I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership while trying to purchase a 2024 Ford Bronco Black Diamond located in Dixon, CA. I had been in negotiations with Rebeccah for quite some time as I was considering all options and making sure I was working with the RIGHT dealership and my buying needs were 100% being met. It was difficult to reach agreements with them, but I persisted in my interest. I even drove 2.5 hours to test drive with Mason (as Rebeccah was off). During the test drive I noticed a couple of blemishes. I shared them in the moment with Mason. He brushed it off... That day no sale was made! They couldn't meet me and made little effort to do so. I walked away and they let me! Shocking! A car that's been sitting on their lot for 100+ days and with 9+ in their inventory, I couldn't believe they'd rather let me walk than sell! Fast forward to now, I am now ready to buy and Rebeccah and Ron seem to (begrudgingly) want to work with my pricing needs. I brought up the blemishes. And instead of addressing my concerns, she relayed a message from Ron Wolff, the sales manager, stating they "couldn't meet my needs" and suggested I look elsewhere. I was a serious, cash buyer ready to make a deal, but simply questioning the condition and value of the vehicle led them to walk away from doing business with me. This behavior raises red flags about the true condition of the vehicle and the dealership's willingness to be transparent and honest with potential buyers. I would caution others to be very careful when considering doing business here -- it seems asking reasonable questions about vehicle quality is not welcome. read more

I would not shop at this dealer again. First off, my wife and I drove down on a rainy Saturday to see a vehicle. The car was dead and had to jumpstart since it was sitting in their parking lot for a while.The vehicle was listed for 18500 and I had asked the sales manager if he would be willing to make a deal for 17500. At this point he already ran my credit, gathered income, so we shook on it and got the deal. We were excited we would be receiving a great deal from this dealership. During signing, we were very surprised and excited we would be driving with our new used vehicle and then the same Sales Manager came in while we were in the middle of signing and came in with some bs excused that the car has engine problems. During the test drive the car drove well and we left the car running for 20 min. The car didn't have any problems. This was around 530pm on a Saturday and their service department was closed, but somehow the sales manager who is apparently a certified mechanic can diagnose vehicles. The dealer itself canceled the sale on a bs excuse of having "engine problems" but in reality it's because the Sales Manager regretted owning up that he just sold the car at a great price to a consumer because he was out negotiated. If the manager told me, " unfortunately, I don't want to sell the car at that price" I would've respected the dealership more. Not a sleazy tactic to get out of a sale in the middle of signing for the vehicle. My credit was ran so now my wife and I have an inquiry and 3 hours of our life wasted. It has been 3 days since the attempt to purchase. The dealer even took the car down, and re posted it and it is now available for sale again. Don't go to this dealership. TOWING: My son had a flat tire right off of I-80 near Dixon last night so we called AAA bc he had no spare tire. Marcos from Ron Dupratt Ford Towing showed up about an hour later and he was PHENOMENAL. Instead of towing, which would've cost us over $100, he offered to patch it. He pulled this large piece of metal debris from the tire, patched it and we were on our way home in 15 mins. He then texted us to make sure we made it home ok - just WOW! Service department seams unorganized and a bit hostile to questions. I called first thing this morning and spoke with a young man and asked for an estimate to get my F-350 diesel engine oil and transmission serviced. I was told I would get my estimate via text message later today. Fast forward to 4:PM and no text message... I called the service department again this afternoon. I asked a young lady for an estimate for a FULL synthetic engine oil and transmission service. She told me they only use a synthetic blend. She also went on to say they won't be able to give me my estimate because they don't have F-350 VIN number and they don't stock Full synthetic oil... WHAT? read more

