I requested a roommate move out cleaning over 2 weeks in advance. The quotes $285 for a relatively small room and bathroom which seemed a little high. This was in part because they thought 3 cleaning personnel would be necessary for the job. On the day of the appointment no one showed up, no call or anything. They called me later in the week to tell me the scheduled cleaners couldn't find a car. Overall I don't recommend this company. No communication or accountability. read more

**Second Update** - I've now spoken with one of the managers, Stephanie, who admitted that I was not in violation of their agreement. In fact, the section they were claiming I violated, they themselves violated by not completing the job. She admitted they should have completed the job or called me to tell me that they were delayed due to the carpet cleaner. They did not call to notify it would take more time and instead claimed they finished the job and left it undone. The company is unwilling to do anything other than take 10% off the price even after admitting they didn't complete the job, they were wrong not to call to see if I was ok with them being there longer that day than estimated, and admitting that they were wrong to accuse me of a violation of their service agreement publicly and privately. Do not use this company. **Update** - the owner is now claiming that we violated their service terms by having other workers or contractors in the home while they are there. I have since re-read the entire service agreement and that is not stated at all. So on top of a poor job the owner is now claiming we agreed to something we didn't and I have the receipts to prove they're wrong. I would not recommend anyone use Roochi Cleaning for a deep clean / moving clean. We hired them to clean the home we just purchased after having the kitchen redone and house repainted. My experience from the start to the finish has left me very dissatisfied and displeased and we've canceled the cleaning we had scheduled for the house we moved out of. 1. They confirmed they would be there at 8am for the cleaning. After waiting 15 minutes, I called to find out where they were and was told they wouldn't be there for another 15 minutes or so. 2. After they left I came to the house to see how things looked and on both the main and upstairs level I found areas, shelves, doors, etc. that were completely missed and were still covered in dust to the point where my finger was completely covered in dust and dirt after wiping it once. Of note, we did have a carpet cleaner there for about an hour and a plumber at the sink. The areas that were poorly cleaned were either not in their way or would have been available to clean at any point other than the one hour the carpet cleaner had a hose running up the stairs. I wasn't notified that the carpet cleaners' hose would cause them any issues - only after expressing my dissatisfaction with the work and waiting 5 days for a response did that comment come up. I am still today (over a week after moving in still finding areas they completely ignored. 3. When I called to express my dissatisfaction and concern I was told they could come after we'd moved in, but that would be after the movers had already brought in furniture, etc. After expressing the timing issue there was never an attempt to get the additional areas that I continue to find (and have texted them pictures of) cleaned. The manager to whom I spoke told me that she would speak with the owner and get back to me. However, after 5 days of waiting for a response I followed up and was told they could give me 10% off. A joke considering the time I've had to spend cleaning up after they supposedly cleaned. 4. With the 10% discount offered, I've still not heard anything from the owner, etc. and I get the feeling that my issues with the quality of the service are not really of much concern to them. If this was my business and I had a client who was displeased I would make sure to make it right asap, before their movers got there and with very timely replies. We were referred to them by our realtor and I've connected with her to warn her about referring more business to Roochi as I would hate for anyone else to have a similar experience based on her recommendation. read more

Roochii an okay job, but not the the deep cleaning level I had scheduled. They didn't charge me as much as the deep cleaning service was estimated, which I appreciated. I don't know if there was a miscommunication or staff was just pinched for time. They offered to come back for touch up cleaning in spots they missed, but it was too much trouble to get dogs a sitter so I said don't bother. Their attention to detail is unmatched - from the estimator/scheduler, to their notification system for arrival ,to their cleaner's thoroughness. The cleaners who came did a fantastic job--the original estimate was for a two-person crew, five hours, and an estimate of $350-450. They sent three people and took five hours, so it ended up costing $538. For those of you that use Yelp to help on deciding who to use as a company ask yourself, do I really want to use a company that treats their customers like this? Wow over a month to respond to a customer. Also, how interesting several 5 star reviews showed up after I posted mine. Just have to wonder.... To the owner I stand by my review. There were no blinds, the bathrooms were well kept (my mom cleaned them weekly), and my mom who was there specifically told the cleaners not to clean the oven but they did it anyway. Finally, if your company is so well run why hasn't the bill been sent to the home address provided? The address was provided twice. I requested a couple different services the first one was hardwood cleaning the floors they hold a high quality to the workers who performed at because the wood is so sensitive and can be easily scratched and damaged and I must admit the quality of the work formed by the crew that they send is by far a good value for the price at the charge they're all around company that has plenty of professionals that will come out and do the job to 100% of your liking guaranteed you will know from the first time you speak to him that your projects at your house will be in good hands at all times with that I gave him five stars and I think I'll have my floors done read more

