Been ordering from here for years. Not sure what happened but now it seems like they do not deliver! First call they laughed when we asked about delivery and said it could arrive the next day because both their drivers were lost. Called second time they said they had no drivers. Third time they told us it was too cold. Seriously! Waste of time trying to order and even the flavors went down hill. I've just had the worst dining experience ever. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and 8 cans of pop thru Grub-Hub. Order was late so I called the store and some rude kid answered. "What are you calling about? Do you have your order, but it's wrong or haven't you got it yet?" This was before I even talked. No hello or nothing. I said I was checking on status and all he said was they were slammed and everything is late. I finally got my order and the driver demanded $4 for delivery. I paid by credit card so I refused. So, pizzas were cold, poorly cut and one side all bent. Never got the wings and only 6 out of 8 cans of pop. Called and asked for manager. Waited for one of the most uninterested people ever. Hope he's not the owner. No customer experience ever. Offered to bring over the wings and extra pop. I said too late. He waited for me to make the decision I guess. He offered credit for the items and I said what about the lousy pizzas? Oh I can send you new pizzas and the wings and pop. Again I said too late. So he offered credit for the wings and pop and my inconvenience. I usually don't ask for credit just want people know when their service is unacceptable. This is one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered in my 36 yrs on this planet. I was given a delivery time of 1hr 15min. It took 1hr 35min and I had a wife and kid waiting to eat dinner. We were staying at a hotel 5 min away. I called when it was 5 min late to get a status and the owner, the actual owner, said I don't know where your order is I cannot get a hold of the driver but should be there soon. He was extremely rude and did not even care that the order was MIA. He says call me when the driver gets there and I will give you a discount or just send it back. 15 min later the driver arrives and instantly apologizes. I called and the owner answers and says I will give you $5 off. I laughed and said are you kidding me??? It was a $30 order. He says ok let me talk to the driver. I hand him the phone and he says give him $5, out of his pocket, and hangs up. WOW I have never encountered an owner like this before lol. I called back and said this is the kind of business you run and he says yes if you don't like it send it back. I said your driver is offering to pay me more out of his pocket. If I could give this place no stars I would. My boyfriend and I decided to order their BBQ beef sandwich which came on an Italian beef bun completely dredged in BBQ to the point where you had to eat it with a fork so the bun wouldn't fall apart. I am very dissatisfied with my order. It took 3 times of me repeating my order and almost 10 minutes on the phone. I only asked for mozzarella cheese on my Italian beef sandwich and gardinear on the side. I waited nearly an hour at 1 in the afternoon. When I opened up my food there was American cheese on my beef and only jalapenos on the side. When I called to complain they told,me that's what I asked for. It most definitely was not. This service is terrible! Sam the manager is a jerk. The young girl answered the phone (and although I asked a few questions first) still managed to enter my order WRONG. I called to tell them about the order and she apologized and admitted fault and put me on hold. We are visiting from Colorado and staying at a nearby hotel. This afternoon we ordered a pizza, a soda, and some wings which were delivered fairly promptly. The deep dish was incredible and incredibly large.. I couldn't even get through 1 piece :) but our wings were boneless which is not what we ordered...as pleased as we were with the pizza and knowing they were coming up on a dinner rush we decided not to even bother them about it. Like 3 hours later, I had ran downstairs to grab some candy and while down there I saw a pizza being delivered to another room.. I went back to my room and a few moments later there was knock at the door..a little confused I opened the door to see the pizza delivery driver from downstairs. So this was our favorite Rosatis in the area until tonight. I was told that my order would be delivered in 1 hour and they were 15 mins late. Not a big deal but when I opened the pizza, immediately I could tell it was cold. First few bites I tried to make the best of it but it definitely was not fresh as I'm used to. I fed my family due to having small kids and it was late in the evening and past their bedtime (again pizza was late). I called Rosatis to see if they could reprimand the issue and the response I got was, why didn't you call 20 minutes ago when you received the pizza. I explained that I had HUNGRY KIDS and they were ready to eat! He didn't care even a little bit. He made it seem like I just wanted a free pizza out of them but if that was the case I would have called 2 months ago when they forgot my 2 liter. Long story short, he offered me $4 off and was very rude about it like I made my pizza cold on my own. First of all it is "delivery", not " I will sit in my car and call you and you come out to get your pizza"!! My husband travels for work so I drove to Aurora to join him for a couple days and we wanted a pizza delivery so we could just stay in and relax one night. The front desk told us this was the best and I have to say the all meat pizza was wonderful!! Plenty of meat and not overwhelmed with sauce and cheese. I would definitely go back for the pizza. The menu the front desk gave us had a coupon for 10 free wings with a 16 inch or bigger pizza so we got them too. Will pass on those next time. They were frozen prebattered chicken nuggets. We wanted to try their garlic Parmesan sauce and were told we could get it on the free wings. We offered to pay but still couldn't have it. So we settled for plain bbq. This place used to be great! Then my "bro" quit after years of service & then it was a good pizza place. Now this place is ohhh so bad. Took 1.5 hours to get here. Pizza was cold & crust was tough to say the least. Also ordered a Cod dinner. I'm pretty sure it was Perch & it was GREASY as hell! It took 11 paper towels to drain the grease from 3 small pieces. It was crazy...the coleslaw and ketchup packets were warmer then the "hot" food was. I didn't even call to complain....we are just sticking to our favorite now, which is Macianos. Terrible customer service! I placed an order for delivery, and due to having things around the house to do, didn't sit down to eat until about an hour after the food arrived. Nonetheless, my order was wrong. I called to inform, and was told I could get either a $3 refund, or a new order. Requested a new order, was told it'd arrive in 20 minutes. An hour passes, I call to inform that at this point I cannot stay up any longer waiting on the food and requested a refund (it's now 1:00am!) The manager Juan was extremely rude, said to get a refund I had to drive and drop off the food! In the meantime the driver arrives, confirms the order was wrong, but Juan continued to insist that to get my money back I had to drop off the food. He finally decided to give me my money back and comes up with a number he finds sufficient. Then proceeds to hang up on me! Not only is this unethical, but it's not legal. You cannot decide how much you want to refund a customer for a purchase based on how you feel. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the owners. read more

