This review happened last month which I forgot to write as I had an emergency that week and also went on vacation. I hate not to share this with you. I was looking for Heating and Cooling company with good or excellent reviews on Yelp and found a few whom I contacted and mentioned my concern with our furnace. We recently moved to San Mateo last month and the apartment we got has a furnace problem with the pilot. I called Roman but said he was working on another project that day but despite of his busy schedule that day he find time to check our furnace. I wanted him to change the old control but he explained clearly why it is not wise to replace it with a ihi digital control system. After checking everything and pulling out an old dirty air filter and making it work, I asked him how much do I owe you for your service and he said " It's was okay, I didn't do much." He probably spent 15-20 minutes checking and explaining things to me and still didn't asked a fee for his time and expertise. I was so thankful enough that I wanted to share with you how Ramon handle his clients. He just go ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. He could easily asked me $100+ for that service, just like other service companies I called and would charge a minimum fee for the visit whether they spend 5minutes or more. He left without asking a singe centavo and even gave me advice how to keep the furnace in good working condition. I was remodeling the entire garage and decided to split my HVAC system into zones. Roman came in, listened to my requirements and made a recommendation. He did the necessary calculations for the new system, replaced all the ductwork, installed high efficiency heater and configured it for 4 zones.
