The skin of the tail stuck to the meat making it like chewing wax paper. I was able to cut that part off and eat what was left. Other people had NY strip which was good and the sea bass which was better than the lobster tail. As big fans of Misti Norris and Petra, we first heard about Rainbow Cat when it was still a temporary popup at the bar.
