Absolutely delish!! 10 outta 10! We ordered at 2:30 AM and received a pizza and calzone so delish!!!!

We tried this place last night after work for pizza since it was midnight and not much else open. Glad we did we got the roma hawaiian pizza to go. Pizza was the perfect size for 2 people to share, came out quick and hot with the perfect cheese and sauce ratio. They also gave us garlic sauce which was perfect to dip the crust into it. The food here is so good that it keeps me coming back!! Their options for pasta are so wide that I struggle to choose !! In a good way it has so much variety to choose from. The pizza is so spot on and moist. The crust is thick but not chewy. The pasta is loaded with fresh sauce and cheese that just melts in your mouth. Their desserts are to die for too!! They are perfectly cooked and come out so fast. The service is very much like home. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The atmosphere is not loud but you can tell they work hard. Every time we order through the Uber app they cancel the order. It doesn't get canceled right away however... nope they cancel it 20-30 min after one orders. So while myself and family are going about our evening waiting on our food to be delivered... they cancel it without any reason. At first I thought it was a glitch then we ordered a few more times and every time they canceled it 20-30 minutes after the order was processed. Oh and they don't answer their phone. If they are too busy to accept online orders then perhaps they need to not offer it. It's a shame because their food is delicious. Shitty biz operations don't keep the doors open. I ordered a medium light cheese pizza, which was not light cheese when I got it. I ordered at 0300, so you would think they wouldn't be busy, yet my order was over 30 minutes late. And I left them a note asking them to not ring the doorbell or to knock and to just leave the pizza at the door (I prepaid) since it was 3 in the morning and everyone else in my house was sleeping, yet he still rang the doorbell. The pizza that I received was not good whatsoever and the sauce tasted like they used pasta sauce. Extremely disappointing and a waste of $16. They like to up charge and have a smart mouth... they don't I'd so if you're a kid and want hookah good for you but that's literally the only up side of this place... they charge an extra $5 for every purchase and if you choose to sit down to eat you have to pay $10 a head... 10/10 don't recommend unless you're a kid read more

Horrible! Took an hour for a salad, tiramisu, slice of cheesecake, and what was supposed to be cheesebread to be delivered and they were not busy! Instead of cheesebread I received mozzarella sticks. I am done. After several late night orders the behavior of the staff and management have put an end to this option. Several times they have messed up the order or been excessively slow in delivery. Most recently I ordered boneless wings and did not get them. I called back and was told it was too late to bring them back then they actually said I never ordered them although I was charged. So I was charged for boneless wings but never received them. I told the staff I would not be ordering again if this was not corrected. They responded that they did not need my business. If business is so great they can refrain from the constant soliciting on my door with the promise "to smoke you long time" Food is ok....service is deplorable. Update. Ordering has improved. Don't be fooled. This is a Mediterranean restaurant in disguise as a pizza joint/hookah bar. We stumbled across "House of Hummus" (their alias) late one night, and stopped in for a to-go order. I'd recommend calling in your order if you're impatient, or don't like hookah smoke. We waited about twenty minutes for the best falafel sandwich I've had in the South, and some excellent pita and hummus. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered a large pizza and wings online. I went to pick it up, I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I stood there for over 5 mins and then decided I should call to ask where I go to pick up my order. The woman on the other end said that you come up to the counter and I told her that no one was there and she said "we don't just stand at the counter". I went back in and she brought my food out to me but instead of a large pizza, it was a small. She told me to keep that one and they will make a new one. Get less than a handful of tomatoes, onions, and peppers, they will even let you order blue cheese dressing for your "Salad". My friends and I come here at least 3 times a week! The place to be in Murfreesboro/ MTSU area. Its open from 4pm til 5AM 7 days a week so any time we're bored and just want to get out, this is the place to go. The owner's name is Mousa and believe me, you will meet him and never forget him. Its both a joint hookah lounge and Mediterranean restaurant/ Roma's Pizzaeria. The Hummus here is the BEST hummus you will ever have in your life. Its some secret family recipe that will blow your mind. I'm from the middle-east and I've had a lot of different types of hummus.. this is by far the best. I've never had any major issues when placing an order, but this last time, all went to heck. A young lady answer, I'm not sure of her name, but it began with A, she got our order wrong more than five times, literally. Once the order was correct, she told me the total and said it should arrive within 35-40 mins. Shortly after hanging up, she called back and said there was an issue with my card, well, I knew better than that, so I asked her to read the card info to me, it was the wrong info and it was given at least 4x. Finally, she got it right. After waiting over an hour, I called the restaurant back, inquiring about our order, the same girl said, he would be here soon. When I asked if she could call and find out when, she said there was no way to reach the manager and to just wait. Our order was delivered....yep, delivered wrong and cold, not even warm and I was upset, to say the least. I called the store, same girl answers and said the manager was still out and would have him call me when he returned. I asked her if we could have it credited, being we did not want to have it remade, it was late and we were exhausted. She said we could and would have the manager call me when he gets in, I guess he never "got" in, bc we never received that call. The next day I called and was told he wasn't there, but he would definitely call......of course, no call. A couple of weeks later, I called back and spoke with Miranda, she said she was the asst manager. I informed Miranda of the issue and she said when the manager gets in, she would have him call me, I told her I did not believe that, bc I have been told that numerous times, she also stated A no longer worked there. Miranda said the manager would call within and hour and if he didn't, she would call me back, guess what, neither called. I called back, spoke with Miranda and asked if she had spoken with the manager, she said no, he hadn't come in and there was no way to reach him by phone.....what kind of manager is that? I asked her if she could honor the credit, she said she couldn't, bc she would be fired, but he would call me and if he didn't, she would call back the following day.....no call back from Miranda. Now, I don't know if this is a blow off tactic or they really run their business that way. To date, neither the manager or Miranda has called back, which I'm not surprise, bc it's obvious, they aren't truthful, by any stretch and they don't give a hoot about their customers. Owner steals money from employees, and employees steal each others tips. He pays all of his employees under the table, and takes a "$150 deposit" out of their paycheck the first two weeks. With tips the payment is way below minimum wage. There are rats in the fridge, squirrels in the ceiling, and roaches everywhere. The owner should be in prison. read more

