    We visited DuPratt Ford Dixon to turn in a truck after successfully pursuing a Lemon Law lawsuit with Ford, Inc. DuPratt Ford Dixon is the hub for turning in Lemon Law Fords in our area of California. DFD is a down-to-earth, come as you are establishment with stand-out customer service in the finance office. We headed to Dixon from Santa Rosa with anxiety in our hearts considering how difficult it had been to do business with Ford, Inc. regarding our vehicle. We could have saved ourselves the stress because the woman in the finance office was an expert at handling this type of transaction, and made our visit nice and easy. Our family will never purchase, own, or recommend Ford, Inc., however, if you have your heart set on owning a Ford, DuPratt Ford Dixon will treat you right!

    I'm not one to write reviews but wanted to say that Ryan and Tiffany were outstanding. Ryan was very attentive and worked with me to find a Ranger Raptor. The process was smooth. Pricing was reasonable. Pickup and contracting was straight forward and as planned. Loving the new ride and honest, clear communication from the team.

    I recently purchased my 2024 Ford Lightning, and Tony made the whole trade in process super easy and enjoyable. Tony gave me a great deal for my 2018 Model X which helped me get my new truck.     I can't say enough great things about DuPratt Ford Dixon! The Mobile Customer Service is above and beyond! We own (2) Bronco's and anything we need serviced you can get on the Mobile Schedule pretty darn fast and not having to leave our Business is the best! The Customer Service with scheduling as well as the actual service is better than any experience going into any dealer we have ever had! Highly recommend buying a FORD and calling these guys for service!

    **READ BEFORE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE HERE**…read more My fiancé has a 2018 CRV that has had something wrong with the AC for the past 3 years. Mind you, she purchased this in Napa; however, lives in Vacaville. Honda has had a service bulletin/recall regarding a seal that needs to be replaced as it has caused several AC's to blow hot air or make the AC perform very intermittently. Service bulletins/recall alerts for any parts are 100% covered by the dealership and through Honda. When a customer comes in requesting the recall service to be performed, they should never be charged for inspections. If during the service appointment the department finds the source of the issue is not with the recalled part, the customer should still never be charged for the inspection unless this is discussed ahead of time and agreed upon. In looking at the past reviews and from my fiancé's experience the past few years, it seems Vacaville Honda's service department is running unethical practices that prey on customers who may not understand their rights, more specifically if they are women. She had taken the car for the recall to Vacaville Honda on two occasions in different years, trusting they would take care of the issue and do proper servicing in regards to what was stated in the bulletin. Twice, they not only charged her for inspections (to the tune of $250+ each time) but both times they stated the issue was not with the recalled part. This past visit back in August, they tried to quote her for a full AC replacement for $7000. Just recently, she and I had a discussion about her car's AC and we dug a little deeper into her experiences. After reviewing the documentation and service bulletin, and after diagnosing where the problem really was, I contacted a different Honda service department to perform the service regarding the recalled part, free of charge (as outlined in the actual service bulletin). Not only was the recalled part the issue that fixed her ongoing AC problems, but it was literally a 2 hour job that should have been handled correctly the past two times she went to Vacaville Honda. As her partner, I'm infuriated a company would put her through this and having to endure over 100 degree weather each summer because she couldn't afford $7000 to "fix" the problem. As a human being, I'm completely baffled how this unethical practice has been allowed to go on with multiple customers at this location. If you are a customer here with their service department, I would encourage you to read up on your rights for recalled parts and service bulletins. I would also encourage you to seek second opinions for anything they state "needs to be replaced". After collecting the documentation of her experiences, I will be taking this higher and will absolutely be reaching out to reviewers who have had the same experience. This should never be happening, especially at a dealership, and the service department as a whole should be held accountable for their unethical practices. Happy to be a resource for anyone who has had similar experiences.

I called and tried to get help and they said just keep it and see if it happens again. It did several times and sometimes wouldn't start back up. Then I brought it back they had it for a week and said they fixed it but the same day I got it back just a few blocks from them it happened again. They said I could bring it back and talk to mechanic. Once again I left my car and they said they would send it out to dealership to get it fixed. 5 days later car hasn't moved. They gave me a loaner car for 7 days and even it had its check engine light come on after a mile of driving. Called to check the status of my car and was told I'd get a call back and got nothing. Stopped back by and no one could help me said if it wasn't fixed by 5/10 I could get a new car but they don't have any on the lot with the price I financed so I'd have to take a lesser car. All I want now is my money back I already invested in the vehicle getting new wipers and replacing a sensor and I'm exhauste. Save time and energy and don't buy here I'm not a disgruntled buyer, this was just officially the worst car buying experience and they are only out to sell lemons and make a profit. They deserve no stars but I couldn't post review with at least one

My financial's took a tad of a toll and one of the loves of my life(My 2014 GT Mustang) started giving me engine troubles. The plan was always to get a commuter car because we all know the lolMPG of Mustangs. But I never thought this day would come so soon where I would need one. It was this situation that led me to car shopping. Maybe it was because I had beat Need for Speed Heat in a couple days and I was in a racing mode recently but I knew I wanted something a little sporty but also gas efficient. I really wanted something like a Civic since a lot of my friends have told me about their reliability over the years. I'm not gonna bore you with the experience of how I went to a Honda dealership and basically got nowhere. How I went there, test drove a White 2011 Civic and they basically acted like they would work with me and then the minute I mentioned the price I am suddenly like an alien who doesn't belong on this earth. What I will tell you is that Frank with Quintero made the whole process the complete opposite. I felt comfortable with him, he disclosed all the knicks with the car right away and out of all the salesman I interacted with, he was the only one who would negotiate a price with me. I really wanted this car though. It was an LX Sport and it had racing pedals. It was basically everything I was looking forward without totally breaking my wallet. We agreed on a price and ever since I got the car I've been loving driving an automatic again but also saving money on gas each month. So long story short, if you ever are trying to get a used car I highly recommend Quintero Auto Sales if you want a person who is going to actual treat you like a human. After all, isn't that what we all want at the end of the day? You don't have to act fake and nice but at least treat me with respect and don't waste my time if you aren't going to haggle a price from the start. Frank will do everything I just mentioned and more. If I ever need another preowned car in the distant future, I definitely know Quintero will be my first place to look!

They charge me on a ac inspection which was covered under warranty and made every excuse to not follow up or inform of a so called problem with their ac machine part not sure if there was ever a problem with the ac machine. They showed little to no concern and had no answers on resolving this problem. I would advice anyone needing VW repair to stay away from this dealership for all maintenance. I only gave them one star but in reality it should be a negative figure for their rating. Useless is the only word I can think of for this maintenance department.
