I'm originally from Chicago and been living in the ATL area for the past 3 years. Been craving Chicago thin crust pizza for awhile and was so excited to hear about Rosati's in the area. My husband and I had Rosati's before in Chicago so was super excited to try and finally find a great Chicago Style Pizza. We picked up a thin crust pizza and when we got home, found that there was no crust at the bottom. It had gotten so soggy that there was no crust. We had to eat the pizza with a fork. Very disappointing. This is not how I remember Rosati's pizza. Rosati's was not my favorite in Chicago since there are so many other pizza places but I do not remember Rosati's having a soggy thin crust pizza. I really really wanted to like it since I'm craving Chicago Style pizza but just could not. Maybe if I have the chance next time, I can try their Deep dish and see its the Chicago style pizza but the thin crust was very disappointing. But when I did go to pick up the pizza, I was very impressed with the decor. LOVED that they had all of the Chicago teams represented and TVs in each booth was a nice touch. Being new to the area, I wanted to try the deep dish pizza they have here but it was too late to order it as they were closing soon and it takes a bit longer to cook. So we went with a traditional thin crust. The pizza was pretty good! Not amazing but good! The bad thing was the price! We got a 3 item large pizza and it was $26.20. I'm from Ohio and a 3 item pizza there will run you roughly $17 so I was a bit shocked when the lady gave me my total. Don't think I will order this again. read more

We had the Chicago Style Deep Dish. A little pricey,but worth it. Lots of craft brews if you're dining in. This place is small so go early or wait. The table booths have small TV's on them,so you can watch a variety of sports while enjoying your food & brew. read more

Had lunch with my husband and daughter on 7/7. Both my husband and I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and a salad. I ordered a kids cheese pizza for my daughter. Salads came out first. Okay. Our slices came out next. I asked about my daughters pizza. Our server said the kitchen didn't see it so she would give me a slice of cheese pizza instead. I said okay. 10 mins later my husband looked for our server to ask about the slice of cheese pizza. She then told us they ran out of cheese pizza and would have to make another one. So my daughter had no food. I was LIVID! Poor customer service! I gave my daughter my pizza and didn't eat. I wasn't about to pay for this meal. I asked for the manager. They never came. However the server came back and said she wasn't going to charge us. Good thing! The service was so bad that I don't think I'll go back. read more

Great service, great prices, food was: "Meh Ive had better" I gave 3 stars because 2 wasn't fair from a person that doesn't like Italian food in restaurants to start. Sauce was out of the can marinara with no attempt to Garlic or Onion it up once the can was opened. Crusts were thick Chicago style. The Calzones I have had in the past were always with Mozzarella and Ricotta, they only have mozzarella, unless there was so little I could not taste it. You might have been able to add it for 2 bucks, but I don't recall if it was on the options. The worst part of the experience were the flys. My friend and I had to leave and couldn't chat because of the flys in our booth. Wont be back. Glad I didn't bring my wife to this one. read more

I've eaten their pizza twice now. The first was a deep dish that we took home. Wonderful. Loved their sausage. The second time was a few days later for a rehearsal dinner for my niece and her fiancé. The food was once again very very good. Their bruschetta on seasoned toasts was outstanding. The pizzas were pretty much devoured. And their Zeppoles were amazing! But more than the food was their staff. Charli put together the event professionally and respectfully. She understood how stressful weddings can get and at every stage assured the bride's mother (who was putting on the dinner) that all their needs and concerns would be taken care of by the more than capable staff. For our group of 20 we had one server - Savannah - and I swear she had 8 arms and wheels on her feet. She was everywhere. I have never seen one person serve 20 people so capably in my dining history. Great job Savannah!! We reserved the back end of the enclosed patio and unfortunately the temperature outside was bitter cold. But there were heaters inside which were a huge help. Had been told the pizza was very good here so we tried it. l wasn't so happy with it as to me it was only mediocre. The dough wasn't very good and the sauce had very little flavor to it. I wanted to like this place. It won a Best of Forsyth award and we're always looking for something new. The place always is packed on Friday and Saturday so we decided to go on a Tuesday. It was surprisingly full for mid-week, but there was also live music on the patio. We waited for at least fifteen minutes after we were seated for someone to come and take our drink order and were actually thinking of leaving when someone finally came up. Once we had service, he was wonderful; however the food was not great. The pasta was mushy and I didn't like the way the grilled chicken was cut into tiny little pieces. My husband's sandwich was greasy and lacked flavor. My kids did enjoy the pizza. Overall, we weren't impressed and it will be a while, if ever, we go back again. read more