I made an appointment for my technicians service truck to get the codes cleared after installing a diesel NOX sensor on a Wednesday. The service writer told me to have the technician to bring his truck in on Friday and they would be able to clear the codes. Technician brought the truck in and they turned him away because we installed the sensor not the Ford dealership. So I called them back asking why we were refused service and the service writer Ricky stated that he didn't know the truck was over a f550 (we have a f750) and that it would have to go to their fleet department. Mind you Ricky didn't even ask the vehicle information when we were scheduling the appointment for Friday. So I called Ford back, was transferred 4 different times to different departments. Finally got on the phone with Craig in the fleet service department. I explained the situation what happened and instead of being understanding Craig decided to start raising his voice with me saying that he didn't even know who Ricky was. I stated that I called the same phone number and Ricky was in the service department. Craig started cutting me off over the phone, continuing to raise his voice even louder where I couldn't even get a word in to explain what happened. Unfortunately Craig has the absolute WORST customer service. We are about 5 minutes away from Ron Dupratt Ford but we will now have to drive all the way to Sacramento to get our vehicle serviced. I could not understand why Craig was so defensive and rude. I called him for help, and he just lost our business. BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!! Upon leaving this review, I received a phone call from a gentleman named John. He called me saying that they have mobile techs that could come to us and clear the codes. I have a beautiful 2022 Ford Maverick which I have had since October 2022. I used to take my truck exclusively to the Ford dealer where I bought it. Unfortunately I have had several horrible experiences with my local dealer and have had less than ideal dealings with other nearby dealers as well. I am currently in litigation with my local Ford due to some dishonest and dishonerable interactions and poor customer service. A few weeks ago I discovered that someone somewhere somehow hit my beloved truck and damaged the entire passenger side of the vehicle. The damage was significant. I filed a claim and decided to try Ron Dupratt as I have exhausted every other nearby Ford. Their customer service was superb! Even though I was out of the country, Scott maintained communication and kept me informed as to exactly what was happening with my truck. I was shocked as I had never had such excellent communication from any other Ford. Scott took impeccable care of my truck and not only fixed my truck as good as new, but also went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible. If you go to any Ford other than Ron Dupratt Ford, I promise you will be disappointed and possibly in a lawsuit with that place. We just bought a 2025 BroncoSport outer banks. Right from the beginning through delivery everything went so smooth. Never felt pushed into buying. Gave us plenty of time to consider all our options. This truck has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been in the shop the last 3 of the 6 months I've owned it. Thank god I bought the extended Ford warranty otherwise I would be out over $8000 in repairs. What a crap show this has been. One example is I asked them to inspect the exhaust manifolds (prior to signing the purchase agreement) for an exhaust leak on cold start up and was told their mechanic looked at it and it was fine. Another dealership easily noticed that both exhaust manifolds were leaking and needed replacement. I will not be recommending you or your dealership. First off I found the car online and pre filled everything out. I was approved through capitol one and offered a trade in with down payment. They ran my credit and I spoke with them on the phone. They expressed repeatedly to come to the store which I refused. I explained that the drive was over an hour and I wanted to have all the work complete so I can sign and leave! They ignored my call the next day, and I had to reach out to several people for a response. Finally I ask for them to take $2K off the price, they have never spoke to me again. Now that I'm a few miles over warranty with the same issue they easily turn me away with no assistance not even partial credit. I told them I don't want any hard inquiries on my credit which they acknowledged. I filled out a paper with my info but didn't put my social on it. They took it and a few min later came back and asked for my social and said they needed it for the quote. I told them ok as long as you don't do a hard inquiry on my report that's fine(soft pull). They said don't worry. Well they not only did they do a hard inquiry on my report they did it with all 3 credit bureaus with Experian getting hit twice. When I got a notification from the bureaus I made a scene with them. Told them how I specifically said not to. I got a call from the vice president and he said he would fix the issue. 2 months later still nothing! What they did was fraud and illegal! read more

In a recent post I made about the lack of customer service I received for Fairfield Ford & Lincoln I called around and chose to have our vehicle serviced by Ron DuPratt Ford in Dixon. The first Service Representative I spoke to didn't need their operating system to be up and running to help with the recall, unlike the SR from Fairfield Ford. He walked back to the Parts Department after obtaining the VIN to confirm actuals, they had two on-hand at that time. Since this is the wife's vehicle, I had to coordinate with her and the shop to bring it in. I later spoke with Daniel because the last SR was unavailable; he was awesome! He stepped right in because of the notes that the last SR wrote and he too confirmed the parts/materials were available. I just got the Recall parts/materials replaced yesterday. Hopefully there will not be any issues with the Back-up Camera; but I greatly appreciated the customer service/support that Ron DuPratt Ford gave! It's not too much or hard to provide good customer service, especially when the customer is being cordial and kind to you right from the start. (This review only pertains to their service department.) The work they do is usually good but a lot of the time they really do screw me over, and not treat my vehicle that well. I've spent probably $5000 plus here in maintenance, labor and parts over the past couple years and honestly you can find a better deal to get parts installed and they overcharge on the parts as well. So, I can't really recommend them anymore. After leaving my truck outside to get bird pooped on for over a week and then they didn't bother to clean it off, and then they broke the terminals on my battery and didn't bother to tell me about that either. And another time they said one price for parts and labors, but when it came to actually pay and pick it up the parts and labor that was actually installed and performed was less than what we originally agreed on yet the price remained the same. There are lots of better alternatives like the Chop Shop and some of the mechanics in Davis. I'll probably go here for oil changes still but that's it, other shops get my money from now on. read more
