Spoiler alert: the man is the consummate professional. The level of detail this guy focuses on is insane. The floral decorations on the bar top and the hors d'oeuvre platters come to mind. The whole experience was elevated because of the catering - the food, drinks, service, and presentation created a legit classy atmosphere. I felt like we were at a Hollywood premier reception - very fancy. I almost forgot to talk about the food itself lol! The reason we chose Scott in the first place was because we loved his dishes. We were impressed with the tasting menu meeting and selected our menu. When the day came...everything was so delicious! Here's the real proof. As hosts, we rarely get to eat much of the food at the event itself. We are too busy entertaining and talking with visiting family. THANK GOD they send the leftovers home with us! The table settings were fancy and elegant. Everything was timed correctly. And omg the food. My son ate like 6-7 of the tuna tartare's. The salmon teriyaki skewers were my favorite appetizer.