Reminded me of Home... Ate at the bar... great sausage double dough pizza. Beautiful and friendly brunette working the bar on Saturdays. Was able to watch the College games, eat great "Za" and be served by the prettiest bartender in town. Cheesy Beef ("Cheef") is good too. Really enjoy the Chicago style pizza; however, our service took awhile before being responsive. We had to approach the Hostess to see if anyone was assigned to our table. The hostess then stepped in to take our initial drink order. Soon thereafter, we did have a regular waitress and all was well after that. I would also recommend, is it really necessary for a balloon artist to entertain kids? Having such take place at a neighboring table, not only creates that screeching balloon rubbing sound, but also revved up the kids with their own screeching yells. I really like their pizza and a lot of other food on the menu, but often skip dining here because the service is so bad. In the 10-15 times we've been here, I can't say the service was ever "good" or even "average ". It seems like such an easy problem to improve on. Today was no exception- service was slow, took too long to even acknowledge us, brought out flat sodas and the pizza took FOREVER. I was born and raise in melrose park Illinois. Village outside Chicago. Best pizza you are going to find in the ATL if you are looking for Chicago pizza. Chicago hotdogs are yummy too. Had to write a review after 8+ times trying Rosati's. Every single time the pizza tastes different (crust is different, cooking time different, amount of sauce and ingredients is different). And different in a bad way. It's very frustrating when you're expecting good pizza and don't get it! I'm from Chicago so I know good pizza, and unfortunately, this is not that good. Especially for the price. It's fine if I'm paying $10.99 for a large like at your usual crappy pizza chains. Not ok to pay $20+ for average pizza. Been meaning to write this. I love the Fab 4 thin pizza. Was a little disappointed when I arrived at the time I was was told it would be ready. After 20 extra minutes I was out the door. I don't normally write reviews but thought that I would share that I came in to the ToGo counter as u walk into the restaurant and ordered 2 slices of Pepperoni Pizza. She pulled the slices out of a glass warmer where they had 3 trays of pre-cooked pizzas and then put them in the oven just to heat up. I asked for extra cheese and that was probably some of the worst Pizza I have ever eaten and I would consider myself a Pizza Fanatic!! It was like they put cheese and pepperoni onto A CARDBOARD BOX with sprinkles of Burnt Oven shavings and served it to Me!! I love Pizza and Hardly ever have bad experiences with it but I guess it's going to happen every once in a while considering how much pizza I eat on any given weekday! I hated the pizza. $26 for an XL specialty white pizza that was to have spinach and tomatoes on it. It looked like ONE roma tomato and 1/2 cup of spinach was on this entire XL pizza. If I pay $26 for a pizza, a specialty pizza, I want to be able to taste the toppings. Also, 40 twenty TVs blaring within earshot/sight all at once is just ridiculous and over the top. If I want to go to a sports bar to drink, I will. If I want a specialty pizza, I expect a different atmosphere. They seem to be confused. I had to take the pizza home to doctor it and make it edible. My fiancé and I come here every week and absolutely LOVE the Godfather pizza. We brought our parents in last week on an average busy night. We were promptly seated, but sat and never received even a nod for 20 minutes. Even waved at the hostess to address we had not been attended while 2 servers were in the general vicinity. Saw her motion to a server who was cleaning off a table. The server continued to clean off the table. My parents were extremely unhappy, so we decided to leave. I have never left a restaurant before and am highly disappointed that the service was so terrible as I love their pizza. The biggest issue I have is that I contacted corporate about this, who forwarded it to the manager of this location.......not a word or even an apology. Unbelievable! read more

This place is great the staff is always nice and the food is delicious. I never do online reviews but I just wanted to recognize the manager named Charlie she is great . I don't live in the area but I coming here about twice a month for about the last year , she always seem so busy I have seen her running food , bussing tables and seating people. Like I said I only go to Rosita's about twice a month and she always speaks to us as if she knows us , now that's hospitality. I used to be in the bar industry and I know compliments don't come as often as complaints so I just wanted to recognize someone for doing a great job. read more
