I went over and approached the owner, who was super friendly and told us, though they were super busy, they would try to fit us in the following day. As promised, Fred showed up the next morning, and diagnosed the issue. He and his crew came by the next day, quickly fixed both our A/C units, made sure everything was running properly and let me know both why the units weren't working and what to look for if this fix didn't last - much appreciated. And shock of all shocks, Fred called two days after the repair to make sure everything was still working properly. What repair guy ever does that? I couldn't be more impressed. Great people. I find their specialties and deep knowledge are diesel engines and chassis related systems, not the house part of RVs. Over several years, I have called Ron & Shawn 6 times for problems with dash AC, check engine light, DEF and diesel exhaust, hydraulic leaks, hydraulic leveling jack, engine overheating, and engine oil leak. TT&RV has also performed mobile fluid and filters changes on the Cummins engine and generator. My total cost has added up to over $15K for all the parts and labor. However, motorhome parts are not cheap. All the problems were fixed and all the services were performed by TT&RV to my satisfaction.

One visit to PS Subaru and they popped in the new battery, no charge, with a smile. I wanted to give PS Subaru more business so I have tried two times to get a price on a new moonroof, both at the dealer, through the phone and through email. Even the service manager would not get back to me. So 4 stars. And Subaru of America would not help to get Temecula to replace the bad battery they gave us when we got the car. So this will probably be our last Subaru.
