Don't waste your time going here, unless you have a couple hours of your life to waste waiting on not so good food. This was an awful experience. We waited seriously for over an hour and half for our food. When it finally arrived, we only got part of it. The food is not good, wings are obviously frozen and their sauces taste nothing like they should by the name of them. Our waitress wasn't good either, and there were more people throughout the restaurant waiting forever as well. You would think they were busy, but they weren't at all, they are just that bad. We came in to try Rosati's on a Sunday evening, around 6 pm. We were seated right away, and were told that the deep dish pizza takes 45 minutes to bake! So we opted to go with the double dough instead. It still took a really long time to arrive, and we were here for 90 minutes total. The actual eating took maybe 15 of that. The pizza was quite tasty, and we would order it again. The service is a bit too slow though. Hopefully that will change. read more

We had the Chicago style pizza. It was awesome. Huge chunks of beef, lots of cheese. Service was prompt and courteous. It's small and has a family feel to it. Plenty of TVs to watch, 9 big screens. I'm on the fence with this place. I ordered 3 deep dish pizzas which were supposed to be ready within an hour. I get there and the cooks forgot to cook one of my pizzas. I waited around for it, another hr goes by. I go back in and ask how much longer and I got, "It's coming out of the oven now." I said "ok, I'll be back in 10 mins." Got back and was told, "it has to be cut". I waited again. another 20 mins went by. I asked again how much longer and was told that it was "Just now coming out of the oven". I told them they told me that almost 2 hrs ago and why am I getting the run around? I spent over $100 in there on 3 pizzas. Now it's almost 9pm when it was supposed to be done at 5:30pm. and I have a 45 minute drive ahead of me to get it back home. Rosatti's has the best pizza in the area! We have lived here 16 years and have tried ALL the pizza in our area; this is hands down the best! The salads, sandwiches, calzones, and apps are great too. After being turned away at a previous restaurant because of our party size of 12, we decided to come to Rosati's. We know a party of 12 isn't easy but they were so welcoming and almost instantly got us sat down with menus and silverware. I've searched for decent Chicago style deep dish pizza since moving to GA with no luck. Today my luck had changed! Rosati's deep dish is great...buttery crust, delicious sausage, a ton of mozz all covered in a chunky tomato sauce. So good! Service good, staff very friendly and helpful. First of all I will say that this is really good pizza, as well as other items we have tried from the menu, but service the last few times we have been has been less than satisfactory. The waitress/waitresses hardly came to check on us tonight even though they didn't seem under staffed, and the restaurant wasn't especially busy at all. When I asked for extra ranch dressing and was about to ask for more tea, she took off to the kitchen in a hurry before I could finish my entire question. "Could I get some extra ranch......." she had already left to get it. After bringing it to the table she didn't pause so I continued to drink the small amount of liquid in my glass, thinking that she would be back. That wasn't the case of course, we had almost finished our meal. My husband managed to get her attention and I was impressed because our waitress obviously had the attention span of a gnat. He asked "can we get some more tea?" Notice the "we" not "I".....anyway as we are thinking this is great, we are going to get refills finally!!....she brought a glass of tea and a straw and sat it in front of my husband and disappeared again. You probably think that she went back to get me one right?!...Because even though carrying a straw and a beverage might seem her hands were full, I have seen servers carry a lot more than that in only one hand. She did not return to our table in which my husband suggested we could "share". I wasn't keen on that idea since we had eaten most of our meal without any refills. I can't imagine when you see both glasses empty without anything in them, not even ice...and "we" is plural... The drunk guy at the bar was very friendly though and even yelled out for us to come back...several times... as we exited. This place has terrible acoustics and is so very loud, that you can't hear the person sitting next to you talking to you! Which is an issue when you have to wait 45+ minutes for a deep dish pizza..and even after waiting 45+ minutes for the Chicago deep dish pizza, they bring you chunky tomato soupy sauce (that has a very tinny can taste), with runny cheese, sitting in a thin soggy crust! The table of 8 next to us ordered Chicago hot dogs and that took upward of 30 minutes to deliver to their table..and who knows how long before we got there had they arrived..I doubt that we would ever go back. I'd say 2 stars is generous, and I don't know how long they've been open for, but they did have a 96 on their kitchen inspection! read more

This was really a big disappointment after eating at the Cumming location. Crust and general taste just not up to par. We sat at the bar and had a lovely server named Alison. It was as only her second day but she was very pleasant and attentive and served us well. We lease know that the ToGo menu has an 18" pizza and hat is no where on the regular menu. There just may get be some coupons that you can't use! We also witnessed a customer waiting on a large to go order order a second bottle of beer that was evidently warm. He mentioned something to one of the managers (I think she was a female) with really short hair that his beer wasn't cold and her only reply was that it came from a refrigerated cooler in the back. No apology or offer to get him a col beer OR give him a chilled glass. I HATE WARM BEER! He was really ticked off and will not ever go back. That Mgr blew it!! read more

Covid still very much a concern but restaurants were now open with Covid guidelines. Hoping to have a safe, enjoyable meal, we sat at the bar because no one else was sitting at the bar. Last time I'm ordering from this location. We order wings, deep dish pizza, and spaghetti. The wings were probably bought at Kroger, extremely cheap dumped in sauce. They held the pizza sideways, so half the pizza is literally just crust. The spaghetti has a weird vinegar smell and taste. We dumped all of it in the trash. This is the 3rd time ordering from this location always with issues, but never this bad. I have eaten from the Cumming location multiple times with zero issues. Worst possible experience I have ever had because of the General Manager, his name was Robert... waited over an hour for a deep dish pizza and a kids hot dog, when it came out it was completely wrong. The hot dog came out 10 mins after the pizza did, with no bun.. when I stated to the manager I just wanted our food to be right, the GM stated "do you want this or not" I said "it's supposed to have a bun" he said "what do you want me to do?" He was so rude, I told him where he could stick the hotdog, in which he replied "I'll take this hot dog and stick it up my ass" loudly with children all around including my 2.5 year old. So I have given some time since our last visit and decided to give this place another shot. The server was fantastic, very attentive, never needed to wait for anything, and truly felt like she wanted us to have a great experience. The kids had the personal pizzas off the kids menu. My wife and ordered a deep dish, that takes 30ish minutes to cook, which we knew from our last go-round. The pizza looked great when it came out but upon further inspection had 2/4 ingredients left off. We notified the server and the ingredients were taken off the bill. I am all good with making a mistake,but when you wait 45 minutes for a pizza and half of the ingredients are left off the pizza, maybe an apology from a manager or something. Not looking for anything free honestly but felt like the pizza was wrong so... sorry we will not return. 45 dollars for a pizza and a few beers. No thanks. read more
