We've been in our house for 10 days and I didn't want the grass to grow taller and potentially get a notice from our HOA. They arrived perfectly on time. Cut the lawn and trimmed a flowering plant that was a little too close to the patio/ house. They worked quickly and efficiently. My yard looks great! Greg finished the job and was supposed to come back and finish a few parts of the job that his team didn't do correctly (loose decking, broken fence post, incorrect light fixtures). However he just vanished and stopped responding to all my texts and emails. I hope everything is ok and it is sad if they actually did go out of business, but the way greg handled this was cowardly and highly unprofessional. System Pavers are problem solvers: fixing erosion, drainage, slope, and awkward step height were all drawn into the plan, and it turned out exactly as described. Rafael managed the construction of the plan David H. drew, and it is just lovely. It had been an overgrown mess. Now I can use my yard without fear of falling and I can garden without feeling overwhelmed. You should let SP help you with your frustrating yard problems--they will find a solution and it will be beautiful. BTW, the walkway and retaining wall they built for me 2 years ago (photos below) is still as stable as the day it was built--it hasn't moved an inch.
