The employee asked me several times what I wanted, served the customer behind me first, and made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. After my order was finally taken, I was standing near the Wi-Fi sign when the employee accused me of looking at another customer. I explained that I was looking at the Wi-Fi sign and had not approached or bothered anyone. I am asking the owner/manager to review the security-camera footage, identify the employee involved, and investigate what happened. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.
