Before it had huge pieces of dough, of course; why would they call it double dough. When I opened the box, I could definitely tell they're cutting down on portions. Double dough look more like pan. Instead of a hand-tossed pizza, we were given a deep dish smothered in sauce, with sausage buried beneath layers of sauce and cheese--completely unrecognizable from what we ordered. But the worst part wasn't the botched order. It was what happened next. As I served slices to my daughter, my son, and my wife--trusting that the food I brought home was what I had paid for--we realized mid-meal that something was terribly wrong. When I called the store, the employee, Ramero, told me to bring the pizza back. The same pizza my family had already started eating. I was stunned. I asked him if it was really policy to demand the return of a half-eaten pizza. He casually told me to ask the owner--Imran Kanchwala himself. So I did. I reached out, trying to get some kind of accountability, some acknowledgment. I received silence in return. This wasn't just a mistake--it was a total breakdown in basic respect and responsibility. My family was served food that didn't match what we ordered, was then treated like we were the problem for reporting it, and ultimately ignored by the very person responsible for running the business. I've ordered a deep dish cheese pizza with garlic from this location and both times it was less than satisfactory. The first, burnt crust, uncut pieces of garlic, weird tasting sauce. And on the second time today, I ordered on Thanksgiving as a last resort, the same thing, and the sauce was sour, the garlic sweet, the dough lumpy, and the bottom burnt. Terrible customer service. I was very specific about which wings I wanted because they ALWAYS mess it up. They gave me the wrong buffalo wings and when we called back for a refund they refused to give back the full amount. They tried to give me a $5 credit on $18 chicken wings. They also tried to make me drive back to their restaurant to give them the wings back?? Never had a restaurant fight with me over a refund. Food poisoning. Beware Got food poisoning Thursday October 27th from a pepperoni, jalapeno, garlic pizza. Called Friday and was asked to leave my name and number for Juan who is a manager. Juan never called me back. I Called in Sunday juan answered. I told him I do not want anything, I just want to inform him that I got food poisoning so it does not happen to someone else. He claimed it was impossible as the pepperoni was pre cooked. I was hoping the manager could look back on what happened to Cause the food poisoning wether it be cross contamination, bad ingredients, or some fluke. When we got the pizza it was horribly greasy, yes I know pizza does come with some grease but this was ridiculous. Customer service was just down right horrible and really does not live up to the Rosati's brand. I've just had the worst dining experience ever. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and 8 cans of pop thru Grub-Hub. Order was late so I called the store and some rude kid answered. "What are you calling about? Do you have your order, but it's wrong or haven't you got it yet?" This was before I even talked. No hello or nothing. I said I was checking on status and all he said was they were slammed and everything is late. I finally got my order and the driver demanded $4 for delivery. I paid by credit card so I refused. So, pizzas were cold, poorly cut and one side all bent. Never got the wings and only 6 out of 8 cans of pop. Called and asked for manager. Waited for one of the most uninterested people ever. Hope he's not the owner. No customer experience ever. Offered to bring over the wings and extra pop. I said too late. He waited for me to make the decision I guess. He offered credit for the items and I said what about the lousy pizzas? Oh I can send you new pizzas and the wings and pop. Again I said too late.
