I've been here enough times to give them an upgrade. Easily the best chick spot in Toledo. I've tried about every type of chicken in the menu and they are always full of flavor, juicy and hot.

The food we ordered was very good. The traditional wings were meaty. They have a decent craft beer selection. The service was outstanding and the bartender was very friendly. I will definitely return soon to satisfy my wing cravings.

Ugh. I been waiting to review this spot since its fairly new. I love Roosters. Just not this location. Lack of staff training at its worst. Staff can't tell you what wine or beer they have and can't tell you where to find them. FYI. There's a QR code thingy by the condiments on the tables. Silverware was dirty. Twice. They brought dirty silverware. Waited a long time for drinks and food. The wings look delicious but lacked flavor. I always get buffalo chicken pizza no onions. They put extra onions in it for me. I just picked them out. My guy liked the potato wedges but said he won't return. I like the music they play. Kinda 90s pop I can sing to. Beer selection is average. I think I ll just order to go from the bar next time and take it home

I'm pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much due to what I've been told about Roosters only being a place for wings. This must be a somewhat newer location as the interior just had the appearance of a renovation. A ton of TVs to choose from all around the establishment showing a wide variety of things to watch. Our server, Erin, was very friendly and quite helpful with menu selections as well as options of how to combine items to get the best bang for the buck. The food was decent. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad w an additional half order of grilled chicken fingers, fish sandwich (cod) was massive and served on an extra large hoagie style bun, and dumpster tots (topped with melted cheese, bacon, jalapeño, diced tomato, and Rooster sauce. Not a bad place to get a quick bite to eat when out and about in the area.

A feud in the Frick family lead to the creation of Rooster's. That was a good thing. So, much like Fricker's, Roosters is a sports bar. Not into sports bars? Don't come here. You won't like it. There are TVs all over the place and they're all showing...SPORTS. The food is pretty typical for a sports bar that specializes in wings. I'd say, at least for the things I've tried so far, that the fare is somewhat superior to that which you'll find at Fricker's. I haven't tried the burger yet... Roosters!! You should be ashamed of your pathetic beer selection!! Your brother's place has your ass kicked up one side and down the other. Of course, Roosters does have my beloved Coors light...the worlds greatest waterbeer! 4 stars!

Just your average casual eatery. Good wings though. Service was a little slow but they were busy cause a lot of football games were on.

I about lost my meal at that point. The server said I will take that off if you want ... I told here please that's crazy for a burger especially when one is free and 2 waters and my bill is still 30.00. She sent manager back which explained it was legit charge and she wouldn't do anything about it. I explained 2 burgers and 2 waters and one was free for my birthday and you are charging my 30.00 and that's alright??? I paid but would never ever go to this restaurant. Again or there others they have. I was really shocked and blown away. What has happened to this world??? Never ever again. When drinks came we immediately ordered our sandwich's. When order came of two Italian subs which were enjoyed. The Philly steak sandwich was sent back because of to much salt. I had to wait for a cheeseburger with bacon and onion. When my order came I was served a burger on a cold non grilled bun. Instead of a slice of onion I got two onion rings, not a slice two rings. One of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. The only good thing was our waitress was doing her best under the circumstances. She was polite and professional.

Found a parking spot not too far from the entry as the wind chill was in the single digits. MyWay was crowded, but we were seated right away. Needless to say, the noise volume was elevated. There was a large group of people on our side of the restaurant that seemed to know one another. They were rather boisterous and seemed to have consumed a fair amount of alcohol. Even witnessed a middle aged woman who could hardly walk out on her own. Prior to her bumper-pool walking style on the way out, as she was seated, she hoisted up her leg and placed her heel on the man's shoulder she was with. Mercy! Alcohol can cause strange events to happen. We both ordered the Blackened Salmon Quinoa Salad with the Walnut Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. Salad cost $18. To me, the salmon portion was a bit smaller than anticipated, but had a good blacked spiced mix and done very nicely.

The house made chips that it comes with were great (we added a little salt, but ymmv). Man n cheese - corkscrew pasta with a wonderfully creamy real cheese sauce. This was a surprising delight, given that I find most Mac n cheese very boring...I would order this again in a heartbeat. It's probably really nice w the lobster addition! Brussel sprouts - nicely cooked, great flavor, with some dried cherries that I enjoyed! Again, i'd order these anytime. French onion soup - it seemed like it had some lemon, or something slightly stringent that I can't place. It gave it a lot of flavor. The cheese was a slice baked on it, but it was decent cheese. It was satisfying, onion, and tasty. This is a cozy place with tables to accommodate larger groups, good music that isn't too loud, clean bathrooms and friendly wait staff. Everyone was right to recommend this place to us. I'm looking forward to trying many of their other menu items!

For reference, this is a mainly carryout no frills restaurant. There were, however, a number of people waiting on takeout tonight. The cashier specialist who also assisted with food orders was very nice and responsive. She apologized that prices had risen more than reflected on the online menu.., No surprise! I picked up our carryout order tonight in torrential rains, but that didn't influence my review as I had already been soaked in the crazy weather we've had in the Toledo, Ohio/Bedford MI area in the last couple of days. Upon unpacking everything, we vhad a large hummus, a large gyro sub, and a large chicken shawarma entree with rice and tszaziki sauce on the side. The hummus with extra pita bread was good. Without the pita bread, it was too salty for my taste on its own. I'm super sensitive to salt, so keep that in mind, as you may love it! The gyro sub sandwich was a hit! My mom is thrilled to have delicious leftovers. My chicken shawarma entree' was overall good, though a bit salty for my taste. I realize that I'm more sensitive to salt than most, so I would say this was overall good and much better with the pita bread. Check out pictures below... The prices/value are relatively good at this spot. Somehow, for me, it's not crave-worthy, though others in my family feel that it it! I will say that the prices are relatively a good value in our current economy. Definitely check out Wild Wings and Things for carryout!
