Live 1 mile away and decided to give delivery a try for our first taste....surprised that they got our order correct even the note about no onions on the side salad. Said delivery could take up to 60 min and take out 30 min....our sizable order of samplers was delivered in 25 min hot food hot and cold food cold...they keep the 2 separated with hots in an insulated bag. I will say that the hot wings are little more than mild...and I'm not a habanero freak or anything like that...very good though. The garlic parmesan wings are awesome! The salads are not expensive and are very generous and fresh. Would give a 5 but not on the first try...maybe next time...still need to try the pizza and a sandwich or two... read more

Ordered the deep dish hoping for some authentic Chicago food. Online ordering was fast and easy. If you order the Chicago pizza and have experience you know it takes a bit more time. Well it came within 50 minutes this was great. Then the trouble started, first the delivery driver has me sign a copy of the receipt and kind of just stares at me. I had already put a $4 tip on the item 18% tip pretty average. He then points at the delivery fee of $3 and tells me that the tip wasn't enough and that the other $3 goes to the restaurant and it was an 11 mile drive though says I was in 5 mile delivery area not sure where he drove from. So he says if you can call them and add more it would help. No biggie I remember that I have cash in my jeans so I go quickly to grab a couple more dollars and he is in his car blasting music as I yell for him to stop. I call restaurant in hopes of them having his number for him to come back. 3 people later finally get someone and she says they would call him, he never returned so now im worried about this kid potentially adding something to my debit card. I finally get to the pizza and it was quite dissatisfying $30 wheres the ooey gooey cheese? the amazing sausage? The chewy flaky crust? The only thing that tasted as good was the tomato sauce. Full Review Rosati's can be a great spot for Atlanta. As I understand it, this is a Pepsi chain with over 200 stores nation wide. The Pizza we have had there has been good. Warming the pizza up the next day and the Pizza still tasted pretty good. I can honestly say it can be one of the best-tasting pizza in Atlanta. I am comparing their taste to Pizzas I have had in New England states where I think Pizzas rein supreme world wide. (I did extensive work in cities throughout Europe including Italy so my taste is also of those places also where pizza is good but different from the USA). The Staff there is very friendly, the restaurant very clean, nice and easy to find. Cons 1. Parking can be tight as it is one-half of a gas station. I have never seen such a nicely decorated place as part of a gas station. I did notice a sign on my last trip that said more parking in the rear of the gas station, but I have not been to see that parking lot. 2. Don't be in a hurry when eating here. I have been 3 times and it can take a while for your Pizza to come. All 3 times we have waited 1 hour or more from the time we were seated. That really doesn't bother me as much as it would some. I don't mind waiting on quality tasting hot food. But as you sit there and start to hear other patrons complaining about how long they have been waiting. 3. $$$ This place is expensive for the area it is in (45 plus miles outside of Down Town Atlanta). A small 12" thin cracker crust pizza with just tomato sauce is $10.95. All additional toppings are $2.25. So my cheese and two other toppings pizza came to $17.70 plus drink and tax. For that price, one would think the topping would really be piled on, but it is no more than any other pizza place in north east Atlanta which sometimes can be sparse. I will say that when we ordered a Supreme Pizza Large it was covered nicely. Final thought. Your Pie pizza from Athens GA is not a bad place at all. The pizza taste is close to what you can get from Rosati pizza. The biggest deal at Your Pie is that you build your own Pizza right before your eyes. If they don't put enough of one ingredient, you can just have them add more or less of something. They truly allow you to build your pizza the way you want it before you even sit down. The price $7.99 for a 10" pizza. That price includes all the topping you've added and they have a great choice of toppings. So the question is Rosati little better taste worth $10-$16 more (if I had Rosati to add all the topping that Your Pie let's add). I don't think so. read more