the location on middle tennessee blvd. in murfreesboro is a complete joke. We placed an order through grub hub and were immediately contacted by an employee there saying that they were out of spaghetti and meatballs (understandable). after consulting my wife, we called back and tried to get penne and meatballs instead. they agreed. our order showed up an hour later completely burnt, incomplete (no salad), and inedible. The chicken tenders for my son were dark brown and so hard, I could have used them as a hammer. The meatballs on my wifes spaghetto (yes she ended up getting spaghetti after all of the trouble and excuses they came up with) were BLACK. my gyro was the most pathetic, ridiculous excuse for a meal that I have ever seen. pita burnt, barely filled. meat was more like jerky than a typical beef/lamb combo as is expected. We called and spoke to a manager who offered to send more food (we couldn't wait another hour) or give us a small cheese pizza, which we also refused (how does that even compensate for anything?.) We asked for a refund which he said he couldn't do because of grub hub (understandable). Next step I asked for a gift certificate instead so that I could get the food some other time, which he said he would not do. I will be contacting the better business bureau first thing tomorrow to file a formal complaint. In addition, every form of social media (twitter, facebook, yelp, urban spoon, etc.) will have a post on it. This is an embarrassment to your corporation, and you just need to cut your losses with this pathetic excuse of a restaurant/management. I would appreciate a reply to let me know that you have read and acknowledge the MISTAKES that were made by this location. 2 years ago I stated customer service had room (a broom closet) for improvement which is no longer vacant. The closet has not only been renovated with tv's, ample group seating, and better lighting, but new welcoming smiling faces. House of Hummus is no longer the 1 hour limited stop. We received 1 pizza, the wings and a sub sandwich. LOL she still messed up after reading it back. I was a frequent customer because I think they're pizza is tasty (pasta not so much) but I will no longer place orders with them. The delivery drivers are TERRIBLE. I cannot hear the door from my room so when I order through grubhub I specify to please call me instead of knocking on the door. One night it was 15 after the estimated delivery time and I happened to look out my window to see the delivery drivers car parked out front. Went downstairs thinking he was probably on the porch and I hadn't heard him knock. But nope. After a minute I went outside and realized he was sitting in his car on his phone. I had to walk up to his window for him to notice me. My pizza was also cold so who knows how long he had been sitting there. A couple weeks ago I placed an order around 3 am. Again, I specified to call. I got a call saying he was here. I answered the door, got my food, then got screamed at by my two roommates who woke up when the jerk kept banging on the door and ringing my door bell. So thanks for waking the entire house up. Called the manager who apologized and said it wouldn't happen again just placed another order (which was late) and, of course, the same damn delivery driver banging on the door and ringing the doorbell. read more

"HOUSE OF HUMMUS" Writing this review with extreme frustration and I wish I had listened to the previous reviews. We placed a delivery order and after an hour of waiting it was finally delivered by Mousa. We ordered 2 gyros, 2 extra tzaziki sauces, extra pita bread and an order of cheese bread. What arrived was 2 gyros and extra pita (so no tzaziki sauce on the gyros, no extra sauce that was ordered, and no cheesebread). He was very apologetic and polite and called the restaurant about it but they had already charged my credit card for the full amount. He offered to go back and have the rest of our order delivered asap but I declined as we had already waited an hour for this. Not to mention the food quality was unacceptable. The pita bread was like pizza dough, the gyro meat was bland and there was barely any of it, it didn't have onions or peppers, but lettuce and tomato, and the fries were limp. And of course, gyros are SUPPOSED to have tzaziki sauce which ours did not. We will not be re-ordering from there and I actually am very disappointed that we had such a bad experience because we prefer to have delivery and had really thought that when we found out that they deliver very late that this might be a new favorite...and it will certainly not be. read more

They were late in delivering it and the guy had dirt all over his clothes. The food was cold upon delivery. They may want to try to add some spices to the tomato sauce.
