No matter who else I met with, I kept coming back to his work. Since I was living in Los Angeles, his pricing was very much in line with other surgeons in the area, I'm currently about eight weeks post-op. While my final results are still developing, I can confidently say that through every stage of healing so far, my results have been exactly what I envisioned. I was initially very nervous about undergoing surgery, especially since this was my first major procedure and I wasn't unhappy with my natural size (starting at a full B cup). However, I have absolutely no regrets--if anything, I would make the same decision again without hesitation. I'm already hoping that when the time comes years from now to replace my implants, Dr. Kim is still practicing in Beverly Hills, because I truly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Shortly after meeting this amazing woman, I had another wonderful experience with the anesthesiologist as well, who took the time to walk me through everything and reassure me. He emphasized that he would be monitoring me the entire time, fully present and attentive, which gave me a deep sense of comfort and safety. That I greatly appreciated due to the fact of being EXTREMELY nervous that morning Before the procedure, Dr. Kim came in, carefully marked everything, and made sure we were completely aligned on my goals. I felt very confident in his hands. From my hours of research on breast augmentations I had heard that results can look concerning in the first few days post-op, so I was hesitant to look at my results right away, but even on just day 3 or 4, when I was able to shower, I was honestly AMAZED. Even that early on, I loved how they looked. Since then, they've only continued to improve. Each week they look & feel more natural. The results have continued to exceed my expectations. The…read morefirst two of those were full blown revision rhinoplasties, the next two were minor in-office procedures to attempt to shave down a graft that was too long, and the final one was another in-office procedure where Dr. Nima opened up my nose under local anesthetic to shave down the graft after the more minor attempts failed, which ended up being a success. I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation for Dr. Nima and all he did to help me after our first revision came out with a poor result and complications. The entire story is unfortunate from start to finish (including the previous surgeries I had before I met Dr. Nima) but it made me stronger and I survived it! Revision rhinoplasty is indeed no joke and can mess you up mentally and emotionally, especially when things go wrong. However, Dr. Nima did not give up on me and did not charge me much after the first surgery to fix all that happened. It's been almost 4 years since my last surgery and my nose still changes year by year; it's really true what they say that swelling takes a long time to go down once you've had revisions. My nose is nowhere near perfect and has its issues but I came to accept what I have and I'm just lucky that I still have a passably normal nose after all that I went through. I wanted to leave this review as well to tell people that if you are indeed going through a bad rhino situation, I know how much it can negatively impact your mental health. Aside from finding surgical solutions to fix the problems that arise, I strongly, STRONGLY encourage patients to work on their inner beliefs and self-concept, as well as learning to accept and surrender to what is, in order to make it through so you don't go crazy focusing on what you can't control until you can have your next procedure. "Mirror Work" by Louise Hay was a book that really helped me after I was finally done going through my nose surgery saga, which in total was a 3.5 year nightmare. Anyways, I give 4 stars for Nima for not giving up on me and keeping his word, and minus one for the issues that arose. I was completely awake for my final surgery (my choice) which was a blessing because it made me never want to have plastic surgery again lol.