After hearing a lot of good things about this place, we decided to give it a try. I had the thin crust pizza and asked for lite sauce.....it was perfect! My husband had a grilled chicken salad and he said it was great! I ordered the appetizer of pizza crust bites and they were sooo good! Make sure you have a lot of people around to eat them....the order is huge! Our server was August and she was very attentive and helpful with our selections. The manager came by to thank us for coming in. This place is larger than you would think. We were seated on the dining side but noticed when we left that there were booths on the bar side too. I dont like writing bad reviews and have only written well now two of them. I ate here when they first opened and it was wonderful the first two times. I am a true Chi town girl. I have eaten Giordanos, Ginos East, Uno's and Due's which is now too chainy for me. But if you want a real treat you can order a Giordano's online. Amazing pizza. Pricey but worth it for a treat for yourself. But, back to Rosatis. They have truly gone downhill. The last three times of ordering it was excruciating. They are literally 5 minutes from us and it took forever to get it. One time I had let it go about an hour and 45 minutes and still nothing. The manager showed up and said let me make it up to you and took something off of the check. That was not my intent. I just want to receive the food I ordered and in a timely manner. He told me to call him the next time I ordered and I just ordered online. I dont want to take away from any local business bottom line. But, being from Chicago and ordering from someone that says they have authentic Chicago pizza well that is something you keep doing or you fail. Worst possible experience I have ever had because of the General Manager, his name was Robert... waited over an hour for a deep dish pizza and a kids hot dog, when it came out it was completely wrong. The hot dog came out 10 mins after the pizza did, with no bun.. when I stated to the manager I just wanted our food to be right, the GM stated "do you want this or not" I said "it's supposed to have a bun" he said "what do you want me to do?" He was so rude, I told him where he could stick the hotdog, in which he replied "I'll take this hot dog and stick it up my ass" loudly with children all around including my 2.5 year old. The online ordering was not working so I called in and they had to put me on hold (and never picked back up) so, I drove in and the two workers were standing around with not many people in the restaurant. Love this place. Best waitress in Gwinnett County. (Ohio State Fan) Very friendly and helpful. One of the best meatball subs I have ever had. Plus love the deep dish and thin crust pizza. Wonderful experience! We had apps, salad and pizza. Everything was delicious. The pizza was served hot and loaded with toppings. We especially loved the thin crispy crust. Whew.....glad I made it tonight. We arrived and were greeted as usual to a very empty restaurant. We were sat in the bar area in a booth with our 2 kids( 5 and 7...that's important). We ordered and I asked what IPAs they had on tap bc I had no list to which our server responded "that's a great question". Don't worry though she wasted no time finding the answer. We were then serenaded by quite possibly the loudest human ever created discussing her children and all sorts of other fun facts. She then decided sit was time for a smoke break....now I know what your thinking...who will entertain us? Have no fear mega mouth decided to leave us with a beautiful diddy which helped my kids understand the finer points of the Trap and performing oral sex like a "good bitch" as well as other valuable life lessons on drugs and other fun. She then addressed us as a group (as she was not too good at "quiet") and let us know "it ain't her fault" it was the new owners and they can't set up the music right. Well our sub par pizza was all ready to box up but before we left we were treated to the scream-tender yelling at everyone in the back. With the area growing up around here it's nice to have a pizza place so close. I'll have to admit I was a little surprised by the prices. Thought it was a little high compared to pizza restaurants a little farther away. However that being said. The food was 100% better tasting then any other places. I got three meals from my medium pizza and my wife that is gluten intolerant got to have a gluten free pizza. She said it was the best she ever had. With the location being where it is I sure hope they stay there. Very friendly staff. And pizza was ready as promised when I got there. Sometimes you order take out and you get home and it already starting to get cool. Well it was still like it just came out of the oven. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of price of the gluten free pizza. You have an allergy and it seems vendors take advantage of that. Its not the restaurants fault totally but they have to pay more for the basic items so as to be able to make a gluten free pizza. And that's really a shame. read more

We ordered take out from Rosati's on the day of their grand opening. We ordered the Cheef Sandwich with fries ($10.95) and 2 of their "slice specials". Everyone in the restaurant was friendly. We drove 7 minutes back home and discovered that our food was cold. The slice specials tasted like they had been sitting out all day (crumbly crust, cheese sliding off of the entire slice) even when warmed in the microwave. The sandwich was smothered in au jus which we ordered on the side knowing that we would be bringing it home. The fries that came with the sandwich were stale and not even a little warm to the touch. Because of all of this, I would have left Rosati's with one star. However, we called and they offered to deliver fresh food free of charge (even though the delivery guy asked for payment as he thought it was a cash order), so I am giving them two stars. We opted for a pepperoni pizza due to our previous experience. It was OK, but it was delivered hot. read more