My Roochii cleaners did a fantastic job today! Excellent quality cleaning attention to detail, and followed my instructions exactly. The company was also very responsive to my requests and changes via Yelp. ONLINE PORTAL & SCHEDULING This was also the easiest cleaning company to receive quotes and schedule visits, as it's all online! You fill out an online form to request a quote then they add the quote to their online portal for you to either request changes or approve. I did request one service be removed from my first quote but they got a new one to me right away then i was able to approve and confirm my appointment. All of this happened within 3-4 business days from the time I first contacted them to when i had cleaners at my house. SUGGESTION One possible improvement would be to show all previous quotes/requests in their online portal versus only the most recent; not sure if they have control over that though, considering they're using a third party service for their portal. PRICING & SERVICE The level of their work was about on par with the last 'deep clean' service i scheduled with another company, but about half the price. I'm planning to set up monthly service with them to bring down my stress level at a time when work is consuming my life - how pleasant to come home to a perfectly clean home! Their quote process is also pretty painless which is a huge win for busy working professionals. SUGGESTION Something I'd appreciate down the road is more details / fields on their online quote form, which is a bit over simplified. It didn't really break down what exactly was included in a normal clean vs deep clean. They didn't have a lot of options for add-ons other than upholstery and window cleaning. However I messaged them to ensure the inside of my oven would be covered then they added it to my order and it looks fantastic. Another thing to add would be any special instructions or notes (ex: if pets will be there, rooms/areas to exclude, etc). I'd also appreciate a section to provide instructions for accessing the house if you'll be gone when they arrive. Again, i just messaged these via Yelp and they followed my instructions to the T, it would just be nice to provide all those things in one place. I (and my dog) stayed out of the house the day of the appointment so I hid a key and they were careful to lock my doors and replace the key before they left SUMMARY These are really just suggestions for improvement though, I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and cleaning provided my very first time around. In addition their totally online system for quotes and scheduling is about the most convenient I've seen from a local company. Roochii provides high quality cleaning at very competitive rates and I will definitely be scheduling more in the future read more

Carla and team did a great job! Friendly and efficient. They even acknowledged breaking a blind. When I reached out to be reimbursed, they advised they don't do reimbursements. After a few calls, they agreed to reimburse me. After finding another broken blind and reaching out- I have yet to hear back. Also, the original quote was $250 for 2 cleaners and 3 hours +/-. They sent 3 cleaners and it still took 3 hours and $397. Careful to hold them to original quote. Seems like a bit of a scam. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I reached out on Yelp to several cleaning services, and this one was fairly responsive and had decent reviews and prices, so I booked. First the cleaners were over an hour late. Why? They apparently went to some other address and the random person they talked to said they didn't need a cleaning. They didn't call, just sent several emails I didn't see until after they suddenly appeared at my home. Second, they spilled a bucket of water on my brand new carpet and barely cleaned it up. Like I understand accidents happen and they alerted me when it happened, but I assumed you know, they would clean it up. No, I instead had to spend time after they left soaking up as much as I could with towels and a shop vac. I later sent them an email asking how they would compensate me for the issue, and instead have been alternating between being hostile and ghosting me. They keep saying it wasn't that much water and that I'm trying to con them! They are refusing even a partial refund. Ridiculous! Third, I had booked a deep cleaning. I'm not sure what their definition of deep cleaning is, but as I was moving furniture around that night it was clear they didn't bother cleaning under the couch or side tables and I also discovered they left several of my windows unlocked or in some cases even partially open! Glad I noticed before the rain started! It takes a lot to make me write a review, but this has been so horrific I needed to warn others. read more

We contacted Roochii to perform a deep clean of our home prior to listing for sale. Upfront communications were good, but service fell apart from there. First, the "deep clean" lasted only two hours and did not go beyond the standard bi-weekly clean we normally get from another service. To make matters worse, the counter still had dust/dirt, one of the toilets still had a ring in it, they didn't clean light fixtures or fans, etc. While they did give me an opportunity to review their work, I was busy at the time (and with cleaning, it's usually what you see long after the fact). Anyway, I contacted Roochii to inform them of the problem the day after the cleaning, and I have not received any follow-up. read more

On Thursday, June 15, 2023 I hired Roochil Cleaning to do a Move-in cleaning of a house i recently purchased and had been renovating for about 40 days. On the 15th, the two cleaners (Angie and Sadie) arrived almost exactly at the start of their two-hour window. They started as soon as they arrived and did not stop for the better part of six hours. When they had finished, the house sparkled. I did a complete walk through and found no place that required re cleaning. They did this remarkable professional job with a smile, laughter, and good will. Their performance was such that I have requested them for the move-out cleaning of the house I am moving from, and am considering them for an on-going biweekly cleaning of the first house.
