I got a combination and had hardly any toppings u use to get tons of toppings on the combination but the prices gone up but the quality gone down you pay more for less I can get a pizza with more topping at little ceasers for cheaper not happy at all read more

On 6/22 at 7:15 I kept calling because there was a mistake made on my order. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone . Before I left the girls were not even busy so I'm not sure how that changed after 15 minutes. This place needs better employees. It's not hard to answer the phone . read more

They have Fast service. The sandwiches are really good especially considering the price.

This place's quality has gone way down and their prices have gone up. I ordered a super pepperoni and some sandwiches the total came out to $43 cash. The pizza had very little cheese and the crust was like cardboard. the sandwiches had very little meat and the bread was stale. at this point I think they stay in business because they take EBT. I was craving a sandwich so decided to drop by. I ordered a veggie sandwich and added jalapeños . Service was good and hardly any wait time. This place is very inexpensive. My only complaint is they forgot to add cheese and had just a smear of Mayo. I would recommend. read more

I come here when I'm on a budget for the 4.99 take an bake pepperoni special. Plus you really can't beat the 8 wings for 3.00 they sell. The customer service is usually good, my kids don't complain about the pizza so I cannot complain really. Seems to be a popular place for their sub sandwiches and combos during lunch time they were busy when I came in and that's, that they have competition next door with subway so looks like I will be swinging in to try the sub sandwiches one of these days. read more

I've been coming here for over 2 years. Pros: - Variety of food and combo options - Perfect prices, not expensive not cheap - All female only employees. Makes for a very sweet and friendly experience with customer service ( you might catch the boss waltzing in once or twice a month when he's restocking, a tall thin man with a full head of white hair) - holiday decor, it's makes for a pleasant atmosphere - temperature in the building is always fresh, they do demand the door stay closed to keep it that way. Cons: - understaffed frequently which make for a 30 minute wait when more than 3 people are ordering. - lobby is really small , no dine in, no chairs or tables just standing. With Covid distancing only 2 people or 2 small groups should be in there. If you come alone you should be fine, but if you bring a significant other or your children expect to be uncomfortably close to other customers, or wait outside in the heat/cold or in your vehicle. - unprofessional, all of the employees love to have full blown personal conversations, resulting in a longer wait time for your order, the conversations have offensive information that should be kept private and can only be avoided if you wait outside. The building is so small you can't speak without someone hearing you. It's understandable because who doesn't wanna chat while at work, however professionalism and respect is important and waiting for customers to be gone fulfills that. - amateurish, if you're unlucky you'll have an unpleasant encounter with the few employees here (one or two) that allow their personal stress to leak into their customer service with you. Life is hard, but we aren't asking for forced smiles and kindness. Just for our food without rude remarks or behavior. - food safety concern, all the employees are females. Not a single hairnet in sight. I hope they always have enough gloves to switch into between tasks covid concern : employees do not wear masks - environment trash can outside is consistently overfilled and there's always wrappers or cups on the ground in the front of the store, it's never disgusting thankfully just always a little messy. Conclusion. Great food and prices. It always hits the spot, if you're not picky about the experience or the possibility that your food might be made in a slightly unsanitary way, however not enough to be noticeable if you don't come often and not enough to make you sick. I do support this place because it's affordable. But once my income increases, I'll be making all their delicious menu options at home. I believe this Romeo's is just doing there best to make enough money to get the bills paid, so they cut a few corners. Nothing horrendous, just noticeable to a frequent customer. Great prices! Italian Sub is the best on the menu but it comes down to preferences really.

Being nice and giving this store a 2 stars. The food is great don't get me wrong. I love the sandwiches and pizza and the price is great for when we are on a budget. But the customer service here sucks! We came in today to buy a few subs and the cashier with the red hair was extremely rude. She had an attitude the whole time she attended us. I understand it gets busy during lunch time but that kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. Romeo's please hire people who don't treat your customers as if they are burdens. read more

Great place for Take and Bake Pizza and Wings! Their wings are so much cheaper than most places ($2.99 for 8) and I love the flavor! Not too spicy and not soaked in sauce. Perfecto! Their pizza is really good as well. $3.99 for Pepperoni or $4.99 for the Pepperoni Special? Sweet deal! Pizza cooks up fast with 14-15 minutes and even comes with a paper to cook it on so you don't have to fuss with any clean up afterwards. My usual lunch favorite is their Turkey Salad for $3.99. Delicious! Comes with Banana Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Cheese and lettuce. I would only recommend that they add spinach to their salads! Also... There is no bathroom and the space is kind of small. Only 1 bench for seating but the service is so quick as most of the Base Set Up Pizzas are ready to go. read more

the first thing you will notice here is that the workers there typically are rather visually appealing. Tends to be the way of the owner, as creepy as he is. He is the only bad part of this place. Their pizza is great and their subs are TOP NOTCH. The owner however is another story. He is an old perverted child-abducter-like guy. Never deal with him. If he is there, leave. Let me start by saying the pizza was delish. The dining experience goes down hill from there. The salad was pre-made in a clamshell container. The silverware is the cheapest plastic possible, paper plates are tissue thin. They no longer serve beer apparently bc of the brewery next door. Our pizza was served in a cardboard box even though they knew we were dining in. There was so much racket coming from the kitchen. It sounded as though they were dismantling a blast furnace!! Couldn't carry on a conversation at all. Very disappointing. Guessing the bulk of their business is carry out which is what we will do next time we want Romeo's pizza. read more

Their website says they do not close until 9 I call twice at 8:25 to try and place an order. My girlfriend goes in there to try and place an order at 8:35 on her way home from work and the girl argues with her stating that due to daylight savings they close at 8:30. So why are the doors still unlocked and you guys are still there at 8:30?!? read more

Cheap, fast, decent food. I like the pizza better than papa murphys take n bake. The dough isn't spongey like theirs. They put a lot of pepperoni which is awesome but can be very greasy. Not health food but next time I will get just a little less pepperoni or more different types of toppings. Got the wings which looked suspect in the ziplock bag but they were pretty decent. It was my first time attempting to try a sandwhich from Romeos. So I call them asking what time they close and they said 9. It was 8:40 so I hurried over trying to get there in time and I walked in at 8:52 for them to tell me theyre closed. I have been going to Romeo's for the last 15 years and now I am done. The second to the last time I went there they charged me for an extra large pizza which I ordered but gave me a large with the cardboard showing around the edges. didn't complain as I thought maybe they made a mistake. last might I ordered two extra large pizza's. One combination and one 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Hawaiian. They charged me the price of the Hawaiian which was $10.10 and did not factor in the lesser half price. When I got home and cooked the pizza's the toppings were barely covering the bread. The bread bubbled up in 5 large bubbles as there was hardly anything on it. I called and spoke to John who said that they are now measuring the toppings and they had not been before. He said next time he would give me double. I will not be back..... read more