I rarely ever write reviews but I feel I must spread the word. I've been going to THIS Rosati's for a long long time, about 20 years. They and other Rosatis have a box coupon program that if you collect 12 of them, you receive 50% off a pizza of your choice. The coupon reads, "50% OFF One Rosati's Pizza of Your Choice When You Save 12 Coupons. Not valid with other offers. Pick up only. Must mention when ordering." Which I think is a simple and awesome rewards program that other businesses should adopt. Let me go on record to say that I give the food 4 out of 5 stars but I am not pleased with their service or policies. Like I said, I've been going to THIS Rosati's for about 20 years. I've accumulated quite a few of these coupons over the years and I don't use them unless money is tight. They don't have an expiration date on them so I was never in a rush to use them. I went to use some of my older coupons and when I gave the coupons to the woman working the register, she states that the coupons are not from this store. It took me by surprise because I know I got them from this store. I tried to explain that the coupons were definitely from this store and that they might be old but she did not agree with me. I proceeded to ask her to review my order history to show her just how long I have been going there but she would not. She tried to offer me 3 dollars off my 43 dollar order but I passed and said its ok, I know not to collect these coupons anymore since they are not accepted. My thoughts are that it is very likely the woman had not been there long enough to know what the older coupons look like and they probably have had different boxes over the years. Actually I know they have had different boxes. I can remember at least 4 different style box coupons. They probably have had a new owner, maybe different computer systems and different managers. I'm looking for reasons why they were quick to reject my coupons and explanation. I'm also aware that majority of Rosati's are franchises and they operate with different coupons and policies. Understandably I would try to protect my business by not accepting coupons from other Rosati's if that was my policy but there is no mention of that anywhere. This really upsets me because I have used these coupons my whole life at THIS Rosati's without anyone ever giving me grief. Don't put out coupons that you won't honor or maybe make things clearer about your coupons so your customers don't feel lied to. I guess I'll conclude my review with saying I do not think this review is harsh because honoring coupons and giving discounts is part of keeping customers happy and this did not make me happy. read more

When we called they were rude and argued that a monster is what we ment when we ordered a special. Please do NOT tell us what we ment! Gave me 20 dressing packets for 70 people worth of salad. Called to complain and the owner told me I should have called that day so he could remake it. I have been ordering pizza and ribtips from this particular Rosati's for quite a while. Tonight was the first time I spoke with this particular person who took my order. My daughter originally spoke with him and I was standing right next to her. He was extremely rude and tried to rush her off the phone and he was very difficult to understand. I finally took the phone from her because she was getting so frustrated. I wanted to make sure he got our order correct and he hung up on me. When the order came, guess what the rib tips I ordered were missing. I called them again to let them know and asked who took my order. The person said it was the owner. I told the caller how unhappy I was with the owner and how rude he was to both me and my daughter. The caller apologized and said other people have complained about him also. I had the worst experience at this place. Customer service is the poorest. How do they expect to stay in business with the way they treat their customers? I received our pizza order $38 and immediately I noticed pizza was cold as well as the mozzarella cheese sticks, which became rubbery. To top it off, the entire top of the pizza (cheese and toppings) was stuck to the top of the box. When I called there and spoke with their manager Sam, he was rude and obnoxious, and said he would not credit me for anything, and his only resolution was that he would have the driver come back to pick up my pizza. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to allow me to have his number. He was not willing to consider discounted the cold stuck to the box pizza and I would have at least expected that he be a decent person and attempt to keep a customer happy. WORST Rosatis franchise ever!!!! This location gives Rosatis Pizza a bad name!! Ive ate rosatis all my life, so I know how it should taste. I stopped going to this location over ten years ago or so when the owners changed. Even though I know of NUMEROUS people including friends and family that stopped going to this location because of how bad it got, I ran into some coupons and decided to give them a chance again and try them out once more. I should of known better and continued to order pizza from somewhere else. I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. First..The manager Sam ( think he is franchise owner as well) tried to over charge me a dollar and didn't think I would notice, its just a dollar but its the principle that counts. After I pointed it out he got defensive and rude. I diidnt feel like dealing with it so i just payed and left. When I got home I realized that the pizza was the worst pizza ever and was not even close to what a Rosatis pizza should look or TASTE!! First, They didn't put enough sauce and the lil bit that was on there was horrible, he definitely is not following the Rosatis recipe. Second, the crust was not cooked properly. The pizza was overall bad!! My family and I didn't even finish it and threw away about 80% of it. When I called Sam to let him know... he's response was.." well you took it out of here so theres nothing I can do, don't call again" and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I wasn't rude or loud, so I don't understand why he would go to that extreme. It baffles me how this guy is still in business!!
