I'm picky about cornmeal batter and this was one of the best and most flavorful I have ever had. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. The catfish was real catfish and cooked beautifully. My coworker tells me that catfish connection give her Swai catfish. I told her I never know them to sell swai catfish for year. On July 10, 2026, I call Catfish Connection upset a young explain to me that they use swai for the filet. I ask why was I not told that filets would be swai while placing my order. Because I would have not ordered the filets. I assume I have to ask. I inquired who is the owner and his name. Still full of flavor and satisfying. Cookie pudding: 10/10 I did not get a picture. This was light, sweet, and has a great balance of flavor. The customer service is terrible. The establishment was not super clean. The wait time was at least 25 minutes, which is fine for freshly cooked food. My fish was hot and hit the spot, I'm not sure that that was catfish though. My fries were luke warm, soggy, and salty. read more

The fish is excellent. It's been a while since my last visit and I see a lot of improvements in the taste of the fish and the quality. Get them spicy and you will taste the flavor. They give you kind of a quick window when to pick up. Please remember this place is taking a lot of orders by phone also You don't even sit down inside to eat here and everything is take out. Remember they're getting a lot of orders. Now I got to say they messed up on my order. They missed out on something but they made up by giving me two extra fish fillets. This restaurant is still operating under COVID protocols, so there is no inside seating, and they only allow three ordering customers inside at a time. Once you've placed your order, you wait in your car. The guy who brought out the food was really friendly. The one star is being removed for the woman at the front desk who takes orders.
