I reached out Roof.Net on a recent Sunday morning with a concern about our dryer vent duct, which runs from the upstairs floor laundry room, through the attic, and out through my roof. I had noticed an alarming stain on my ceiling around the vent pipe -- a clear sign that something was wrong. To my surprise, Ken, the owner, responded almost immediately after reviewing the photos I sent. NOT JUST THE ROOF I WANTED, A ROOF BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE DREAMED POSSIBLE! We were just finishing a 4 month home renovation on our new (old) house when a tree limb was dropped on the roof. I was hoping to wait a year or so to replace the roof but I knew it was time. I'm incredibly happy with not only the excellent work Roof.net accomplished but the integrity of Ken and his crew. They really set themselves apart from the competition in the following ways: TIMING: Ken showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time and was able to give me a quote right on the spot in the form of a range. The price to replace just what he could see (the shingles) and what he could not see until the shingles were removed (roof decking). The contract was sent the same day that I agreed to work with him and we agreed on an install date later that week. Materials showed up the day before and his entire crew was waiting outside my house ready to work 15 minutes early. They knocked on my door right on time and got to work finishing the same day. PRICE - The price was very decent and in-line with my research. My house was built in the 50s and there was no record of the roof being replaced (ever). Once the shingles came off it was apparent that it probably was the original roof. The decking was warped and in really bad shape. Despite needing to replace the entire roof, Ken stuck to his price despite my offer to pay more. I was expecting a crew of 3 or 4 but 7 showed up. I had Ken look at my roof after my insurance company informed me they will not renew the policy as a result of what the insurance company thought were missing roof shingles (drone or satellite photos). We have a finished attic and my wife spotted what looked to be a leak from our roof. Our home is about 22 years old and I assumed it was time to replace the entire roof. Reached out via Yelp and Ken responded right away with his personal cell. Ken came out within days and gave us a quote on the spot using satellite imagining to get an accurate estimate of the sq. footage of our townhome. His team was able to install the roof in one day in about 4-5 hours. They were able to remove our satellite dish from the previous owners which was generous and even replaced a window screen from a shingle falling down free of repair! Ken texted me to check in on me to ensure progress was coming along smoothy and came out after to fully inspect the quality was up to his standard. Overall, the pricing was phenomenal, not at the expense of quality which was exactly what we were looking for as new homeowners.
