Easy 4 stars with room to improve. 2 month update. Purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid on 3/25/26. The truck itself I am very happy with. 4,000 miles in, on 3 different trips and it's been awesome! Staff was all friendly and I had a great test drive. The manager, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and also very human, which was my favorite part. He understood my personal situation and we worked together to find a great middle ground. Few of my questions went unanswered and few things on their end were forgotten which made multiple trips back, but it's small human errors and it was near the end of the day. The 1 star loss for me. Having to go back after paperwork was final and also having to go to another dealership for the second key. The other half is about the truck itself. The outside body was clean, but interior was clean ish and the bed was straight up dirty. Buying used I get that it's not Brand New Car with a bow, but to me, the least could have been the cleaning and taking off any black marker writing on the main windshield. The bed was for sure forgotten, probably because it had the cover. Oh well, little dirt, no dents or dings tho. Overall I would DEFINITELY give DuPratt ford my business again. Honestly the worst purchasing experience I have had for any product or service in my entire life. I built the Ford i wanted online, ordered it, the dealership reached out. I signed a contract, gave them my bank account info so that they could collect the $500 deposit, and advised by old fat "Dave" that I would be notified of it being delivered. They even gave me an order number. Most likely a couple months. More than a couple months go by and no word. I check my bank account- they never collected the $500 and never gave me any updates. I call them and give them my order number. That order number went to somebody else with an entirely different vehicle. If I ordered my vehicle that day, I'd have an update in "a couple months". What a joke. My car at the time was finally breaking down (y'know, which is why I was buying a vehicle, so I told them over the phone that they were screwing me and immediately went to another dealership. My thought process was: I don't have enough time before my old car breaks down before the vehicle I wanted would be available, but I need a vehicle so I'll give my business to somebody who would treat me better. I went to the Woodland location where they stalled me until the Dixon location (this one) could scramble to collect my $500 (yes, the deposit I thought i gave them months ago), locking me into that contract. Now I'm stuck with the lame Dixon location. Days later, lazy Dave tells me the vehicle I wanted is in stock. Well, not the vehicle I wanted, just the model. It had less than I wanted and still somehow was more expensive. But! they had me by the short and curlies because by then I was backed into a corner with my old car breaking down. They upsold me, haggled with me (and I am no haggler), and sent me home with a +30k vehicle I didn't even want having milked me for all I was worth. The last words Dave told me was "you can review me on yelp or on the ford website, there's nothing you can do." i suspect he was about to retire and this sale was an easy way to line his pockets before he left. But it's not just Dave, the rest of the dealership enabled him. The rest of the dealership would rather screw an honest, desperate man out of his savings. Since then I've been taking my vehicle to the woodland location for service- not that the boycott of any one location actually means anything. They'd all rather work together to screw the little guy for the sake of what is a pittance for the Ford Motor Company. This WAS the last time I will ever buy a Ford. Losing a customer means nothing to them, but maybe if you've read this review it might help YOU, the average consumer. If anyone from ford reads this, I'll consider taking this review down if you nullify the remainder of my loan (about 13K) read more

Review for Ron Dupratt Chevrolet, Vacaville I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss from Ron Dupratt in Vacaville on June 14, 2025. During the delivery process, I noticed a film peeling off the top-left corner of the infotainment screen. I pointed it out to the sales rep, Julian, who assured me it was just the factory screen protector and said I could remove it myself once I got home. Following his instructions, I attempted to remove the film, only to find that it started breaking apart and had adhesive backing--not a standard screen protector and clearly not something meant to be peeled off manually. (See attached photo showing the damage.) I reached out to the dealership immediately and followed up with an email (including the photo) requesting that the issue be addressed. Someone from the dealership initially said they would try to get it covered under warranty. When I spoke with Matt Hoggard, the Assistant Store Manager, I was told the best they could do was maybe get a new screen "at cost," and that it wasn't their fault. He also made it clear they weren't willing to help me in any other way. It's incredibly frustrating to be put in this position after trusting the dealership's representative. I was simply following the advice given to me before the sale was finalized. Now I'm left with a damaged screen and no support from the dealership that sold me the truck just days ago. Now I have to take it to a real dealership that actually cares about their customers, and I have to pay out of pocket just to see how the screen can be repaired so it's functional. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I'm very disappointed in how they treated me, and I will not be returning. read more
