The pizza was very good unfortunately could not taste the pepperoni over all the cheese and sauce. There was plenty of pepperoni however probably not the best topping to order with the deep dish pizza. Service was good and liked the Smithwicks Red Ale I ordered with it. More times than not, our order has been wrong: missing a side, wrong entree, missing or wrong sauce, you name it - it's been missed. Todd, the manager, scoffed when I told him how many times our order has been wrong over the years. I don't recommend this location, the management, the to-go staff. Ordered a deep dish pizza and something was off. Deep dish usually uses low-moisture, whole-milk mozzarella. However, it looked like they used part-skim or pre-shredded cheese, which melts unevenly because of anti-caking agents. This is the wrong type of cheese for pizza. Could also be Low-quality or processed cheese. Cheaper blends (often with fillers or stabilizers) don't melt smoothly. Deep dish was 85% dough at best, very disappointed. Having lived in Chicago, I have had deep dish pizza a lot, I have come to expect the a healthy amount of sauce and ingredients. We always start out with the fried pickles and I swear to you, we LOVE fried pickles, try them everyplace we go, and NO ONE beats Rosati's fried pickles! The ranch dressing is amazing - I'm from Michigan, land of the ranch eaters, and I'm telling you this one reminds me of home! Stopped by here looking for food while driving around one day. Rosatis is located in a smaller shopping center across from the Collections. We didn't realize they had chicago deep dish until we were parked and ready to go inside. Atmosphere is pretty cool with booths and tvs inside each one. There are tvs and large screens set up all over the walls. I think it would be pretty fun to watch a game here. We got a medium cheese deep dish. It came out to be about 8 slices I believe. My parents came here previously with a golf group outing and wanted to come back. I lived in Chicago for 20 years, and was very excited to hear there was a Rosati's near where I lived! Sadie was our server tonight, patient, friendly, and helpful where and whenever we needed anything. We started with the antipasti salad that came with the house sweet Italian dressing. Between the three of us, we shared this and enjoyed all the options, peppers, onions, mozzarella, Asiago, tomatoes, olives, pepperoni and ham. It's a meal all in itself, but shared 3 ways was a nice way to jump into dinner. The dressing is so tasty. We went with the special and ordered two pizzas- the Windy City (sausage, garlic, onions, and hot Giardiniera) and the Classic Combo (pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, olives and mushrooms). This was too much pizza for the 3 of us, but we enjoyed as much as we could before getting Sadie to box up the rest of the pies for us. I miss Chicago and now that I know they have Chicago style hot dogs I am so excited to come back and get my fix. Hidden gem, across from the Collection and so there's some other options within the area but this was a fine stop for us tonight as a group. We came with a party of 5 one night and the restaurant staff were super accommodating. I had no idea that they had a live band that plays here but the music and overall atmosphere was great. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and mine came out with a bit too much barbecue sauce but other than that, it was still very good. Our waiter was super sweet and made sure we got everything we needed. From the moment we sat down, I started regretting coming here. The table smelled like a dirty rag. The food came out and everyone's order was wrong. We just settled for it because of how long it took. I asked for no peppers in my sandwich and I got peppers, lots of them. Everyone else in the group had similar issues. In addition the food just wasn't good. We had to practically use a bull horn to get our servers attention for water refills. I don't know what they put in it but it's sooooo good. I'm allergic to dairy and this is so worth the Benadryl. They also have my favorite cannolis. We go there once a month , do to the pizza takes 30 minutes to make they are accommodating with pre-ordering and allowing us to eat there. After that part is where it takes a turn , the service is horrible, and we always order something like a salad and wings once we arrive so it not like a pre order only, then we get dessert and we always get Zeppoli , it would be nice if they actually gave us powdered sugar like we ask for. It's also no secret that they are also very proud of the famous Chicago style pizza Like a prisoner ordering their last meal, the last thing I had when moving from Chicago to Atlanta was a deep dish pizza. My final chance, so I thought, to appreciate this most awesome of foods. It would be a decade later before Rosati's opened for business, and in Cumming of all places. Rosati's was my favorite there, and it is here as well. Is it exactly like Rosati's Chicago? No, not exactly, but it is the best Chicago style I have found in Georgia. Service here is also not like Chicago, but in this case that's good. Employees here are great, not always on top of their game but well intentioned and friendly. Do yourself a favor and just order deep dish, skip the rest. It's massive, it's cheesy, it's so good. Deep dish pizzas will take longer, so expect at least 40 minutes for it to come out to the table. Well worth the wait, and a great chance to try a few draft beers from the great selection they have here. The place has both a good family atmosphere as well as an up beat environment for gathering a few friends together. Probably not the place for a romantic date night, but then again, there's nothing sexier than having a deep dish pizza sitting between you as you stare into each other's eyes. read more

For a girls' night in, we ordered the Classic Combo! I like that the crust is thin. You know how some places have thin crust and it resembles more cracker than crust? This is NOT that. They are very generous with toppings - lots of pepperoni, mushroom, onions, sausage and peppers in each bite. The pies are square-cut also. What a dump this place has turned out to be! We walked in around 8:45pm to find the dining area about 1/4 full and trash all over the floor! The "host" was just sitting there on his phone instead of cleaning the floors. Is there no more work ethic is these kids???? As soon as I saw how dirty the floor was I knew I wasn't about to order any food so we walked over the bar area to scope that out.
