Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Nothing worse then getting a new roof and then having to paint the house. Darius made sure we got one that matched the house. They bought out a dumpster on the day they said they would and the work was done in one day and they arrived and completed on the day they said they would. As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it.
