The guy at BJs said there was a slow leak and recommended we go to Discount Tire, where they usually patch it for free or cheap compared to BJ's prices. So, we went there and told the guy, Jon that a patch was needed. Jon didn't even bring a spray bottle to check for a leak. He immediately started saying how she needed new tires, claiming the tread was horrible. She told him she didn't have the money for new tires at the moment we're just broke college students trying to get a patch. He made it sound like we wouldn't be able to drive away without new tires. He refused to patch the tire. We basically went there for no reason. We went back to BJ's, and they said Jon was lying. They also told us that she had about 10,000 more miles on her tires.

Recently took my truck and my BMW. At first looked like they were very competent, except waiting…read moreto resolve a major issue - they didn't do the primary repair that was "required" on the report which was the main reason I brought it in my BMW. How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I went to get an oil change and received diagnostic check for a price list that felt a bit high, so I called this location and inquired about the same exact services that literally half the price. I set up an appointment and brought the vehicle in. True to his word, and without any empty promises, I received a straightforward advisement on what needed to be done and what the best way to go about it was. Inside I was helped by Max and Harrison as well, we are very personable and contributed to a great environment. The inside of the place was clean and spacious, and I watched an episode of friends while I waited. There's also a vending machine with snacks available inside plenty of places to walk around if you don't feel like sitting in a comfortable chair. I believe strongly in putting your money where your mouth is, so I will undoubtedly be bringing another vehicle here in the near future for the same service. Note: do yourself a favor and make an appointment with as much time as needed if possible, it does wonders to save on time

Switching tires to a new wheels should not have taken over 2 hours. What is the point of making appointments? I can't leave and stuck here and no one give me update unless I ask. Customer service is bad and my time spent at this shop I can't get back. Switching tires and resolved the issue was over an hour after they say" it should be done here soon". If making appointments is to be convenient for customers, then this is NOT convenient at all. It's only switching tires to a new wheels. It's not like they are working in my engines. 2 weeks ago I bought tires (4)from them, it took the whole day to put new tires on (8am-5pm). But I gave it another tried since I had bought tires here. But same customer get treated like no one's time is meaningful. I am upset. Because no one spoke to me about any updates until I ask an hour half later. Still not done and going on 3 hours now. I needed both my spark plugs and coils replaced. I spoke with Ricardo the day prior who was so polite, understanding and willing to work with me. He said my car needed a tune up on top of the part replacement but he said that can be fixed in due time. I asked him to work with me to make the cost under 1k and he said he would. Come today I receive a call back from MATT saying the cost is 1200. I ask why and he said the my internal system computer needs to be reset as well. In speaking with my mechanic friend and doing my research online this is something that is not necessary for the vehicle in order to operate smoothly. And I am told this is them "milking money." I decided to speak with MATT face to face. I was very polite and asked him to please only replace the parts. He began to state he's not "going to half ass the job." I asked politely to have him work with me as I have been a loyal customer with them for years. He said that I had an "attitude" and that I need to take my car and go somewhere else. Well MATT thanks to you I will never use PEP boys again and as a member of the MI community for the last 6 years I'll be sure to tell my fellow friends not to go see you either and "take their car somewhere else."
