I had many layers of roofing stripped by Ray's team. They placed a new roof for me (and gutters and skylight). There was TONS of debris in my backyard and it's crazy how well these guys cleaned up afterwards. Ray was great with communication and giving updates...even allowing me to go up to the roof to inspect and explain things. For sure I could have found someone more affordable. But cheaper is not always better. It's your home...get the job done right! I am crazy happy to have used Ray. His crew was awesome. We chose to go with AJT over the other 2 quotes we recieved because Mike was the only one who actually went on our roof to evaluate which I felt was important. No hidden surprises that may have come from the other quotes. Roof was done in 1 day and gutters the day after. Both crews left our property spotless of any debris or nails. My roof had been leaking for a very long time, and I mean very long time - years. Other roofers…read morecame but I was not sure about them. Not a single one saw anything wrong with the roof. At last I called Verrazano Roofing and Mr. Larry came to give me an estimate. He saw what was wrong. It was during winter of 2020 but it was mild and he told me it could be done. He came with a large crew of employees who were respectful and did the work in a very neat way. Even the hatch was fixed without my asking. They brought two pieces of wood, raised the hatch, put roof material around it and even installed the two locks I had there before. Not that the hatch is more important than the roof but it is important too. They also sealed around the two new skylights which he did not install because I did not know Mr. Larry and his crew were so good at what they do, or I would have bought them from him. The roof was guaranteed for ten years against natural leaks. I think and hope the roof will outlive me. I wish I had money to call Mr. Larry again for other work unrelated to the new, beautiful, kosher roof. Highly recommended.
