Disaster of a dealership. BEWARE BEWARE Before this review I have tried many times to communicate with the dealership. They will not communicate. I have contacted a lawyer and even had the Maryland Attorney General along with the MVA investigation division speak with me on this matter. Where do I start? The lying? The fraud? The lack of communication. They have had and are still in a possession of a vehicle I purchased in July. They have had it more than I have. Immediately after the car was purchased the airbag light and engines lights came on within a day. Contacted them immediately and was told to bring it back. It was brought back only for them to keep it for 2 months because they had to "send it out for repair". After getting the vehicle back, not only was the light still on but it wouldn't steer properly and was promptly brought back. They claimed it was a faulty power steering hose. Got the car back and was told the airbag light was still on and I needed to take it up with the owner. Funny thing though you can't get ahold of him and almost every time you call they don't answer. Leave a voicemail? Well the voicemail box has been full every single time. Fast forward to finally getting ahold of someone and being told to take it to a dealership. The dealership writes the car up for a two page write up. Including a rack and pinion that was replaced and claimed under my purchased warranty without my knowledge. Forged my signature digitally to approve the work and to this date can't provide a work ticket on their end. That same rack and pinion that Ron's Automotive installed HAD to be taken back to them because it was already filed under warranty by them. After being told the airbag light was a clock spring issue with the shop they "sent it out to" they couldn't provide documentation for weeks of that work. After getting the shops name "who did the repair" and calling them it was discovered my vehicle never went there for that repair. So who knows what they did with my car for two months claiming it needed to be sent out. As of today I have called and even sent emails to the owner with not a single response. They still are still in possession of my car which I don't even want anymore and will be fighting in court at this point. Morale of the story these people are Liars and commit fraud. A quick public database search will actually show you the open cases and closed cases against them. You can search Ron's Automotive or Carzlane who is the actually owner of Ron's Automotive now Save yourself the misery and find a reputable place that actually cares and understands customer service. Lastly, these comments about Ray being a great service manager are very misleading. This is the same Ray who hung the phone up on me when asking for an update, could never provide an answer or work ticket on services performed, claimed he was leaving in two weeks back in December and didn't care anymore (still employed there) and never answers the phone. read more

VERY SHADY! Just as the other reviewer said there are hidden fees which is hilarious because their ads say "PURE PRICE PROMISE: THE PRICE YOU PAY IS THE PRICE YOU SEE". We were looking into a car that was listed at $11k and it was going to end up being about $16k with their bullshit fees. They also have the same car advertised at multiple dealerships. Very shady people and I'm glad I didn't go through with the purchase because it was most likely a scam. They've been reported so hopefully they'll stop acting like crooks. read more

Bait and switch dealer. Can't believe a word they say. Advertised a price then tried to add $1600 mechanical reconditioning and $600 cosmetic reconditioning charges to purchase agreement and try to convince you that everybody does it and it's a bargain. I had to threaten to walk, but needed a car today so they came down some, I came up some... but feeling ripped off and lied to. Felt like typical slimy car dealer experience. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This dealership is 1000% a scam! They sold us a truck with a check engine light on and promised to fix it! We bought it from them 6 months ago and now the truck sits at the GMC dealership undrivable and we Were told it would cost $10,000 JUST TO GET IT RUNNING! They are the epitome of a used car dealership! Slime balls....and the passed the trucks inspection bc they do MD state inspections internally. One of the tail lights was cracked, which we didn't notice until it rained 2 days after we bought it...THAT WOULDN'T PASS INSPECTION anywhere else! Buyer beware...do not buy anything from this dealer...they will take your money and laugh as you drive away!! This was my daughters very first vehicle she purchased on her own and they didn't care! This dealership is the definition of unscrupulous slicksters only concerned with money. Sales man Trevor Roy and his manager ran my CREDIT WITHOUT MY CONSENT through several automotive companies causing several hard/negative hits to my credit score. They informed me I was approved for a vehicle, when I told them I had my own financing they informed me they would call me back and never did. I then had to follow up with them to find out about the vehicle and was informed that they sold the vehicle to some one else. They could care less about being honest and forthright as long as they can make money. They will not honor their word and will even break rules to make a dollar. read more

Purchased a Car from Ron's Automotive on 02DEC16, called four weeks later to find out where my tags were. They hadn't filled the paperwork with the state of Florida. I was told "next week" and we will provide you tracking information. Next week came and went. Then they call me, "can you send us a copy of your insurance card?" I left them a copy on 02DEC16. it is now 17JAN17. I paid $299 for Document services. I haven't received my monies worth. The owner hasn't replied to my email. The title clerk hasn't provided me the tracking number for my documents. The sales man, Dave was great to deal with. READ REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS DEALER BEFORE BUYING! If you read the reviews about this dealer on Facebook you will see a common theme amongst the customers that buy from their dealer. The dealer sells cars that have issues shortly after purchase, they treat you as if your problem is not important after the purchased vehicle does have issues and then they string you along with completion dates or promises that they do not back up. My personal issue was buying a truck that had brake problems 2 days after purchase and transmission going out 8 days after purchase. Took them 37 days to get the vehicle back to me after I had it for only 8. During that time Dave Warder have several completion dates that he never backed up and gave no communication when those dates came and went unless I reached out. This went on for several weeks until I reached out to a lawyer and I mentioned that word to the service center and my truck was somehow miraculously finished the next day. Stay away and go somewhere else to save yourself many headaches and multiple lies! read more

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE BY FAR! They do not respond to calls and voicemails. You have to call constantly to get answers and to get a salesman to follow everything all the way through is IMPOSSIBLE. They have no idea regarding PA tagging now all of our paperwork is incorrect and needs to be redone. COMPLETE JOKE! Check engine light on the truck came on 3 days after having it, and getting help with this is worse then the actual car buying process. This is not supposed to be this HARD! BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE! Took us over a week to see a vehicle after they sold the one we were originally going to look at, they were supposed to have it fixed and ready to go for us on Thursday 2 days after we signed all the papers. Thursday it still wasn't ready come Friday we were taking it, was not washed, mirror still missing, the bumper they were supposed to fix looks like it was supper glued on.
