in Terwillegar. I live in Allard, Terwillegar is actually the complete opposite direction from their location. At this point I tell him to just forget it, it has been over 2 hours, he is going to be at minimum another 20-30 minutes, and the food has been in his car for almost an hour and a half. He offers me a refund and says he will bring the food anyway. I tell him not to worry about it, and make some sandwiches and soup for my starving friends. 45 minutes later the driver shows up with the freezing cold food. I message customer service from the ordering company. They say hold on they will contact the store. They blame the snow for the delay in the delivery and offer a 10% refund (that doesn't even cover the delivery charge). I insist the driver offered me a full refund when he talked to me on the phone, and they come back to say 10% is the best they can do. If it was honestly because of the snow I may not have minded. It was 100% the driver and for them to care so little about customer service means I will NEVER order from them again. read more

One of the best donairs in edmonton have tried lots of others nothing compares, great people running it and even better food. They've been under renovations for the last while and I can't wait until they are back. If you haven't tried their food would recommend amazing donairs,pizza,chicken fingers,burgers everything. I heard from my friend about existence of this place. At the time he told me, we got some donair and chicken pizza for takeout. They were delicious especially the donair pizza. Later on I came here to try their burgers which I was craving for months. I absolutely loved it. So I got double cheese burger meal. The meat was in perfect taste just like the way I want. There are enough seats by the window. They also have tables for groups of four. They do not have bathroom I think , but at least there is a place to wash your hands. It was busy, especially the delivery part. I really want to stop by here again in future. read more

#YEG does have great donairs!! Lately, we've been picking up from Roma on family movie night. I always get a regular donair, no lettuce. It is consistently excellent. We also love the poutine. Tried this place under this name for the first time recently. This particular pizza joint has had, as Corey W. stated 7 owners in the last five years. We were disappointed - again! Ordered my hubby's favorite, Donair pizza. The owner tried to tell us that sweet sauce would not be a good base because HE didn't like it that way. Bought the pizza home to eat, don't live far from the place, and by the time we got home the bottom of the box was soggy. They do not put anything on the bottom of the box. The pizza was bland, the donair meat had no spice to it, the cheese was store bought and it just overall lacked flavor. The only good thing was the crust, which was crispy and good. We also didn't appreciate the owners attitude. We wanted a pizza made the way WE specified and we will decide if it's worth coming back. I've seen enough of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares to know that with an attitude like that, this place isn't going to last long. read more

This place is a joke they like to rip people off. Every time I order there they mess up my order and when I call to tell them about it they tell me if I want it replaced I would have to pay for it so they want me to pay for their f**k up. These latest owners seem to know what they are doing!! We've had pizza from here a few times since they took over and I've generally been impressed with how soft the crust is and the overall taste! I hope these owners are able to hold on to it for a while!! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered through Just Eat. When they were 10 minutes late for the scheduled delivery time I called and they said the order was on route and would be there within 20 minutes. I called 30 minutes later and they then said that actually the order was just going out the door within five minutes. I called another 30 minutes later and they said that it was in the oven. WTF??? If you can't fill an order just say so--don't lie to your customers! If they are willing to repeatedly lie like that, how can you trust that the food is even clean? read more

Just Eat failure: don't offer services on just eat if you can't deliver in an hour. Waited an hour and a half for 2 donairs and 1 order of 10 piece wings. I absolutly love Roma pizza. The staff is awesome. The pizza is delicious. I love dipping my crust in a side or sweet donair sauce. Falafel is to die for. Mmmm mmmm mmmm. Cant say anything bad about the place. read more

i love their poutine but i'm only giving 4 stars because a) the poutine could use a bit more cheese and slightly less gravy (there was a pool of gravy at the bottom of mine) and b) it was such a long wait for the food. amazing food though. definitely would buy again read more
