Not only did the technician replace the amp that went out, but I also had a smart thermometer/thermostat that I wanted to have installed but had not made an appointment for he was able to do both very efficiently and I would say in about an hour and a half. This also included allowing me to paint behind the new thermostat so that the wall paint matched. I feel like this appointment was one of the most efficient. We tried repairing it ourselves by first replacing the water inlet valve, but that didn't help. Then we replaced one of the hoses that had a small hole. Still no luck. When we found out family would be visiting for spring break it was time to get it professionally repaired. Wakehub was quickly available and when technician Kiryl arrived Thursday he meticulously checked everything on the dishwasher before discovering, after pulling it out and turning it on its side, that apparently a rat had chewed all the way through the pump hose and also built a little nest under my dishwasher! Yikes! Kiryl said this was not a part that he kept in stock because it is so specialized, but he could order it and should be able to install it in about three days. I told him that we had really hoped to get it fixed before company arrived in two days. He then looked through his supplies and found a pump hose, unfortunately the measurements were off so it would not work. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the repair and said he would do everything he could to get it done before Saturday. The next day, Friday, I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving a message from Kiryl saying he would be here in 30 minutes to install the part. True to his word, he arrived and took about an hour to replace the part and show me how the dishwasher was now working. What a relief! Ron was polite and very efficient, explained exactly the steps and procedure for the maintenance and what other components he will thoroughly check to ensure our dryer was functioning properly. You can tell he's experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. It was so late in the afternoon(after 4:30pm) and I didn't think that I could get it looked at till the next day. I was so wrong, they let me know that it might be late(6 -8pm) but they would definitely come tonight. They arrived after 7pm, gave me the Diagnostic and fixed it. I called Advanced Appliance and spoke to Carlos. Explained the issue as we had some water coming out in the front of our newer refrigerator. Carlos stated he could come by today. He further explained there was a $60 fee, but if we proceeded with the work it would count towards the final bill. Carlos came out to see if he could repair our water issue.
