The star is the garlic ranch. I had no clue there was such a thing. There is a perfect amount of garlic in the ranch, that it's not spicy, or lacking. I would love to know how they infused the garlic. I ordered the regular cheesy bread, it was good. It's just tons of cheese on bread. But dipped in the garlic ranch, it makes it a phenomenal cheesy bread. Creamy, garlicky heaven. I drench my bread in it. I have ordered the garlic cheesy bread, and it just tasted like regular cheesy bread. I've also ordered before the medium sized pizza with sausage and pineapple, I love pineapple on my pizza. I appreciate the small bits of sausage, it's like they used a ground sausage as oppose to slices of sausage. Reminds me of the cheap frozen pizzas I grew up eating on special occasions as a child, since we rarely ate pizza. Nostalgic. Only, Rosa's is better. Rosa's also has a bowling alley, which is cool. The Buffalo wings at this establishment are not correctly advertised when you eat them your mouth will be on fire. Your nose will be running and you'll be coughing. They're so spicy no matter how much ranch you use and they are served very hot which I guess is good, but they're also hot and in the spiciness level so just be aware. read more

Located in the Cheney Lanes bowling alley, this a typical pizza place. I've got to admit, the cheese bread really is quite good. We always order the Pepper Jack. Pizza is good, but not memorable. Their best is the taco. Top of the list on their menu are what they call "Chuckwagon Sandwiches." They are hand-made and freshly baked pita breads filled with typical sandwich items. Rosas pizza is consistently great pizza. Their calzones are dam good too, and I rarely like calzones, they're usually underdone, or oversauced. My one wish, is they would deliver to my house! I cant really say that their pizza was memorable, it was good but didnt stand out. I will say that they have the best cheesey bread that I've ever let in my mouth... GOD it is good. I have only ordered one pizza (the Rosa's Combo) from Rosa's. I appreciated the homemade quality. But I was disappointed with the flavors/blandness. Rosa's pizza would benefit from a pizza sauce that was richer and contained more Italian flavors and spices; and additional salt in the crust, and for olive oil to be used, which would give the pizza a more authentic Italian flavor. Unfortunately I wish I could give a good review because they do have good cheesebread, but the customer service has been awful. Tonight I called four separate times to make sure they had our order straight because they told us they are completely slammed, just for them to call us back 40 minutes later saying that they never had our order in and that it will be another 45/50 minute wait. While not the best in pizza, Rosa's delivers (pardon the pun) in the service department. Some of the most entertaining people work at Rosa's and they are quick with your order. The food itself is so-so: the pizza is good, but only if you share with friends since it doesn't make the best leftovers. A huge fan favorite is the cheesy bread with their ranch dip. Pizza and bowling in Cheney. Pizza is nothing to rave about, prices are good. The famous chuckwagon sandwiches are worth trying. Inside dining area is really dated and feels like it needs major updating. No booze available. Bowling alley is fun while enjoying pizza but once again it needs updating , machines are falling apart and balls get stuck often/pins are not reset right. Fun with a family, but If your over 21 and want to hang out with friends I'd look elsewhere. read more
